My boyfriend had the milk soft serve and I'm very picky with my milk soft serves but their ice cream is on my top 3 places that do it well. We sampled most of the menu and found our favourite flavours to be Sheer Moz Brulee and Sour Cherry & Fairy Floss. The Sheer Moz is a perfectly-balanced banana and comes with banana chips. Delicious! Yet, the more we ate the Sour Cherry & Fairy Floss, the more we loved that one. You'll find little crunchy surprises within the ice cream or the fairy floss (not entirely sure), but it all melts smoothly in your mouth. Based on these two flavours alone would we highly rate Kinrose Creamery. The other flavours can be hit or miss based on your preferences. We were done about an hour before our reservation time. We hoped to be accommodated earlier but saw the long line and crowd waiting as we drove by. We decided to run a couple small errands instead. We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation. It was still busy, but there were not as many people waiting. The hostess was so warm and welcoming. She let us know that the customers at our designated table were almost done and that they will have it ready in just a few minutes. Unfortunately, those customers decided to linger much longer. Thirty minutes later, they were still hanging around. We fully understood that this was not by any fault of the restaurant. We continued to wait patiently. The hostess was very apologetic and was trying to work out a solution which led to the Floor Manager (Karla) getting involved. We were eventually seated at another table, with the option to move should the other table become available. Karla then took the time to apologize for the wait and unfortunate first impression. As we got started with drinks and a pastry for the daughter, the other table opened. The hostess immediately came to move us. It all went smoothly from there. Table service was casual and attentive. We started with the Chocolate Almond Croissant and the Baguette & Bordier Butter. The daughter tried the Iced Matcha Latte. For our entrées -- Shakshuka, Patty Melt and Brioche Eggs Benedict (with salmon). I was eager to try the Potato Gravlax, but it was sold out. :( Everything was so, so delicious! Fresh and flavorful. Lovely presentations. Very good portions. As we were finishing, Karla came to our table again to express her gratitude for our patience and understanding. She gave me her business card with an offer to contact her directly should we need another reservation. On our way out, I stopped to compliment the sweet young hostess for a job well done. It's kinda Mexican food, it's kinda not. You have to go in there knowing that. While you get something that looks like a huge burrito, the insides consists of more processed sauces (sour cream, 'guacamole', etc). Whatever it is, it tastes great. My favorite burrito is the JVC Pork Spicy Vic's special. Essentially it's a burrito with everything + the meat of your choice + spicy sauce + melted cheese, a side of chips and lettuce with a tomato on the side. Essentially a wet burrito. It's definitely worth a try -- just be aware that they're closed on Sundays. If you don't know what you want, just ask the guys behind the counter and they'll be sure to help you. The overnight shipping works great as well once you're addicted. read more

This used to be my absolute favorite bean and cheese burrito place for several years. Unfortunately, for the past three visits in the past year it has been pretty bad! I don't know if they changed their recipe or there are new owners, but the taste and quality has definitely gone down hill. The cheese is not completely melted in the burrito, I see small diced chunks of white cheese in the bean and the taste is off. Also, I get this uncomfortable fullness after eating just one. The red salsa is still good. I don't know what you guys have done, but I want my old bean and cheese back, they way it was. read more

They're generous with their portions and salsa, and their green avocado salsa is so amazing. I got two Asada one chicken and one el pastor. I bought the chicken taco because when I try out a taco spot with good prices, I always get their chicken tacos because you can tell whether or not a spot is gonna be good or bad by the way they do their chicken. Chicken is a hard meat to cook, even if it's thigh meat. This chicken taco was so juicy. I was pleasantly surprised. They also have burritos and horchata. I'm also a connoisseur of Horchata. I know it's not hard to make, and sometimes people use just powdered stuff, and even if this was powdered, it was the good powdered stuff. lol As for the ambience, it is a street corner fast food, regular. If you need a bathroom, there's a park down the street that has a restroom if you wanna go to the bathroom or wash your hands.
