Excellent and very reliable work. They worked on three of my cars for the last few years.

The level of incompetence is astounding. The first time I got my car back, the oil cooler they…read morereplaced was leaking everywhere. The engine oil warning light came on. I made it clear in writing all of what needed to be done to the vehicle. I told the body shop (I was hit by a Geico underinsured motorist) that sent my car to this business that there's no rush and that I'm happy to pay whatever it takes to get the car right. I put in writing that the lug nuts needed to be torqued to spec. (101-103 ft. lbs.). Today I went to take 1 of the wheels they put on the car off. I used penetrating oil, tapped the hex socket (this is what you want to use, not a 12 point that will strip the lug corners) a breaker bar with a 3 ft. pipe extension (total of almost 5') and could not break the lugs free. And bent the breaker bar. I'm a 45 year old male with above average strength. Next I went to a neighbor's house, tapped the socket on to the lug nut and used a top of the line 1/2" Snap-on impact at 175 PSI. This produces somewhere between 1,200 and 1,600 ft. lbs. of nut-breaking torque. IT DIDN'T move a millimeter. There's about 4 people involved between this shop and the body shop and no one is capable of following manufacturer or customer instructions. Or verifying the shoddy work of others even after the "others" have done previous shoddy work. I have documentation of the instructions and receipts if anyone would like to see them before taking their car to this establishment. They've had multiple chances to do things correctly and have proven that they either are not capable, do not care or both. They have no more chances. Whatever manager/owner response that appears is a fools attempt to save face. I was a fool to allow my car to be serviced here. You are too if you read this and still go there. It's not worth risking your life. Do yourself a favor and choose another shop.

They said they weren't sure because they were pretty busy. They close at 6 and when I hadn't heard from them by 6:10 I thought I'd have to wait until Monday. They called at 6:35 and said my car was ready. They stayed late just to get to my car! I also got a senior discount. I highly recommend this place!

Anyone who's dealt with dealerships will appreciate not getting the runaround. My warranty has expired and it seems that any service I may have needed under warranty has now multiplied tenfold (whodathunkit?!). I've lived in the Hunt Valley/ Reisterstown area for almost 25 years and driven past this location countless times. I should've stopped in a long time ago; so glad I did and look forward to giving them more of our business. Support small businesses!! This is definitely one of those diamonds in the rough :-)

I drove one hour to this place to get the certificate. First they tried to tell me they have to look at it again so they would have to charge me for another inspection. I guess because I was a woman I voiced my opinion about that. I was told don't worry I will take care of it by the front desk receptionist. Like he was doing me a favor. On the original certificate, it said white for the bulb when I took it back they then explained it was a chip of on the bulb as I'm sitting in the waiting room for another hour while they're back in the bay laughing and joking. I wish I could give a negative rating. love The bitch with the dog.

Nick is awesome. Period. What a nice, fair and genuine human being…read more My husband I have been taking our vehicles to Nick for oil changes, tires, brakes and misc diagnostics for years - both new and old. I stopped taking my luxury vehicle to the dealership as soon as my warranties were up and my service is better here (and less expensive). I'm thinking of getting a Jeep one day, and Nick just so happens to be a Jeep expert so I guess our automotive relationship will continue for years to come. Nick of Time is your ideal neighborhood mechanic. Never any issues!

Of course my engine light came on because of this sabotage. He then proceeds to tell me that i had a leak and that he could run a diagnostic to figure out the problem! So, this crook of a man sabotaged my car so that I would have to bring it back to his shop so that he could rip me off and charge me a boat load of money for a problem that he himself caused! I'm so glad that I figured out what this crook did to my car in a nick of time before it became a real serious issue and ruined my engine!

I have a few complaints about my service from the beginning of August. Below is the exact complaint…read moreI filed with them the night of my service (Still waiting to hear back). If I could give them negative stars I would. I left about an hour and a half ago and told to come back tomorrow morning so the team could recalibrate my wiper blades. I was told I was fine to drive home and maybe drove for 5 minutes before my safety features like my antilock brake system, pre collision assist, and hill assist started going off saying they weren't working. Then, my entire dashboard zeroed out and I had no speedometer, mileage count, or blind spot detectors. I have photos of my dashboard (while parked to be safe) and the notifications from the FordPass App for the safety features not working. I also was made to feel uncomfortable by some male members of the staff. At one point I asked Roland how much more time my car was going to take. He asked how far I lived. He first offered to personally drive me and then pick me up when my car was ready. I said no and then he offered the ride-share option. I declined that as well and said I don't like to be in those alone as a woman. He replied that he could drive me and keep me safe to which I declined again and called my dad to get me. When I returned to get my car, Lando was trying to explain to me how tight it would be for 2 people to work in the bay on my struts at the same time and booty bumped into me which made me uncomfortable. When it was around 5:30 and he said they closed at 5 and I would need to come back tomorrow morning for them to recalibrate my wiper blades, I was very apprehensive about that and leaving with them not working if it rained. Lando said if it rained he would personally take me to dinner to make it up to me. As I paid he was asking me what kind of food I liked and then as I was leaving he said after they put on my other 2 tires on Monday he was going to plan a seafood date. Demetre said Lando needed to get my phone number. Lando said he would see me tomorrow and Monday. I am very upset that I have to return 2 more times for my service to be complete, I was left with a car that electronically was not safe to drive, and I was made very uncomfortable.
