That all ended today and I will not be returning. I know when you go get your oil changed they try to upsell you on a bunch of services that you don't necessarily need. When I pulled in, I said all I wanted was an oil change. The worker Franklin tried to pressure me into a bunch of different services that I explicitly said I wasn't interested in. When I said no, he kept doubling down and even said some quite rude things. When I refused to have them change my air filter, he said I don't take care of my car or "show my car love". He kept repeating this for me and the other employees to hear. I have family that can service my car if I need it, but I don't like to bother them with my oil change. When I told Franklin I'd have my brother look at my filter, he said "if your brother really took care of your car then why are you here getting your oil changed instead of having him do it?" He then claimed my brother must not take care of his car either. (??) He also gave me a hard time about how my car had too much oil in it, which he said is worse than not having enough oil. He went on and on before I told him THEY changed my oil five months ago and I haven't touched it since. So if anyone overfilled it, it would've been them. I understand sales and upselling but this was blatantly rude and overly confrontational. I don't know if it's because I'm a young woman and he assumed it would be an easy sell, but I will absolutely not be giving them any more of my business and I'm telling all of my friends and family to avoid them.

I came here due to a check engine light problem on my car. Previous service was done at another repair shop since my car had to be towed and the other shop was closer to the place my car died @_@. Since the check engine light still allowed me to drive it, I decided to try Economy this time on my day off. I made an appointment, which is recommended and which you can do online. I dropped my car off when they opened at 8am. I had to wait a while for my husband to pick me up, so I decided to go to the donut shop next door. They don't have a waiting room (the only negative about this place), but they do have two chairs in the corner that you can use. After a few hours I got a call and found out that I had to replace the catalytic converter (ouch...) which they can order and install on Monday. When my husband and I picked up the car, they did us a favor and cut off the small lock that I used to lock the spare tire in the back. It has such rusted shut and hasn't been opened for 10 years @_@. After they cut the lock off, they even offered to fill it with air when we returned on Monday (awesome) since it was flatter than a flat tire. On Monday they worked at replacing the catalytic converter. They did run into a problem and one of the O2 sensors rusted to it and they couldn't remove it. They did try for an hour but it wasn't going to happen. So we also replaced an O2 sensor which they were able to get within the hour. They were able to finish everything by 2pm. They cost for labor was very modest, and cheaper that I've seen in a while. We also used our AAA discount which saved us a bit on the labor cost too. Overall my husband and I will be using Economy in the future!

I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!
