A couple of days later, we picked out a different trim option and Miguel was nice enough to drive to El Cajon and back to get to Poway for us to see that very day. I had been searching high and low specifically for a dark grey model 3 Tesla with less than 20k miles and didn't know the color and the wheels were upgraded on this vehicle so it was in high demand. I never owned a Nissan vehicle until last year when I purchased a Z. After about 1K miles, I took it to Poway and had a great customer service experience. I always go to Poway for almost anything, thanks to its unique small-town feel. However, after a couple of visits within the past 2 weeks, I don't think I would return to Mossy Poway or purchase another Nissan vehicle. The customer service that I experienced earlier this morning was simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the same guy, at the very first desk to the right when you walk into the side door, who simply didn't want to be there; no customer service skills or professionalism. Well, I had the same experience last week, but I let it go as I thought he might have had a very bad day. A week later, after I rescheduled, I guess he is who he is, an advisor who doesn't want to be there at all. One of the technicians at the vehicle drop-off line, however, was very nice and accommodating to customers, who seemed to have the right attitude and customer service skill set. I spoke with him as I was leaving and shared my opinion.
