Dan was incredibly helpful. He listened to and respected my ideas and put together an affordable plan. Repairs were finished exactly when he estimated they would be, and they exceeded my expectations! I was paying out of pocket for repairs on my 1999 Honda Accord, and had been to a couple body shops for estimates. The 1st pretty much totaled my car, the 2nd turned me away, but the 3rd times a charm! Robin at the front desk was very kind and patient. Dan wrote up an estimate that was a fraction of the first one I'd gotten. I wasn't expecting my car to look perfect when I went back to pick it up, but this shop really went above and beyond with their work. Even just doing the bare minimum like I had requested to get my car safe to drive, it looked even better than before the accident! I am going to cry. Dawn reached out to me and apologized for the delay. She was able to get my car in and repaired within a weeks time. When I arrived to drop off the car for repair, it was a completely different experience than the first time around working with the other man (who no longer works there). Dawn, Jim and this sweetest dog were so welcoming. Dawn asked about my new baby, and Jim got the car taken car of. Both kept me informed through the whole process. When I picked up the car it was beautiful outside and inside (it was vacuumed). All except for stuff they left in the back seat, but I didn't mind because it was a baby gift and diapers. The SDR team was so sweet and helpful. My husband and I often talk about "customer service these days" (god I feel old). You can't go wrong with SDR. Dropped my car off to get the bumper repainted. Was told it would take one week, ended up taking 2.5 weeks. Asked for a diagnostic and they 'found nothing', but my car is making a GRINDING sound so I don't even think they looked When I got my car back, the paint was still soft. Thought was really good till had to take back because piece in back was coming up in 2 weeks. After picking up for second time they forgot to put all the parts together still have to take back third time. Then also had 2 plugs in my brand new tires someone in there shop whom ever drove it ran over something. Showed them pictures which they denied no one ran over anything. Do not come here! This used to be my go-to auto shop for repairs on my Dodge Avenger and I have referred several friends and colleagues here in the past. However, the service has gone downhill and was frustrating from start to finish. My father's car was damaged in a minor collusion and the driver side door needed to be repaired. After he returned to pick up the car, we found a major crack in the windshield and that the side mirrors no longer functioned after they replaced the door. When he returned to the shop to figure out what had happened, employees Robin and Caleb tried to be helpful, but when their manager Adam arrived, he denied and tried to pin the problem as being pre-existing. He also acted very unprofessionally and belligerently towards my father, an elderly gentleman with some language barriers. When I decided to come in at the request of the shop to "let us address the issue one more time", Adam was rude and completely ignored my presence. He used the opportunity to take photos of the windshield to show insurance that the crack was already there. In short, we came in with a broken door, and left with non-functional side mirrors and a broken windshield. I will never use their services again or refer any other customers. Manager Adam is an extremely unprofessional person. read more

Poor workmanship quality and zero communication. I had my BMW repaired there 2 years ago after a deer collision. When I received the car back the fender paint color did not match. Then a few weeks later part of the lower bumper grille fell off the car. This was due to the techs reusing the defective body parts with broken mounting clips. I replaced the grill part myself as to avoid all the hassle. Then 1 year later the paint starting peeling off the bumper that they had replaced and repainted. SDR warranted the bumper paint peel and recently repainted the bumper. Upon picking up my car after the recent bumper paint service I noticed numerous dents throughout the car. I asked to talk to my customer rep...he then stated "I forgot to tell you the car sustained $3800 of hail damage while it was at SDR". The rep simply forgot to tell me that my car sustained $3800 of damage while at their facility? Really..I know common mistake..happens all the time.. I then inspected the recent bumper repair and as before they had broken both front lower grill clips on my car and reinstalled the parts they broke back car. The broken grill parts would have fallen off the car during the normal course of driving and possibly created some other damage to the car. I had a fairly small dent and some paint transfer in my 2018 subaru , it was in a bad spot on a crease on the wheel well. i first went to get an estimate at a conventional body shop and was quoted over $1000. i decided to get an estimate at sdr because i knew they did PDR (paintless dent repair) as well as conventional. While getting the estimate they removed the paint transfer in about 1 minute without knowing if i was going to use them yet. After getting the estimate i decided to use them. I received the car back and there is absolutely no evidence of a dent ever being there as well as the car being thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The cost was less than a quarter of the first estimate i received at the conventional body shop. i highly recommend SDR read more

After finally meeting with Chuck and Todd, I would have to say that the work they have done was definitely exceptional. The detail was immaculate and they do stand behind their work. I take back everything I said that was negative. Todd was professional from the time I voiced my complaint and upon delivery of my vehicle. As a customer it is frustrating to go thru the process of having your car in the shop and on the other end these auto body shops having to meet their deadlines. I recently took my vehicle to SDR to get repaired from some accident damage. This was an insurance repair and I was responsible. Drop off was easy. I came in, gave them some information and was on my way. I got an estimate a few hours later and they had already started disassembly. Edson was my advisor and was extremely helpful. While the car was undergoing repairs I asked for an estimate on unrelated damage and he got back to me almost immediately. Since it was an insurance repair they did not use the OEM parts but the after market parts they used match perfectly. They blended the paint seamlessly and you cannot tell any work was done. The car looks fantastic. When I went to pick up the car the lady working was super nice and had a porter pull my car around to the front. The staff and quality of work is top notch. Honestly the only complaint I have is their parking lot is not great. It is tight if there are a lot of cars. read more

Terrible customer service. Terrible with scheduling. Lost another customers car keys. Will find all sorts of problems to where they need more money from your insurance company which will take days to clear. Terrible wait time. Communication you have to call everyday for an update they will NOT call you. They give 20 dollar gift cards if you leave positive reviews for them on yelp / Facebook. Go some place else. Trust me. I never had such a bad experience with pretty much anything. One positive... The front desk answers the phone if you call twice in a row. One guy was supposed to call me back he didn't I called back an hour later they stated he took a lunch. I guess another positive if you're a scammer if you know any car that's in there for repairs you can probably just pick it up without much information. They lost my paperwork after a day. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

TERRIBLE customer service; ZERO communication; FAULTY bookkeeping I took my car in for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to repair minor hail damage on 7/15/15 and was told the repair would take a few days to one week, tops. I finally picked up my car on 8/17/15. This entire one month-plus process has been absolutely awful. SDR provided no communication during the entire process, neglecting to answer the phone and refusing to return voicemails. They never followed up with my insurance company either, allowing my car to sit for weeks as they waited for approval to finish additional repairs needed because of damage done by SDR in the initial repairs. SDR also could not manage to do proper bookkeeping and tried to charge me for a replacement windshield I had done with another company prior to taking my car to SDR. SDR's canned response is no excuse. Taking in more work than they could handle and then blaming the hail storm does not justify terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend SDR to anyone. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience in the hopes that no one else has to suffer. read more

Wow, this shop has outdone themselves. I brought my car in for a repair and Edson, my service agent, really took good care of me. They underpromised and over delivered. My insurance only covered the repair to the right side of the bumper, but Edson went out and sanded and patched the other side prior to the body shop painting it. The repair left my car looking brand new. And after I got home, Robbin, the administrator called to say they'd be sending me 2 car wash passes in appreciation for my business. Hopefully, I won't need body repair work again, but if I do, I'll choose SDR. read more

Recently I had SDR remove a nasty ding in my rear quarter panel with paintless dent repair (PDR). Tim did a flawless job. I am very picky with my car. I've looked at where the dent used to be from multiple angles and there is absolutely no trace at all. Also, Robin and Edison were very helpful and courteous in setting up the appointment and pickup. Dealing with SDR was a nightmare. My 2016 Nissan maxima front left was damaged by a commercial lawnmower. I took it in for an estimate and was told it would cost around $1538.00 to repair; however, more charges could occur if additional damages were found after they removed the bumper. They also assured me if I got in Monday it would be ready no later than Friday. I got my car back ten days later. The final bill was $3,305.26. Customer service was terrible. They would not let the company that caused the damage pay with a credit card or check. The only communication was when they wanted to tag on more charges. Never called back when they said they would. I will never use them again. read more

Last year I was in an accident and took my truck to SDR for the repair. The replacement bumper they chose to put on my car started rusting within 8 months. It took me 4 times of going in there to finally get everything fixed. They didn't order enough parts, canceling my appointment because they were under staffed, forgetting to call me when parts came in. It is finally fixed, but after this experience and all the back and forth traveling to make it right, I can't recommend SDR if you need a timely repair. Wanted to share an amazing customer service experience I had with Geoff yesterday at SDR. SDR replaced the front bumper to my car nearly a year ago. Since then, the bumper was dislodged once and Geoff was kind enough to literally "pop" it back into place. No charge and no questions. Then a month ago, I had a run in with some bollards and - you guessed it - the bumper was dislodged and the finish by the front headlight and hood now had scuff marks or paint from hitting them. I called SDR and headed over to see Geoff, prepared to have them fix it. He came out, looked at it, was able to not only push the bumper back into the bumper clips again, but he asked if I could wait a minute while he went to get some solvent to removed the scuff marks. I thanked him profusely and did my best to give him a little something for his effort, but he would have absolutely none of it. I can't recall receiving this level of customer service. One other thing. SDR's original work replacing the bumper was top notch. No hassles, no issues and pricing was better than any other local competitors.
