    I had a great experience and just want to say thank you to Hasain and Fadi. From the moment I walked in, they were respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful. They actually listened to me and worked hard to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. I never felt pressured or talked down to -- just treated with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, my experience at Lake Elsinore Ford was the complete opposite. Jason and Bill made me feel unwelcome and it honestly felt like my age was being used against me rather than being helped as a customer. That experience pushed me to go elsewhere. I'm really glad I went to Poway instead because that's where I finally received the level of service and respect every customer deserves. Hasain and Fadi turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive one. Highly recommend working with them if you want people who actually care about helping you.

    I recently sold my Ford F-150 to Aaron Ford of Poway, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Jaime J. was absolutely excellent to work with. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, professional, and straightforward. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and efficient. What really impressed me was how organized and respectful he was of my time. The entire transaction took less than 30 minutes, which is almost unheard of when dealing with vehicle sales. Jaime walked me through everything step-by-step, answered my questions honestly, and made sure I understood the process. There were no surprises, no pressure, and everything happened exactly the way he explained it would. That level of transparency goes a long way. I left feeling confident that I received a fair deal and that I had worked with people who value professionalism and integrity. Alvaro explained what was needed, told me the pricing and estimated time. Since it was going to need some time, Alvaro arranged a ride for me with TANIA so I didn't have to wait several hours. I appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness of Alvaro and Tania to make sure that I was able to get the car work completed and be comfortable during the process. They even made sure that I would be picked up when the work was completed. Tania noticed that the car needed a wash and took care of that for me, I really appreciate the gesture. Great customer service by Alvaro, Tania and mechanic Jorge! Thank you for your efforts!

I was actually in the market over a year ago when I met Mickey but didn't pull the trigger as I wasn't quite ready. Now that I was ready Mickey came to my mind automatically and I called him to make an appointment. From start to finish he was there with his one of a kind personality, caring heart and gentle spirit. Please ask for Mickey when coming to this dealership you will be so happy you did. and CHRISTIAN I could not have felt more comfortable and at ease. Unfortunately, my prior Ram 1500 has had multiple issues and I've had to go in many, many times for warranty work. Point being, I've seen many service advisors and managers come and go. I recently had to take my new truck in, and I was extremely impressed and treated completely different from past experiences. A huge shout out to the newest Manager (I don't know his name) and Kathleen!!! Kathleen was the most helpful and caring service advisor you could ask for. She genuinely is just a nice person! I cannot thank her enough. It just seems like there's a different vibe and different crew over there doing good things.

I live close to this dealership and while I have been aware of their low reviews and opinions from neighbors, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. On 04/20/26, I was searching online to purchase a new Jeep wrangler sport S. I checked the official webb page for this dealership and noticed they listed a vehicle for the net cost of $40,921. I contacted them through their webb page to schedule a test drive. A new salesman, Isaiah Gonzalez, contacted me and we agreed on a test drive for 4/21/2026 at 1200 hrs. I arrived at the dealership at the agreed time and met Mr. Gonzales, who had the vehicle ready for a test drive. We conducted the test drive and upon returning to the dealership, I decided to make a purchase offer of $39,000 to Mr Gonzales, which he promptly took to his sales manager Mr. Jackey Moore. Mr. Gonzalez returned a short time later and advised me that they had accepted my offer and ask me to come over to his desk to start the paperwork. Mr. Gonzales then produced a sheet of paper with the agreed price, but also a number of costly dealership added items, including the standard security systems and other unwanted add-ons. I immediately declined the added items. Mr. Gonzales then asked me to agree on something "because they needed to make some money on the vehicle". I remain firm on not purchasing the additional items, but advised him, I would consider financing with them. Mr. Gonzales preceded to speak with his sales manager, Mr. Moore, who promptly asked me to come into his office. Mr. Moore Then advised me that they could not sell me the vehicle because they had made an error in their official dealership Webb page and that they would loose too much money if the sold me the vehicle at the agreed price. Mr. Moore would not give any further logical explanation for the alleged error. I had several photos of the listing which I agreed to show him but he had no interest. He further did not show much interest in a reasonable resolution after I had spent over two hours at the dealership, and only encouraged me to purchase a vehicle somewhere else. A second rather rude , individual, in the sales office, who refused to identify himself, but I later determined to be sales manager Johnny Luttrell , jumped into the conversation and attempted to excused the errors on their part, but at no time suggested a reasonable resolution. A request to speak to the General Manager was denied. These individuals did not conduct themselves as professionals in the least. I intend to take further action in this matter to include reports to the appropriate state consumer protection agencies, as well as the Department of Motor Vehicles which oversees licensing for vehicle dealerships. In summary, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Exceptional Experience with "Wesley Etheridge / Khaled Mousavi" at Pedder Hyundai of Poway, CA. Although we couldn't finalize a deal on the car I wanted, the experience was exceptional--especially compared to other dealerships that often use gimmicks and hidden extras to push a sale. Wesley and his team were refreshingly honest and professional. Here's what stood out: --Prompt Communication: Wesley was extremely responsive to my calls and texts, which made the process smooth and stress-free. --Transparency: He was very straightforward and transparent with the numbers--no hidden surprises, which is rare in today's auto market. --Customer Focus: Wesley listened carefully to what I was looking for and genuinely tried his best to work out a deal that fit my needs. --In-Person Interaction: When I met him at the dealership, his pleasant smile and warm personality left a great impression. --Team Support: Wesley had Khaled show me the car and explain all the features. Khaled was equally impressive--friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. I'm still working with Wesley to see if we can make a deal, and based on this experience, I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you're considering Hyundai.

    Had to Threaten Litigation to Get Resolution - I am happy with the car I bought from Pedder Hyundai…read moreof Poway, and they were responsive and helpful during the purchase. However, I found three substantive omissions/issues after returning home - representing over $2,800 in purchased items and including a required tax document - and contacted Pedder to resolve them. Had they worked with me to do so in a reasonable time, I would be leaving them a 4- or even 5-star review right now. Instead, I ended up having to spend dozens of hours of my time over six months and threatening litigation to finally get resolution. Pedder was non-responsive over several weeks and my many attempts to contact them after the purchase - including phone calls, texts, and emails to each of the people who had worked with me, plus a written request for a phone call with the general manager (or anyone who could help) explaining that they were about to give me no choice but to escalate matters. I then filed a case with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and, after several more weeks of their and my work, frustratingly still had no resolution to the main issue - namely, lack of any documentation or proof of activation for the car's security system, which Pedder told me was an already built-in feature of the car and working, and which I had paid $1,695 in cash for - but which the security system company was telling me was actually NOT active on my car. It then took me writing Pedder a letter demanding a refund for what I had discovered was essentially a fraudulent $1,695 sale - and threatening litigation if necessary - to finally get a response. Pedder finally admitted that they had never installed/activated the system (!) - despite our purchase contract and their stating repeatedly since that they had. (Thankfully they decided to issue the refund instead of being taken to small claims court.) I couldn't help but ask the manager who was assigned to call me "I've got to ask: is this really how you all do business?!" My issues were straight-forward and should have been resolved by any competent dealership relatively quickly. I'd expect to lose my job or business if I treated my customers as dismissively as Pedder did me. I hope I never have to interact with them again.
