It's pretty close to my residence so I woke up early to get my TPMS addressed! Staff was helpful and I was able to pull right in and get my tires inflated. Thank goodness, there was no leaks and just truly air pressure. The technician gave me a brief rundown on what services are provided here so I'll be making this my go to spot for work that needs to be done my car!

Once my car was looked at, they did call back with all the details of what's going on even things that were noticed during the initial diagnostic which is $120 by the way and is applied to the bill if work is completed at the shop. I'm glad i stumbled across this place reading reviews from yelp. The reviews were on point, this place is fast, friendly, price are reasonable mechanics were very efficient and nice, they took the time to explain in detail the issue with the car. The dealership was trying to charge me $700 to change my tires. Well I didn't want to spend that much on some cheap tires. Trekked through the snow to get there about 30 minutes later and arrived to an empty parking lot and an empty lobby. Dave said it would take 2 hours for the oil change. He then tried to tell me that's normal for an oil change. He then started to talk down to me and speak to me disrespectfully when I was confused about that, having had most every oil change i've ever had take 30-40 minutes. For a company to promote someone so easily prone to disrespecting customers and someone so full of crap is a pure reflection of this entire store's attitude towards customer service. March of 2023 I bought what I thought was a brand new battery from this jiffy lube. When I went for…read moremy oil change and car check up at another location less than 5months later, they told me my battery was not good and I should go back to where I got it. I went back they claim they test it and it was fine. Now less than two years later the battery is dead and they say they cant do anything about it because they only offer a one year warrant. No credit towards a new battery....... nothing. The stand life of a battery is 3-5years. Needless to say I went and got a battery from auto zone, they installed it for free, 3-5 year battery life and a 3 year warranty. It was also $36 dollar cheaper than the junk Jiffy Lube sold me. SAVE YOUR MONEY and pick another location. This establishment has alot to learn about honesty and customer loyalty. I will drive to the extra 20minutes to the other location in middle river. Ohhhhh 3 months ago they tried to charge me over 600 to change tire pressure sensors.... they said they couldn't tell which one was bad, so I should change all of them. I took my car and left. Went to a nearby shop within two mintue they told me it was my back left tire but my front right was also giving a low reading. They recommended i change both, but I could wait on the front right if it was not in my budget right now. Needless to say, had all four changed for $260, my tires pressured and a tire tred reading.
