What good fortune we had to find Kevin at Columba Auto Repair on Yelp! It was 3pm on a very hot Friday afternoon. When we called, he said he'd take a look at it. The car started back up but was only moving at a slow pace. The diagnostic test said it was the timing belt and sensor. Kevin advised having the water pump replaced at the same time as the engine had to be pulled out for each (which typically fail at the same time.) Rather than having us stranded for several hours, he offered us a loaner car so we could get to our destination and return it after the wedding upon our return home!! What an angel! He fixed the car and it has been working beautifully. The bill was very fair-no price gouging for a couple in a dire situation. We were so glad he was willing to get the job done. Others may have said "We're closed for the weekend and we'll work on it Monday." If we were closer, we'd use Kevin as our mechanic every time. A man you can trust!
