This should've been my first clue. We were able to drop off his car and come home to wait. About five hours later, we picked up his car. The grease protection paper was left in his car, along with the scent of cigarette smoke. I was planning on taking my car here as well, but the price of an inspection was the same amount at my dealership. To add insult to injury, they provided the MVA with the incorrect VIN. Go elsewhere.

They allowed me to drop off my car the night before because I had to work early the next morning. While at work on Tuesday, they called me around noon and told me I only needed a fan an it ended up only costing $600 instead. They had my car fixed by the time I got off work, I paid over the phone and was able to get a ride to pick it up before they closed. Mr. Oral and his wife saved me a lot of money and were kind and honest. I definitely planning to come back for my regular oil changes.

Option A did not work and I was told the bill was like $1700 for option A when I was quoted a lot less. Then I was told it would be something like $2200 for option B which "should" fix it. So you charged me $68 for a $30 ish aluminum cap that YOU broke. I really hate when people talk to women like they don't know anything about cars. I understood that the ground was wet, but the way it was said came across as rude and dismissive. When I politely asked him to repeat the estimate, he responded, "I just told you an around-about estimate," in a condescending tone. I explained that I was simply trying to do business and didn't appreciate the way I was being spoken to. His response was to tell me that I could leave. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I can't say why I was treated that way, but the interaction left me questioning whether bias may have played a role. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be treated with that level of disrespect. I took my business elsewhere and would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
