The team at Moore realized this was not at all the problem and fixed my belt tensioner same day. Alas, only a few days later (again my ride is not a new new vehicle, but one with "only" about 95000 miles) the passenger side window failed. They call and tell me its failed inspection due to alignment and will need to pay $130 to fix it. Once again my first car, new driver, and also a young female I don't know what I'm dealing with but I did my research enough to know the alignment would have had to be pretty severe to fail inspection. Long story short, they lied my alignment was perfectly fine before going there and infact I NOW feel like its off since taking my car there and my breaks are also now squeaking when I reverse which never had that issue before. I spoke to Jeff, the owner, man in charge I guess? Not sure what kinda business he's running because it only took me a few interactions with the workers to realize it's a shit show. I was asking for an inspection report because all I was ever given was a receipt, he says it was sent to my email. It never was, so then I have my mother call as they aren't taking me seriously, talking to me like I'm dumb. Jeff quickly switches up the story again and he has no report or records from the work done on my car and that it was sent straight to the MVA. I'm sitting right next to her and I say "Hi Jeff. You said it was sent to my e-mail yesterday and it never was and now you dont have access to the records? I finally come in person and after way too long of back n forth they give me a checklist of what had been done after repeatedly asking and being told there's no records to give me. The staff is all very pleasant and makes you want to come back to them over and over again. If you do choose to try them out, be aware they are a little off the road. The garage is located behind a trailer park, but you'll know it when you see the big parking lot full of customer's cars. Seriously, this is the only garage I use anymore.

As a woman who doesn't know much about cars and doesn't have many men in my family (my dad lives 2 states away), I wanted to find a shop that was reliable and honest. ADAS Elite was one of the first to respond and told me how they would run a diagnostic test and gave me a price. I liked that I didn't necessarily have to make an appointment for a specific day as long as I could drop my car off at 9am. Drop off was quick and they kept me updated with what was going on with my car. My AC issue was complicated so I didn't get to pick up my car until the next day. The good news is they found the issue but the bad news is that I need to replace my fan assembly, compressor and condenser, which is a huge expense that I can't afford. I opted not to go ahead with the repairs and was charged only for the diagnostic test. They also discovered (and showed me photos) that some parts under my hood were shifted out of place as if my car was in a front end collision but I purchased my car brand new and have never had an accident in my car. They fixed some of the issues at no charge. Although I didn't leave with my AC fixed, I am still very thankful for the team at ADAS. I highly recommend them!

I read some of the reviews here and all I have to say is that cars are expensive. You get what you…read morepay for when you elect to do service with anyone. If you let them do their job and they give you a quote , you have e the choice to do it or don't. I've worked on diesel trucks for a majority of my life and newer gas vehicles are just not my thing. I took my 2012 Tahoe here for an accelerator position sensor problem. When reviewing it they told me the voltage correlation was off and that's what was causing the code, the suggested fix per their research and mechanic was to swap the pedal with a new sensor in. Did that and the code came back, but you know what I didn't do? Whine about it . I came back and talked with the service advisors. They rolled the previous diag cost in to another diag. Eventually after a lot of digging , and even breaking out an oscilloscope they found the problem was 2 pins in the connector to the computer not passing signal correctly. They re-pinned the bad pins and I haven't had a problem since. Since then they have done a full exhaust on this vehicle, and update to my corvette, a full exhaust, brakes, parking brake, boost tubes and intercooler, and headlight install on my f250, custom exhaust on my Cadillac. Not to mention countless odds and ends on these vehicles. If you think you know better than a person who does this work on what your car needs, do it yourself. You have the option to ignore any suggested maintenance they suggest. You also have an option to work with them and identify priority items. Here's a great example, the turbo in my f250 is going to eventually ceap the bed. When working on it they discovered oil in the charge pipe which is a tell tale sign that oil is getting passed through the turbo and. Collecting in the charge pipe. Diagnoses says replace the turbo. However I asked ... how much time do I have ? How bad is it? Knowing damn well the answer as I previously stated .... I've worked in diesels for years. They said depending on use it could be 6 months or two years. They also said that if it fails it will ruin the motor. They are correct on all of those statements. Turbos aren't cheap, the labor associated with a turbo change is t cheap because the process states to lift the cab off the frame ... so I developed a plan. I got the part number they suggested for. Remanufactured turbo, and a new o e m replacement. I started pricing it out and found what I wanted is an upgrade. They are set to do the upgrade in the near future. They didn't try and swindle me or upsell me on ball joints or something I didn't need. Now I have a level of trust in them to even do upgrades to my vehicles as requested. Again I can't say this enough... car maintenance is not cheap. If you get it cheap you will have more problems. If you ignore suggested maintenance and don't at least ask if something is critical to the safety and function of your vehicle ....you are going to have a bad time. You have options, we are in America . If you think you know better , can do better , or are being oversold .... Do the work yourself. This is skilled trade work not swiping groceries over a barcode scanner.
