This review is based solely on my experience getting an estimate for replacing a front bumper. I'd already gotten an estimate from another local body shop, where they were exceedingly friendly and professional, but I thought it wise to get a second estimate just to compare. I'm almost sorry I did. When I walked into the second-floor office, the man at the desk didn't look up or say hello. I asked if he had time to do a free estimate, and he said he did. By his lack of friendliness, I felt like I was interrupting him in the middle of something, but the place was dead quiet, and there was no one else to be seen except a dark-haired woman hiding behind her computer monitor in another office. Without smiling and barely making any eye contact, the guy robotically took my information, then we headed downstairs to the outside lot where my car was. Granted, my job is small, but this guy (his card said "Thomas") acted as though he couldn't care less about whether I chose his shop to service my car. He wasn't overtly rude, but he definitely wasn't friendly. No smile, very little eye contact, just a "couldn't care less" vibe. Alternatively, the first body shop I'd gone to for an estimate was super-friendly, had great customer service and the owner conveyed a sense of trust and appreciation. I hope you never need a body shop as it is always from a stressful situation, but if you do, Kelly's is the place to go. Professional, caring, fair and affordable service all in one! I had an amazing experience from this local body shop. From the moment I walked in to picking up my car each and every person treated me with kindness and respect. I knowingly do not know a ton about cars and am worried I will be taken advantage of however, the gentleman that helped me with my estimate was great. He explained each cost to me and what I might expect and then within in minutes provided me a quote. I stopped here on my way to work, and made it to work on time, the entire quote process took about 10 minutes. Based on that experience, I decided to let them do the work on my car, and WOW they did a great job. Not only did they keep my car an extra few days for me no charge (I was out of town) they even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. I have been working with dealerships for years and I am just so impressed at the level of professionalism and GREAT customer care I received here. Not to include to price I was quoted was the exact price due at checkout, maybe luck or maybe (my opinion) they are really good at their jobs! Also on another note, my husband needed some fancy part clicked into his bumper (as I said I am not a car person) - This was a 10ish mins job so they brought someone from the body shop out and told him just to tip the guy... HOW NICE WAS THAT!?! I hit a deer and the front of my car was crunched in and hanging down to the ground. I went to Kelly's and was so pleased with the service and professionalism that I received. They gave me a comprehensive and fast quote. I made an appointment and they finished the car at the quoted price and on time. I was paying for my own repair and I feel I got a great price and a quality repair. My car looks great! I hope I don't need them again but if I ever do it will be the first place I go. UPDATE to Comment Below: Got a call from Kelly's Body Shop and they have apologized for the inconvenience and went overboard to make up for the unfortunate situation. I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, Kelly's will be the only place my family and I will go! They even washed my car and maybe even waxed it because it looks beautiful! I will have to say the workmanship was great. HOWEVER, during the estimate I had to inform them that the paint on my car was pearl white which they hadn't noticed. The estimate then increased more than 10%. Several days later, I paid with my credit card over the phone so I could pick up my car after hours on a late return from a trip. Well, my car wasn't in the place they had specified. I missed my 7 AM appointment the following morning! When I called the shop the next morning, NO apology, and after looking up my address and seeing I lived nearby, they begrudgingly agreed to deliver my car. Interestingly, when I looked up their phone number on line to call them, I saw that 5% discounts were available for out-of-pocket repairs. So, for the inconvenience, I'm waiting for my discount. Would have been nice if they had applied the discount up front when the estimate was increased, but now it seems only fitting that I receive it. In all fairness, A+ for great workmanship and on-time job completion, but C- for poor follow-through and a passive, nonchalant attitude. Will be happy to post a follow-up review. WW read more

This place isn't overly friendly. Most businesses aren't when people are busy and they need to multi-task to keep up. That said, Kelly's is thoroughly professional and efficient. I got there close to 8am for a repair to my Camry's rear bumper, work they said would be completed by 9:30. In fact, they were done at 8:50, a pleasant surprise. Their waiting room is well lit and comfortable and offers coffee and snacks, plus a TV. Personally, I don't need warm and fuzzy treatment from a body shop, just honest, reasonably priced, efficient workmanship, and Kelly's does that. read more

I would like to start off saying I understand that Kellys was swamped due to the demand after the hail storms however do not tell us the car is ready if it is not. I was told on 3 occasions that my car was ready when it was not. First it was you can pick up the car we are just waiting on one part then it was ready went and they still did not have all the parts on the car and there was glass still all in the car and then when we finally went to pick it up there were still dents on the car that were supposed to be fixed. We were told to schedule when to come in and that they wanted to have someone talk to us about our experience. We got there and we just got the keys and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Not only that but there was no paint work that was suppose to be done at all on the car but our insurance was charged for it. We were told the inside would be cleaned since it got wet however it smelled very bad in the car. After all of that there was still glass in my speakers I played my music until all of the glass was shaken loose into the trunk. I had to extend my rental car through my insurance 3 times and with me working overnight I had to go multiple days in a row of being woken up because I had to leave my phone volume up to wait for their call. It was a horrible experience I would not ask anyone else to endure. read more
