If I could give them negative stars I would. I left about an hour and a half ago and told to come back tomorrow morning so the team could recalibrate my wiper blades. I was told I was fine to drive home and maybe drove for 5 minutes before my safety features like my antilock brake system, pre collision assist, and hill assist started going off saying they weren't working. Then, my entire dashboard zeroed out and I had no speedometer, mileage count, or blind spot detectors. I have photos of my dashboard (while parked to be safe) and the notifications from the FordPass App for the safety features not working. I also was made to feel uncomfortable by some male members of the staff. At one point I asked Roland how much more time my car was going to take. He asked how far I lived. He first offered to personally drive me and then pick me up when my car was ready. I said no and then he offered the ride-share option. I declined that as well and said I don't like to be in those alone as a woman. He replied that he could drive me and keep me safe to which I declined again and called my dad to get me. When I returned to get my car, Lando was trying to explain to me how tight it would be for 2 people to work in the bay on my struts at the same time and booty bumped into me which made me uncomfortable. When it was around 5:30 and he said they closed at 5 and I would need to come back tomorrow morning for them to recalibrate my wiper blades, I was very apprehensive about that and leaving with them not working if it rained. Lando said if it rained he would personally take me to dinner to make it up to me. As I paid he was asking me what kind of food I liked and then as I was leaving he said after they put on my other 2 tires on Monday he was going to plan a seafood date. Demetre said Lando needed to get my phone number. Lando said he would see me tomorrow and Monday. I am very upset that I have to return 2 more times for my service to be complete, I was left with a car that electronically was not safe to drive, and I was made very uncomfortable.

    I purchased (4) new Michelin Defender LTX M/S 2 tires for my Toyota 4Runner. I discovered the…read morefollowing day that they installed an older version of the tire (LTX M/S). The old man who runs the place added "Road Hazard Coverage" at a cost of $179.20 without my permission. He would not show me the receipt until I requested it. To add insult to injury, they charged an additional $129.00 for a front end alignment, $130.00 to mount the tires, and $81.96 for a TPS stem kit. FINAL COST FOR (4) TIRES WAS $1592.24. Their hourly rate for a mechanic is $178.00. Oh, and they forgot the valve stem covers. AVOID!!!

I had the absolute worst experience with this manager Brandon! I don't know where he came from but I can't wait till he goes back! I have been frequenting this business for over 10 years off and on but for 4 years loyal customer to this business! I have never been so disrespected, mistreated, and undermined! This guy is a tyrant and he's going to bring this business down! In life, you will never always agree with everything, but there's a way to do it! Being spoken to with respect, treated as a valued customer, and explained things sensibly... Tends to better assist with getting misunderstood points across. The manager and I got into the biggest dispute regarding a store coupon of theirs that he refused to honor. The same day of the coupon dispute, it was brought to light that one of their employees was neglectful in the care of my tires last visit. I always thought it was safe to assume that my car would always leave with the same amount of parts that it came in with, but that's not always true, nor will this place take responsibility for it! Initially, I thought corporate was the way to go but after speaking w 2 reps a total of 3 times in 3 months both promising a call and solution from management, my faith has slowly left. Oh and I forgot to mention, there's been two to three calls made I've made since the last conversation and no response! This place has traditionally been very good with buying and maintaining tires, as well as under the hood work. I previously trusted this Auto Repair business over the dealership that I purchased my actual car from. That speaks volumes. Although the dealerships are pretty expensive, you always assume you'll get great service if you purchase your car from there. Breaking up with this business has been pretty difficult to do due to the fact we take all of our vehicles here on a rotation. As I always say, customer service will get you each and every time! It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday!

    BEWARE OF VALVOLINE!!!!! I took My 2012 Volkswagen Jetta for an Oil Change on 01/16/2026 at the…read moreOwings Mills Location. They did the oil change and 2 days later I noticed Oil Spills on my driveway underneath the vehicle, I went to my Shop (Certified) that works on my vehicle and they determined that they installed the Oil filter Wrong and that the oil pressure sensor and oil filter housing was also damaged due to the Oil Change service. I went back to the location in Owings Mills location and spoke to the Location Manager who told me to put a claim to their headquarters. I filed the claim and meanwhile my vehicle was not drivable and had to be towed to a shop. After the diagnostic by a certified mechanic it was determined that due to the oil change not being done correctly the Oil pressure Sensor, Oil Filter housing was damaged and needed to be repaired and this would destroy my motor. I submitted the mechanic's diagnostic report plus pictures taken from my driveway and I got one phone call back that the received my claim and I should hear back from them. It's been 3 days now and after calling them they claimed the vehicle had leaks before and that they wouldn't pay for the repairs but will refund me the oil change amount. I asked to speak with someone to discuss the grounds of why they determined that and they told me I would hear back from a district manager who has yet to reach me, they NEVER call, nor email. This HAS been a very unprofessional experience from a big company. PLEASE Pay extra attention if you use their services for oil change or anything because they don't take responsibilities of any claims and am no left with a DAMAGED vehicle that I have to pay for a Large BILL due to their FAULT...
