$39 for the cheapest oil option. They ask you what kind of oil you want, offer to vacuum the interior, and the conversation is done. I stood there and wondered if I'd need to go somewhere else to get someone to peek at my tires & other fluid levels. 15 minutes later, they had changed the oil, checked my transmission fluid, wiper blades, power steering fluid, battery, radiator fluid, tire pressure, vacuumed the car and filled my wiper fluid. They made no attempt to pressure me into spending more and I drove away a happy customer.

This is how they put my cabin air filter back. I guess they were upset that I didn't opt to pay for their overpriced service to replace it.

These guys are amazing! Very honest, nice, and quick. My family and I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. 1000% recommend.

Dont take your car here. I can only assume the people who are leaving good reviews either know…read moreabsolutely nothing about car service, or that they took advantage of me because I knew nothing about car service at the time. I spent well over a thousand dollars for them to fix things that did not to be fixed while ignoring the actual problem. The worst experience I had there was when I asked the lady if they could fix my cigarette lighter/phone charger. I told her that it was NOT the fuse and was the wire, because I just had it looked at. They replaced the fuse anyways and the wire was still broken. It cost me 15 dollars which I figured was no big deal because Im not the type of person to complain, but this resulted my car being totaled and catching on fire when it caused an electrical fire, which the tow/salvage company just confirmed. I just got off the phone with the woman, telling her briefly of my regrets, asking if there was any way she might compensate or help my situation /in any way/, (I was not asking for all of my money back or to pay for the car, I said compensate or help in any way), and she made it very clear that she was completely uninterested in talking to me. Because of this, I am leaving bad reviews, and telling the people who have highly recommended them to me to go other places, which they have, and they are losing business because of it. I sincerely hope they read this review and try to help the situation but I doubt it. All it would take is a partial refund of some of the "services" they offered me but they just dont care about customer service. If you take your car there they will probably do what they charge you for, but if youre like I was, ignorant of car maintenance, and have an appearance like youre lower class (despite my chemistry degree and working in the health field, I apologize but I dont dress up to get my car fixed), and are not an assertive person who doesnt complain when they dont fix your car they will take full advantage of you. I should add that they replaced my muffler when my car was making noises (600 dollars) which did not fix the actual problem, and my exhaust system literately broke in half less than 3 months later. I called them to let them know and they said it wasnt their fault because the exhaust system broke in a different area. Well, maybe when you were diagnosing my car you should have noticed that the pipe connecting my resonator to my catalytic converter was extremely rusty. I could have replaced the ENTIRE exhaust system for under 300 dollars labor included, but I made the mistake of trusting the great reviews this place has gotten and family member that recommended them. I have lost over 1 grand there and many hours I spent personally learning how to fix my car, just to have it explode in a fire costing me another 2500 that the car was worth because they did not do the service they charged me for. Despite this, the lady cannot be bothered to even have a conversation about helping me in any way. I'm sure they are stressed and have problems but they do not deserve to be in business, and I can only hope I can help people by telling them to avoid them at all costs.

I'd recommend anyone with a car, especially a German car to give his service a chance and he will not disappoint. He'll double check what it is you're requesting and then he'll break down why each service item is required upfront in-person with schematics and samples. And the value you're getting on top of the great service is unbeatable. In my personal situation, I saved 50% from what my local dealership was charging. I have a Volkswagen Golf but I've seen Mercedes, BMW, Subaru, Audi all in their lot.

As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

I read some of the reviews here and all I have to say is that cars are expensive. You get what you…read morepay for when you elect to do service with anyone. If you let them do their job and they give you a quote , you have e the choice to do it or don't. I've worked on diesel trucks for a majority of my life and newer gas vehicles are just not my thing. I took my 2012 Tahoe here for an accelerator position sensor problem. When reviewing it they told me the voltage correlation was off and that's what was causing the code, the suggested fix per their research and mechanic was to swap the pedal with a new sensor in. Did that and the code came back, but you know what I didn't do? Whine about it . I came back and talked with the service advisors. They rolled the previous diag cost in to another diag. Eventually after a lot of digging , and even breaking out an oscilloscope they found the problem was 2 pins in the connector to the computer not passing signal correctly. They re-pinned the bad pins and I haven't had a problem since. Since then they have done a full exhaust on this vehicle, and update to my corvette, a full exhaust, brakes, parking brake, boost tubes and intercooler, and headlight install on my f250, custom exhaust on my Cadillac. Not to mention countless odds and ends on these vehicles. If you think you know better than a person who does this work on what your car needs, do it yourself. You have the option to ignore any suggested maintenance they suggest. You also have an option to work with them and identify priority items. Here's a great example, the turbo in my f250 is going to eventually ceap the bed. When working on it they discovered oil in the charge pipe which is a tell tale sign that oil is getting passed through the turbo and. Collecting in the charge pipe. Diagnoses says replace the turbo. However I asked ... how much time do I have ? How bad is it? Knowing damn well the answer as I previously stated .... I've worked in diesels for years. They said depending on use it could be 6 months or two years. They also said that if it fails it will ruin the motor. They are correct on all of those statements. Turbos aren't cheap, the labor associated with a turbo change is t cheap because the process states to lift the cab off the frame ... so I developed a plan. I got the part number they suggested for. Remanufactured turbo, and a new o e m replacement. I started pricing it out and found what I wanted is an upgrade. They are set to do the upgrade in the near future. They didn't try and swindle me or upsell me on ball joints or something I didn't need. Now I have a level of trust in them to even do upgrades to my vehicles as requested. Again I can't say this enough... car maintenance is not cheap. If you get it cheap you will have more problems. If you ignore suggested maintenance and don't at least ask if something is critical to the safety and function of your vehicle ....you are going to have a bad time. You have options, we are in America . If you think you know better , can do better , or are being oversold .... Do the work yourself. This is skilled trade work not swiping groceries over a barcode scanner.
