As a woman who doesn't know much about cars and doesn't have many men in my family (my dad lives 2 states away), I wanted to find a shop that was reliable and honest. ADAS Elite was one of the first to respond and told me how they would run a diagnostic test and gave me a price. I liked that I didn't necessarily have to make an appointment for a specific day as long as I could drop my car off at 9am. Drop off was quick and they kept me updated with what was going on with my car. My AC issue was complicated so I didn't get to pick up my car until the next day. The good news is they found the issue but the bad news is that I need to replace my fan assembly, compressor and condenser, which is a huge expense that I can't afford. I opted not to go ahead with the repairs and was charged only for the diagnostic test. They also discovered (and showed me photos) that some parts under my hood were shifted out of place as if my car was in a front end collision but I purchased my car brand new and have never had an accident in my car. They fixed some of the issues at no charge. Although I didn't leave with my AC fixed, I am still very thankful for the team at ADAS. I highly recommend them!

The office ladies are way to chummy with the insurance adjusters. They totaled my car after completely disassembling it. After a fight with the insurance company, ended up getting charged for a one day storage charge (petty AF), refused to reassembly the car with exorbitant charge, and then provided curious "misinformation" trying to convince me to accept the settlement (I'm guessing so they could scrap the car for profit). Towing the car out out of the yard saved me over $1200. I have nothing to say about their work since they did none, but don't expect them to work for you if dealing with insurance. They are all part of the same crooked system.
