My new Jaguar suffered an unfortunate run in with the garage edge, and I was concerned about finding the right collision shop, as the Jaguar is all aluminum. I needn't have worried as Caliber Collision Foreign was absolutely the ticket to an impeccable repair. In just 5 days they completed the necessary repairs and the car gleams just as it did on the showroom floor. They only deal with high end foreign cars here so they really know how to make the repair right, timely and professional. Leslie and the staff were communicative and well versed in the repair process which was clearly explained. They helped get my rental car and even allowed me to drop the rental off at their location when my car was finished, saving me a trip to the rental office. I highly recommend this location and their personnel for all high end foreign vehicle collision repairs! read more

SERVICE... this should be their name. EVERY staff member, everytime they walk by, had asked if I needed anything. Thank you, EAB, for making me feel at home. read more

Best European body repair in town. Accidents happen and they always suck!! Luckily we found this repair shop. All the guys and gals here are very helpful, especially when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. They take take the time to fight for you and get the best results that you would expect from a class act like this, restoring our vehicle to the factory condition. Looks even better than before the accident to be honest...... read more

My insurance company did recommend this business, and I am so glad we picked it. Had body damage to my Outback's left side doors. Aaron Hough communicated extremely well, as did the gal in the office. Very quick, and my car looked like it was detailed when we go it back. read more

I wanted a dented front fender repaired on a 2015 Audi Q5. Searched online and Yelp for a highly recommended repair shop and found Caliber Collision. Leslie was my service advisor. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She arranged for replacement parts to be quickly ordered. She kept me informed as the repair progressed. And, completed the repair several days quicker than the estimated finish date. The repair was very expertly done with the pieces precisely put together. The paint and overcoat perfectly matched the original. The nicks and dings already on the front were painted. I even got some of the paint for later touchups. I hope I don't need another repair, but if I do, I will certainly return to Caliber. read more

Very happy with EAB. Everyone I encountered there was very helpful and pleasant. My car took about 4 weeks to complete, but more damage was found than originally had been supposed, and holidays plus haggling with the insurance company caused some delay. When I picked up my car, I was told I could bring it back for a 30 day follow up visit, to make sure I was still satisfied with the work that was completed on my vehicle. I was also told that EAB would wash it and wax my car for me when I brought it in for the 30 day followup! Awesome! I've had my car back for a week, it looks as good as new. I hope to avoid any fender benders in the near future, but, if I needed auto body work done again, I would bring it to European Auto Body. read more

EAB is a great shop. EAB first fixed an Audi I had about 20 years ago. In the subsequent years, my family also had cars repaired at EAB, all with excellent results. I'm a car guy, and I am very, very picky about whom I allow to work on my cars. EAB recently did some work on my 911 (December of 2012) and it came back perfect. I have no problem recommending EAB to anyone, their work is top notch. I also spent some time speaking with Chuck from EAB, he's a "car guy" and truly cares about getting it right. EAB gets my highest recommendation, which coming from a lifelong car enthusiast, is saying a lot... read more

My VW Atlas was hit in a parking lot on 3/17. I filed a claim and Caliber joined the call with my insurance agent and gave me a same day appointment with Lance. I dropped by Atlas off in the afternoon and Lance explained every step of the repair process with me and I scheduled my repairs for 3/23. I signed the repair papers which were already prepared and waiting for me when I arrived. I dropped off my vehicle on 3/23 and Lance went over the disassembly, repair, reassembly process with me and set expectations for the estimated 5 day repair. Lance called me every day with updates on the repair. Lance called on 3/25 and indicated the repair was complete ahead of schedule and the vehicle was being reassembled and detailed and would be ready for pickup or delivery in the early afternoon. Karen called about 1pm and offered to deliver the vehicle to my home at no charge since I was not going to be able to get to the shop that day. The B&T towing company texted me when they picked up my Atlas from Caliber and when they arrived to drop off my Atlas about an hour later. The rear quarter panel/bumper repair looks as good as new. The whole process with Caliber was efficient, professional, courteous, and the repair perfect. The communication was excellent from Lance and Karen and the B&T towing company. Caliber is a shining example of excellent customer service and regular communication should be for every business. read more

Very professional, I worked with Ben Larsen. He maintained email and verbal communication throughout the the whole process informing me of each step that was happening to my car. I'm very satisfied with the work that Caliber Collision did to my 2013 C350 Mercedes. I highly recommended this company and Ben. read more

A woman backed into my car and caused some damage to the side rear door and wheel frame. Insurance sent me to Caliber Collision for the repair. I worked with Aaron from the Escondido location and he was awesome. The service from start to finish was great. I was updated regularly and repairs were exactly as estimated. Aaron offered to drop off the car at my home when the repairs were done and return my rental car - such a huge huge help to a busy working mom. Plus, the car had been thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned! After he left...I frantically called the office because I had left something in the trunk of the rental (remember busy working mom thing!! ) Aaron fought back through 5:30pm traffic to come back and drop off my items. Seriously five star service! Thank you! read more

These people are wonderful. The service is excellent. Their warranty is ironclad. For the smallest flaw Adrian redid the whole job again for free and did extra work at no charge. It's a family business. We have been very happy with them with each job they've done. read more

I took my 2001 Volvo S80 in to the guys at European Auto Body at 8:00 AM on a friday morning with multiple problems. I dropped off the car and got a free ride back to my residence with a friendly driver in a clean car. Three hours later I had a full report of problems and suggestions as to get the most out of my money. I needed a new axle, sway bar, and throttle module. The maintenance was done quickly and finished by 5:00 PM that night! Truly a refreshing experience and feel like my best interests were their best interests. Biggest bang for your buck! Ran into construction material, thought it was serious damage. Kyle took the car to the shop, rubbed it out in five minutes, would not give a bill and sent me on my way. Great service and never takes advantage read more

Had a piece of trim break off my BMW. I brought it over expecting they wouldn't be willing to re-attach it. Not only did they re-attach it and save me $400 on installing a new part, they did it for nothing. And to top that off they gave me a ride both ways. Best experience ever! read more

i originally took my car to the encinitas caliber , in turn they sent my car to the caliber European car center in escondido. Matt was the tech & Karen is the manager who made sure my car was correctly fixed. I appreciate her understanding & wilingness to work with me. being a leased vehicle I did not want them driving the car from the coast out to escondido, fortunately they towed it . Thank you for understanding & working with me i am pleased with the final results ! my car looks great ! read more

If you have a high end European vehicle I would highly recommend you DO NOT bring it to this location. They definitely do not have the expertise as they claim. After several times in this shop and having already paid them, I finally had to take my vehicle to the manufacturer to have it properly repaired. Even the manufacturer recommended not bringing to them in the future and to use Amato's Auto Body instead. Lesson learned. read more

Brought in my Porsche Cayenne after someone backed into it so hard it damaged the back bumper and pushed it into a car in the front leaving license plate holes in the front bumper. Chris was awesome as an advisor and when it left it looked brand new. I was nervous as I have had some back experiences at Caliber Collision (non-European) but I was more than impressed! I even recommended them to a friend after she was in an accident. read more

Thank God for these wonderful people especially Karen. After an accident that left me stranded and realizing an uninsured motorist hit me and fighting with insurence, I finally got one kind person to calm me down and walk me through what i needed to do. This wonderful lady has gone above and beyond to contact me every step of the way. This Body shop has amazing good hearted people like Ben and Karen who do more then just take care of your car, they take care of your piece of mind. This was our only family car and now a days the cars you bought that long time ago havn't depreciated as much as the person who bought it. In these rough times this is the body shop to go. They are truly ONE of a kind and i will never go anywhere else. Being an active duty CLR-1 Marine i do recommend this shop to all service members, ask for Karen. read more

Caliber European deserves more than five stars. I just had a dreadful experience where the part to my car had to be made and shipped from the UK and the whole procedure took three months because of that part. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed with my car manufacturer, but Caliber, actually Aaron Hough, who was my service advisor, made the situation palatable. Aaron was incredible with communication between me, two different people at my insurance company and the local dealership who ordered the part. He did everything in his power to expedite the process and keep me calm. He sent weekly emails, texts and updated pictures to keep me informed of what was happening. He was incredibly responsive to my emails and phone calls and a very calming influence, considering I was fit to be tied. When my car was finally done, he hand-delivered my car filled with balloons and a sweet note from Caliber Collision. It's those gestures that differentiate a business from just being an average business to be in an exceptional business that you really want to support. I would use them again without thinking twice and I can't recommend them highly enough. And by the way, the repair job was beautiful and my car came back better than when it went in. read more

I was very pleased with the excellent body work done on my AUDI Car. They said it would be done in 10 working days and I got the car back in 9 days. The manger returned my calls promptly but the service advisor was inconsistent. However I highly recommended this body shop. read more

I couldn't ask for better service! My brand new Mercedes GLK was hit pretty badly and it was a huge disappointment. European Auto Body was very helpful every step of the way, whether it be talking with my insurance, tow company and working with the Mercedes dealership. My brand-new Audi A6 was rear-ended. I was very mad and anxious. I was hesitated to let EAB to fix it after read some negative reviews on Google. I am very happy after the work is done. As they promised, it was restored to the original condition. Cannot say it is perfect, due to car design and the limitation for fixing exhaust system. However, it has nothing to do with their job. Ben and other staffs are very friendly. read more

The work on the exterior of the car seems to be great but I had a huge coffee spill inside the car when I was rear ended. The charged me $75 to clean the interior, but to my dismay when I picked it up it had not been cleaned, although the sales guy continually said it had. They resolved the problem after I pointed out all the coffee still on dash board but after 15 mins they told me they were done. To my dismay they really didn't do a good job. I have coffee behind the speedometer cover that I can't clean. . I understand they are a body shop, and don't do interiors but they shouldn't charge you for something they didn't do. Or take it out to someone who does handle detailing. I also am missing my front license plate that was kept in the spare tire section and again was told it was put back by the sales guy. Felt like the sales guy and body's hop guys don't communicate we'll and that I felt like I was in the wrong by the sales guy. Wouldn't go back. read more

Caliber Collision really cares. Tim, Danielle, and Bill are AMAZING. I was in a car accident and the owner, Tim, saw me on the side of the road he pulled over to help and he took such great care of me. He didn't pull over because he owns a body shop and wanted business, he pulled over because he is a kind person. Tim and Bill assisted me in getting my car to the shop where I was treated like a member of their family! Danielle gave me the biggest hug when she saw me I could tell she was genuinely happy and thankful that I was ok (even though she had never laid eyes on me) If you have ever been in an accident you know that it is a scary thing and often leaves you in a state of shock, but the crew at Caliber did an OUTSTANDING job at helping me take care of business, while also making me feel so comfortable. I'll never go to any other body shop, They do 5 star work and take pride in the work they do! To say I was impressed by them is an understatement! You're more than just a customer to them, and I recommend them to anyone who may need body work done on their vehicle. Integrity, warmth and excellent work is the name of their game! Also they are Environmentally friendly, their shop is GREEN! Go to Collision. You won't be sorry. read more
