When I walked in, I wasn't sure how my experience would go, but after I left, I was glad I went. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. I had a few questions which were answered with no problem. I confirmed they could replace my tire and agreed to have it completed. They took my keys and got my car in right away, even though there were other customers in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and took the time to explain everything to me that was being done. She even noticed another issued and gave me a quote that seemed fair to come back and address at a later time. Overall, it was a great experience. The shop wasn't as shiny as the chain shops, but they would honest and had great pricing. Overall, I will be going back and recommend others use them as well

We made an apt and they picked us up from the shop and took us home, and when done, they would do the shuttle in reverse. They no longér do loaners & no discounts. When we got the car back, the a/c did work, but had some residual gaps, and it cut out. They said bring it back for another go over, it finally began to work correctly. I chalked it up to new parts. They are honest and in my book have a good reputation. Don is the offiçe manager and he is very good at his job.
