Thankfully we were stalled next to an opening in the pylons to the south traveling traffic so when the car had cooled enough, we got off at the first available exit-Hanover St and found this garage. The two gentleman at Whay's were so SO kind and quickly diagnosed our problem (bad fan motor) and offered us advice as to who could fix it quickly for us (we were en route to Maine for work). The woman who works here even offered us water. We were so grateful for their kindness and that they took the time to even look at the car given they were already backed up with work so they must be good.

I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty.
