They gave an estimated 2 week repair time and in fact they completed the work sooner. They also found some previous work done that was botched by another shop and they took it upon themselves to fix it for me to compliment the work done for the recent damages. He stayed late waiting for me to drop off my car, did a fantastic job fixing the scratches on my car door (looks brand new now), and CHARGED ME LESS than what he originally quoted me (which was very reasonable to begin with, given the amount of damage on my car door). He also did some extra work for me free of charge. I have NEVER had a car mechanic charging me less than the original quote (they alway charge more).
