This shop hosted a great service experience for me personally. Siwan is not only extremely…read moreknowledgeable in his field of work, but also a genuine person who is straightforward about what you need now, what you don't need, and what you will need. I'd recommend anyone with a car, especially a German car to give his service a chance and he will not disappoint. He'll double check what it is you're requesting and then he'll break down why each service item is required upfront in-person with schematics and samples. And the value you're getting on top of the great service is unbeatable. In my personal situation, I saved 50% from what my local dealership was charging. I have a Volkswagen Golf but I've seen Mercedes, BMW, Subaru, Audi all in their lot.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

All of the services were reasonably priced, and the work was very thorough and professional. I really appreciate their help. I highly recommend them. I know I will be going back the next time my car needs work done.

I brought my car in for the Maryland Vehicle Safety Inspection. The mechanic called out a list of…read morerepairs after the inspection, claiming they were required for the Maryland inspection to pass. After doing my own research, it became clear that not everything on the list of repairs were safety-related or required by the state. Only after pressing the issue did the mechanic (named Malik) agreed and revised the list, which already raised red flags about trustworthiness of this shop. The experience only got worse from there. I dropped my car off early the next morning, as instructed, and called later in the day to ask Malik when it might be ready so I could arrange a ride. Instead of a simple, helpful response, I was met with outright hostility. When I asked, "Do you expect the car to be ready today or tomorrow?" Malik curtly replied: "Your car will be ready when it is ready." I asked my question a different way. Malik replied with the same exact response, " It will be ready when it is ready" I tried to explain that I just needed an estimate to plan my transportation. Malik responded "What part of what I told you don't you understand?" This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable. Clear communication and basic respect should be the bare minimum, especially when you're entrusting someone with your vehicle and paying for their time and expertise. I cannot in good faith recommend Fell Point Auto to others. There are plenty of competent and respectful auto professionals in Baltimore , Fell Point Auto isn't one.

He gave me an estimate that it was going to be $1100 if I paid cash for it. Then he had to nerve to tell my boyfriend he was going to charge him $50 for just LOOKING at the car. EXCUSE ME, but we KNOW what's wrong with our car. We wanted an estimate before we fix the car. I have never in my 25 years ever been charged for a "diagnostic fee". RIDICULOUS !!!.. listen if you want to rip customers off, you will never ever have long lasting clients, which in return you won't build your business this way. We are new to the area, hence why we jumped on the first auto body shop we saw. Well good thing I knew a friend here and she had told me to go to Ed's paint and body in hampden. Well finally, I was able to get my car fixed for $315 . This guy there told me that this place tried to rip me off by telling me I needed a new exhaust system (which I did not) . He also told me He couldn't see it being anymore than $600 even if he did replace the whole exhaust system. Well, lets just say.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASEE AND DO NOT LET THIS GUY HUSTLE YOU FOR MONEY. Everyone needs money, needs to get fed.. I understand that, but don't kill your customers with the prices.
