This place was a recommendation so of course I came to Yelp for verification. The reviews were good so here were are. I agree, this is one of those old fashioned, honest, garages. It's in an odd spot though, and from the outside you probably wouldn't guess it's a service station. But once you step inside you'll be awed. However, there's no place to chill and wait so you'll need a ride or just plan to leave and come back. I wanted a 'tune up'. My Honda is a commuter car and for 3-years old, she has some miles on her. I just wanted piece of mind. He said for first time visits he likes to do a good once over. I thought that meant I'd be paying for some things I hadn't planned on. BUT, to my surprise he relayed the car was in good shape. He changed the oil, put on new wipers, and gave me a run-down of what's to come. I'm a fan of honest service. I'll be back!

It sounded like a muscle car. John made this possible. He can do it all. I am definitely coming back.

I was extremely impressed with the service and I was very pleased with the level of KNOWLEDGE of this kind Angel here. :-) I am very grateful to him.

I've been here before when a car that rear-ended me had Geico, and they were just fantastic. So I just popped right in on a weekday afternoon figuring it was a long shot they could help on short notice. All the reviews are correct-- they are so friendly and helpful, fair, and the work is perfect. EDIT: To add to this, just the next day my car part was delivered as promised and I was able to swing by when I was available to get my repair in under 30 minutes while I sipped coffee at the bagel bistro just a little walk over. The price was exactly as quoted and the work is perfect. Amazing!

I called up JT Auto as soon as my check engine light came on and I was connected with Lisa, who is an absolute gem! She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and walked me through the whole process. I had to come back more than once in between my meetings, and Lisa was very considerate and informed me that because they were experiencing a delay, she could stay open a little late so I could pick up my vehicle. The first time I checked in, she informed me that the wrong part was sent over, but Lisa expertly navigated calling the right folks to ensure that I got the right part! When picking up my car, JT was able to answer all my questions and recommended some helpful service tips that may save me from some grief in the future. The second time I went in was for routine maintenance and the whole JT Auto team was able to get me in and out ASAP! I can say with confidence that JT Auto is my go-to location for all my car needs.
