I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

I'm glad i stumbled across this place reading reviews from yelp. The reviews were on point, this place is fast, friendly, price are reasonable mechanics were very efficient and nice, they took the time to explain in detail the issue with the car. I will be coming back for any other repair for my car.

We tend to be rather cautious, as I'm sure many are, about shops. We happened upon K&M almost a year ago, and couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the prices, the good location, and the demeanor of all the workers over that time. The problems (or possible ones) are generally explained in a way that fills in the gaps in your knowledge without making you seem stupid; it actually feels like they want to educate you instead of begrudgingly explaining enough to justify you opening your wallet (including different brands/qualities of a particular part). It's a good sign that they are so busy, so even though it's sometimes tough to wait a few days to get on their schedule, it's worth it. Even then, I had a problem with my brakes the other day, and Chris explained his theory over the phone, took it for a test drive(s), realized it could be a quick fix, and took care of it right away for less than I was expecting. Recommended, for sure.

At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. Needing a last minute fix I called around town; other shops in the area we're un-accomidating, overpriced, and some didn't even answer the phone. They didn't try to up-sell on any "extra work", but did point out things for me to keep an eye on that may be needed in the future. This was a great help. The owners are so friendly that after the work was done, I hung around because we were too busy talking about cars, custom work, and just having a general conversation. Highly Recommended!

Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week.
