After specifically requesting for him not to leave my key in my car and that I do not agree to that, it was still left inside my unlocked car overnight. Thankfully nothing happened to it, but this was negligent and irresponsible. There was also plenty of room as the street was almost empty. He also never fixed my mirror as promised. I went down to the shop and arrived at 12:30 P.M. Dan stated to me in a very rude fashion: "I told you to be here at 12." I informed him that he did not tell me to be there at 12, but instead that he stated to me that he would call me when the tires arrived and that I should then come to the shop after I received his call. Dan then informed me that the closest appointment for rescheduling was 3 days away which was too long for me to wait. I then asked for a refund which I eventually received but still had to pay a $60 tire restocking fee which I shouldn't have had to pay because it was Dan's fault for not calling me to inform me that the tires had come in, which is what he said he would do when I initially paid for the tires.
