I dropped off my car and I always get a little uneasy at auto shops cause you feel like you're vulnerable but my experience was amazing. I checked in and waited in the lobby. They have free water, snacks and coffee. They came up to me shortly after and said that my sensor wasn't working and there was no pressure on getting it replaced. They said it would cost about $200 to fix and it actually was the price I was expecting if that was the issue. I just didn't want to pay that for a sensor. And the mechanic told me that he doesn't blame me. I asked how much it would be and he said nothing. They even adjusted my tire pressure since some were off due to filling it with air at the gas stations and they aren't the most accurate. I really wasn't expecting this kind of service and would come back to this place in the future for services to my vehicle. Awesome place!

North Point Car Care gave a fair estimate but the selling point for me was that they offered to work on it right away so that I could get ready for my trip. They didn't try to up-sell on any "extra work", but did point out things for me to keep an eye on that may be needed in the future. This was a great help. During the the day of visit, the receptionist called me 1 hour after dropping it off and stated the lift couldn't lift it. After asking several questions as we took it in to be evaluated to see if they could do the job before hand. She then stated something was wrong with their lift and tried to charge me a whole lot more. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no.
