I got the final bill after getting a new Lease and turning in my old car after 3 years. I am being billed $1085 for a windshield that was broken when I turned it into this dealership in mint condition and the dealership sales manager took photos and are failing to provide me a photo showing the date and that the windshield was damaged. Disappointed by Luca's lack of follow up and disappointed that the lease people and the dealership are not on the same page and are playing the blame game. My husband and I came in wanting to see the Nissan Leaf and I mentioned that I was curious how it compared to my top electric car choice (the Mustang Mach E). We test drove the Leaf and really liked it but it was a bit small for our needs. Miguel mentioned that we might like the Nissan Ariya (which I had honestly never heard of previously). He had a gorgeous two-tone Boulder grey one in the lot and it was love at first site. I really liked all of the features and price point as well as the look of the vehicle. I take my time with decisions so we left the dealership that day with Miguel's card and no pressure from him which I really appreciated. He sent me a list of every used Ariya across all the San Diego Mossy Nissans that fit our budget and specifications. A couple of days later, we picked out a different trim option and Miguel was nice enough to drive to El Cajon and back to get to Poway for us to see that very day. I had been searching high and low specifically for a dark grey model 3 Tesla with less than 20k miles and didn't know the color and the wheels were upgraded on this vehicle so it was in high demand. I never owned a Nissan vehicle until last year when I purchased a Z. After about 1K miles, I took it to Poway and had a great customer service experience. I always go to Poway for almost anything, thanks to its unique small-town feel. However, after a couple of visits within the past 2 weeks, I don't think I would return to Mossy Poway or purchase another Nissan vehicle. The customer service that I experienced earlier this morning was simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the same guy, at the very first desk to the right when you walk into the side door, who simply didn't want to be there; no customer service skills or professionalism. Well, I had the same experience last week, but I let it go as I thought he might have had a very bad day. A week later, after I rescheduled, I guess he is who he is, an advisor who doesn't want to be there at all. One of the technicians at the vehicle drop-off line, however, was very nice and accommodating to customers, who seemed to have the right attitude and customer service skill set. I spoke with him as I was leaving and shared my opinion.
