Parkway was recommended by a family friend who goes there for all of their card repairs. They were pretty busy and it shows just how trusted they are by the customers who bring their vehicles back for all services. I was given an appointment for the following Tuesday. They allowed me to drop off my car the night before because I had to work early the next morning. While at work on Tuesday, they called me around noon and told me I only needed a fan an it ended up only costing $600 instead. They had my car fixed by the time I got off work, I paid over the phone and was able to get a ride to pick it up before they closed. Mr. Oral and his wife saved me a lot of money and were kind and honest. I definitely planning to come back for my regular oil changes.

She called this station and the person said to come on in. She was quickly tended to, and the vehicle was ready in a hurry. We live just a few blocks away and had never had a reason to use the service station, but will definitely keep it in mind for future needs. The price was reasonable, service was good, and they turned off the oil change light and TPMS light. As for the gas, I've only filled up a few times because the price is high. I understand, it's the city and land isn't cheap, but for me, I am usually looking for a lower price, so it's only been during an emergency that I've used the gas pumps. But, it's nice to have a gas station so close by in case it's needed, which it has been a few times.

My car is now at the Honda dealer as the sheer incompetence of the body shop has caused further damage to my vehicle. They sent my car home with visible mechanical damage within the drivers wheel well. When I called to complain, Dan Nasuta, the manager of the body shop, said the car was fine and the damage was from a previous incident. My car was never involved in a previous accident. He also never mentioned this "prior damage" when I picked up the car. I had no idea that I was driving an unsafe car off of the lot, put my kids in it and drove over 200 miles. I could have killed myself or someone else, all because Dan couldn't be bothered to do his job.

I failed inspection at another garage, and got the needed work done here for hundreds of dollars less than what the other garage quoted. The mechanic, Jay, even fixed my car on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule, even though they're officially not open on weekends. The one negative is that the owner is trying to sell the place, so it may be under new ownership soon.

I came in for a check engine light and he scanned it and diagnosed it for free. It ended up being a ignition coil and without evening asking he fixed my tpms light to. Best shop on Belair road hands down. Also brought another car here for a ball joint and he got it right in and out.
