The coffee machine in the waiting room is down. Customers waiting for their vehicles don't look comfortable. In my opinion what I've heard of the interactions between some staff and some service customers was not as professional as it should be. Nor was it as nice as I was used to hearing in the Philly burbs. My vehicle has been exclusively dealer serviced so I'll be looking around for a different dealership . And if I notice the reviews for this place improve, I may come back. Update: April 2025 Wanted to add a service to my appointment for an upcoming Wednesday. No one could tell me how much the additional service would be because nobody answering the phone could get anybody in service. I was told "we have 100 appointments daily and they're usually UPDATE: January 2026. FINAL and FOREVER TRY with this place and they failed. I do mean FINAL. Left VM's to get price for 60K Service. 3 days later and no one has returned my call. So with this service and future services because I keep my vehicles for 10 years they have lost at least $5K to $7K of my business.

However, we knew that they were one of their fleet vehicles so I have been keeping an eye on them. Today was the day! My husband found the truck he had been looking for and it was in our price range. Our salesman, De' Ontre, was incredibly friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable. The process was very smooth and actually was a lot faster than I recall previous car buying experience is to be. When I called De' Ontre not five minutes before I knew the dealership was about to close, he did not rush me or seem annoyed and answered my question with no problems. From start to finish and even after we were home, he took great care to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. (Mind you, this tint was only on my car in the first place because the FL dealership I purchased it from forced it on me.) I had to go across the street to get the tint removed, which I did that day. Meanwhile I got dinged for a fail on Carfax, which is ridiculous, could they have waited two days since I had literally one thing to fix? That's how long it took me to reschedule and get a pass. Then I had to give my papers back to the guy multiple times because it still said Fail. Took three tries. I also was out almost 500 total for basic maintenance and inspection. Crazy. Go elsewhere unless it's close and there is a Honda-specific need.

I do know we were told we did not make enoough income, which is BULLSHIT because my income right now is higher(2300 month retirement) than it was when i got my first truck from Dawsons and Credit Acceptance back in 2021. I make more now ,paid off my other truck from Credit Acceptance, a 15000 truck from Dawsons Auto that was 30000 plus when i finished paying for it 60 months later, yes credit score under 600, so I'm stuck with subprime lending, I guess 50 percent interest. so I paid double, a 450 truck payment for 60 months and only had 2 late payments. Very disappointed. I did offer 1000 down cash and then told our sales person 2000 down, and Leo said, I didn't make enough income. I don't get it. the truck was 2014 Chevy Silverado for 20, 500 I was trying to buy. co, incidentally I came to JBA with a pre approval, from credit acceptance., and right before I left, another older gentleman, I'm over 65, got really upset inside JBA and told the sales person that he was very upset at what JBA did to them.
