Paid $300 & went back due to resolve another issue to be told back tires weren't changed BUT was charged $300. When I asked what I paid $300 for Corey said for the service he initially told me $125... I'm not a math genius but even if you charged $125 for both sides I should've paid $250. When I went to speak with him he asked me for the convenient store receipt that he gave me (as if that would've showed him anything) because it's not itemized. He then started to get loud & threaten to "get hype" because he kept cutting me off when I tried to explain to him he still overcharged me whether the tires were changed or not. Then I walked across the street for breakfast (tangent -Sun and Moon Cafe makes a good bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich and the strawberry donut was yum!). They wanted to get the go ahead, but they said I could wait another 1000+ miles if I wanted to wait. At that point I said the truck had free oil changes in NC. The master mechanic got on his computer and verified his previous statement. He then recommended I wait til I get home. They had checked fluid levels, etc. and sent me on my way and charged me nothing, zero, zilch. This is unheard of!! If the need arises I'll be back here. If you need an honest mechanic... GO HERE!! I came here due to a check engine light problem on my car. Previous service was done at another repair shop since my car had to be towed and the other shop was closer to the place my car died @_@. Since the check engine light still allowed me to drive it, I decided to try Economy this time on my day off. I made an appointment, which is recommended and which you can do online. I dropped my car off when they opened at 8am. I had to wait a while for my husband to pick me up, so I decided to go to the donut shop next door. They don't have a waiting room (the only negative about this place), but they do have two chairs in the corner that you can use. After a few hours I got a call and found out that I had to replace the catalytic converter (ouch...) which they can order and install on Monday. When my husband and I picked up the car, they did us a favor and cut off the small lock that I used to lock the spare tire in the back. It has such rusted shut and hasn't been opened for 10 years @_@. After they cut the lock off, they even offered to fill it with air when we returned on Monday (awesome) since it was flatter than a flat tire. On Monday they worked at replacing the catalytic converter. They did run into a problem and one of the O2 sensors rusted to it and they couldn't remove it. They did try for an hour but it wasn't going to happen. So we also replaced an O2 sensor which they were able to get within the hour. They were able to finish everything by 2pm. They cost for labor was very modest, and cheaper that I've seen in a while. We also used our AAA discount which saved us a bit on the labor cost too. Overall my husband and I will be using Economy in the future!

I looked at my tires which were Goodyear tires and pow I looked up and Goodyear was in front of my face. I literally get coffee everyday right next to Goodyear so I felt I was guided there. Great staff, no haggle, no getting over, great prices, coupons and just a great feel. I felt taken care of as a lady we get such a raw deal when it comes to car service so I felt very comfy.
