    If you're shopping for a Nissan I highly recommend you going to Poway Mossy Nissan and ask for Art Perea. He is easy going made the experience great and not pushy did not make me feel pressured and was willing to negotiate and also drove an hour to pick up the car we wanted from another dealership.

    It went more than well. I got white glove service from Luca and art that helped me pick out the best vehicle for my needs. I brought my 11-year-old daughter and art was so accommodating to her the whole time and patient with me as I was asking all of the questions. The whole team helped us and we left with our 2026 Nissan Marano and we are extremely happy with that. This is my second car purchase through Nissan and have had nothing but positive experiences.

    2024 Nissan Ariya

    I purchased a used Nissan Ariya at Mossy Nissan in Poway yesterday and couldn't be happier about the service I received from everyone there but especially Miguel. Miguel was super friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. My husband and I came in wanting to see the Nissan Leaf and I mentioned that I was curious how it compared to my top electric car choice (the Mustang Mach E). We test drove the Leaf and really liked it but it was a bit small for our needs. Miguel mentioned that we might like the Nissan Ariya (which I had honestly never heard of previously). He had a gorgeous two-tone Boulder grey one in the lot and it was love at first site. I really liked all of the features and price point as well as the look of the vehicle. I take my time with decisions so we left the dealership that day with Miguel's card and no pressure from him which I really appreciated. Miguel was super helpful when I texted him over the next few days with questions about the different Ariya trim levels. He sent me a list of every used Ariya across all the San Diego Mossy Nissans that fit our budget and specifications. He even offered to get any we were interested in brought over to Poway so we could check them out conveniently. A couple of days later, we picked out a different trim option and Miguel was nice enough to drive to El Cajon and back to get to Poway for us to see that very day. We test drove it and liked it a lot but it wasn't the right car for us. Thankfully, the first Ariya I fell in love with was still there and Miguel helped make our transaction smooth and easy! We walked out with a gorgeous new car in record time. I would 100% come back to Mossy Nissan. Thanks Miguel!

    I bought here in 2015 and have been coming back for service ever since. In the roughly 40 years I've been driving, this is the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of being a customer of. I have horror stories from almost every car repair place I've been to, but not Mossy Nissan Poway. To me, they're the gold standard. Fast service, correct diagnoses, never any unnecessary upsell, helpful advice, and friendly people. ( Thank you Darren and Ali. ) I will keep returning and will probably buy my next car here if for no other reason than that the Service Department is reliable. I'm having a hard time saying that about many businesses today.

    I first noticed major issues (convertible top, window sealing, etc.) while driving home the same day of purchase -- clearly concealed and undisclosed prior to sale. Dealership refused anything beyond the basic buyer's guide, denied my request to cancel/refund the GAP insurance I paid for & provided incorrect written information about cancellability, then responded to honest negative reviews with personal attacks via email and threats instead of fixing their mistakes. Avoid Mossy Nissan.

    The staff at Mossy Nissan Poway were so responsive and really showed commitment to making sure all of our questions were answered. I had been searching high and low specifically for a dark grey model 3 Tesla with less than 20k miles and didn't know the color and the wheels were upgraded on this vehicle so it was in high demand. In fact, yesterday we saw this posting show up and I submitted an inquiry asking if I could schedule time to come see it on Tuesday. He said that there was a lot of interest and offered to bring the car to my house to test drive! I ended up going up there on my own, fell in love with the car and told them I was going to pick up my bf since he was doing the financial part, and apparently as soon as we said yes another salesperson had received a call from someone stating he had a cashiers check and was on his way. Luckily the guys at Mossy are stand up guys and made sure that I got the car! Terrific service, clean dealership and not pushy at all. Very transparent which is so important.

    In love with our new Nissan Ariya Evolve Plus!  Mossy Nissan Poway is the best!

    So we did a thing! Yesterday, the Taylor Family became the proud owners of this 2024 all electric Nissan Ariya Evolve Plus from Mossy Nissan in Poway. We had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish! Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful, but our awesome sales consultant, Luca Mellana, and finance manager Gabe Sellers made it surprisingly easy and enjoyable. They are both patient, kind, upfront and honest, and went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we were satisfied customers...they genuinely care, it's not just about making a sale.     Mossy Nissan of Poway team was the best! Wife wanted new Nissan Rouge and with some texts with Luca we got best deal in all of Nissan dealerships in SD county and LA. I know because I sent them all an email asking for quotes. Only Escondido was close but Poway delivered the SUV and threw in an awesome hat. Ask for Luka and you will get best deal!

    I visited Nissan Poway and was assisted by Luca Mellana. During my first visit, I had no intention of buying yet--I was simply shopping around. But from the moment I stepped in, I noticed something different. The entire team was so accommodating, and the energy in the store was vibrant. Everyone was cheerful and genuinely helpful. After I got home, I received a follow-up from Luca, which is expected from a good salesperson. Then yesterday, my husband and I decided to check out other dealerships--Honda, Hyundai, and Toyota--but none of them gave us the same positive vibe we experienced at Nissan Poway. So we went back to Poway Nissan and showed my husband the car I had been eyeing. Again, the team didn't disappoint. Everyone was welcoming and eager to offer the best service. They are knowledgeable and professional. We ended up getting the car--with the best deal! After experiencing the exceptional service at Nissan Poway, I don't think I'd ever switch to another brand. For me, it's the people behind the product that make it truly special. I highly commend the entire team. This is by far the best car dealership experience I've ever had.

I was supposed to pick up today at Noon but received a call at 11:30 saying the car I booked had a flat tire and that they were going to get it fixed. They did not have another option, so I opted to delay my trip to wait a couple hours. 4 hours later, I still had not hear from them. I spent over an hour trying to get the branch to answer one of two phone lines. When I did finally get someone, he said the car was still at the shop, unlikely to return and they were too busy to update me. He also told me they had no other options. He transferred me to the Kearny Mesa location and told me he saw "two" available vehicles there. Of course, they too are completely sold out. I now am missing a minimum of a day of my trip, IF I can even find a car by tomorrow with ZERO accountability from this location. They did not care about my time, my waiting on them, my trip, or even to find me a replacement. It's pretty disappointing to have had these types of experiences with them and Enterprise. I've given them so many chances, from not having my car class, to giving me cars I had to instantly return due to needing service, etc. There are some really pleasant staff, but being "nice" doesn't fix the problems.

To drive my car I needed to go in the passenger door and maneuver myself over to the drivers side. If you think you'd be a bit clumsy doing this? Imagine that ramped up to a thousand and you'd have a little bit of an idea of how I fared before bringing in my car to the shop. They said it would take a week and off to rent I went! They are so nice at this location, and they don't pull the weird stuff many renting cars worry about. I can't recommend this location enough. We only have a small car like a Corolla.. At this point, I don't know what to tell you just don't rely on enterprise Rent-A-Car you will be disappointed in both locations. I guess this is how they run their company. It is the company's model is to take reservation and deal with the delivery.

Fifteen minutes later I called again to politely enquire when she would back, thinking that if she was going be a while I would get lunch. She curtly told she was already there. Her manner throughout the transaction was humorless and unfriendly, despite my attempts to make light conversation. She then gave me a Nissan Altima, instead of the Toyota Corolla I had reserved. I queried this and was told nothing else was available. However, there were several Toyotas on the lot. Upon driving the Altima home, the left side suspension made a knocking sound, felt worn and I felt uncomfortable driving it on the freeway to San Francisco. I returned to the office but once again, it was closed, despite me leaving a message saying that I was returning. I called the number several times, no answer. I left several messages, no call back. I sent several texts, no response. Eventually, I called the main office, explained my dilemma and was advised to change the car at next nearest Budget center. Tony at Budget in Poway was extremely helpful, friendly and had me another vehicle in no time. I highly recommend using this office in Poway. A good experience. Tony said I could return the car to the RB Budget office, but I declined, as I didn't want anything to do with someone so unprofessional and devoid of customer skills. I will probably, not use Budget again, as RB is close to me and there is an alternative.

I liked how convenient it was to drop-off my rental in their parking lot after business hours too! And I received my deposit back the next day. If you are looking for a car to look flashy in however this may not be the place for you. I subtracted one star because: Every time you rent from them, you have to pay extra for a credit check which I am totally fine with. However even if you rented a car from them a wk ago - you still have to pay for another credit check to obtain a rental. Also, I had reserved a rental using their online reservation system but when I called to confirm if the vehicle was available, the agent told me the reservation never went through. Finally, the rental car market was pretty much saturated in July (not their fault) + I was told to keep calling to see if they had any available rentals. The person who was answering the phones sounded a bit annoyed when I called multiple times. All in all, a great place to goif you are looking for an affordable rental car solution!!
