Bar code to order to go
    Nikki M.

Super trendy vibe .... Walked in for a quick coffee break , seemed crowded and noisy . Ordered a latte to go , with one barista working the coffee bar with a lot of patrons didn't seem a little ideal during lunch time . Also noticed that she was trying to keep with a lot of orders all the while being polite to the patron chit chattering with her. The latte was alright ... had a tangy taste which I didn't dig much and it was a little pricy for $7 for a to go. Interestingly enough they serve tiramisu... I always wonder how Italian desserts taste at a French restaurant.... I'll give them another go ....maybe ..... if I feel in the mood for expensive.

Bravo Oh La La... à bientôt

The food was really good and the decoration was timeless. It felt like eating at a whimsical forest. I saw a big party having lunch which made the space really loud but we had left quickly after. They do have a time limit. Make sure you put in your reservations on OpenTable!! It saved us a lot of time Sunday morning :) full bellies and happy hearts when we left!

Thomas - THANK YOU! Had a friend invite me to come check out a place in Pasadena... I usually don't venture out too far but we all went to Pasadena NOT TO BE DISAPPOINTED! We got there and it was absolutely beautiful. The vibe, colors, decor, all very thoughtful! Beautiful display of pastries in the front. We had 2 servers helping us (so sorry I did not get their names, a gentleman with dark hair pulled back in a bun and a young lady with short blonde hair) both incredibly lovely! One of the owners, Thomas, came around aswell! Everyone was very happy with their choices of food and drink. I will definitely be back and can't wait for their new spot to open in Atwater Village later this year!

Definitely ohhhhh la la!! Loved the plants outside before entering. My friend & I were greeted and sat right away for Saturday for breakfast at 11 am. I couldn't stop staring at the beautiful restaurant!! The restaurant had hanging flowers (artificial) and the beautiful artwork on a white brick wall. It felt like we were on a coastal vacation. Brandon was our server and he was so nice and cheerful! I ordered an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte with almond milk with French toast. The drink was delicious and the French toast with berry sauce was the best I have ever had. The bread was fresh and moist. I ate it all baby!!! We also checked out the adorable hallway that led to the restrooms. 4 stars because parking was challenging to find and they charged $1.00 extra for adding almond milk to my drink. However, we will back for more memories.

Sourdough, chocolate chip cookie, maple scones, chocolate almond croissant. All yummy treats!

I bought to go: a sourdough loaf, chocolate chip cookie, chocolate almond croissant, and maple scones. I loved pretty much everything! The bread! Crust was crunchy and the inside was soft and delicious! I'm not usually a fan of maple but I inhaled the scone. It was sweet and buttery and yummy. I could do without the salted top but that's just my preference. Same thing with the chocolate chip cookie. It was soft and delectable but I could have done without the sea salt on top. My absolute favorite was the croissant! Flaky, crispy top and the chocolate almond filling was perfect! Service was quick and friendly. I will be back!

Loved the interior design, smelled like fresh baked bread as soon as we entered. Service was quick and friendly. Ordered the Croque Monsieur which felt like a super fancy delicious hand and chees sandwich with some of the fluffiest bread I've ever had Got their Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte which was super good as well and was not too sweet

A cute and cozy bakery and cafe in Pasadena. Lots of croissants, freshly baked bread and coffee. Also a sit down lunch area that very pleasant. I got a plain croissant and an iced latte to go but will be back to dine here cause their menu looked really good. The croissant was ok but the latte very watery and I had to throw it away after a few sips. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. Busy on weekend I can tell. So maybe I'll come back for lunch during the week and update my review. Overall a very nice lance to dine at

Came here on a Sunday with my cousins to catch up. We happened upon this place because it was a middle meeting point for each of us. I am so glad we came here because it's so gorgeous and inviting. I love aesthetically please places that feel warm and inviting. It's even better when the food supersedes the vibes. I ordered a Bellini which was super yummy. I wanted to try something different with my food selection so with the help of the waitress, I ordered the burguignon casserole. It's shortrib, english peas, carrots and crimini mushrooms. It's was the most delicious hearty dish I have had in a long while. It was simple amazing. The menu has so many options and they all look very delectable. I can't wait to return to try other pastries and entree items.

Service was super friendly and helpful. The interior is beautifully decorated and clean. The smell of fresh baked pastries and bread hits you as soon as you walk in. We got the avocado tartine with a poached egg and the brioche eggs Benedict with drip coffee. Everything was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The tartine was huge and I was full for hours. We got the monkey bread, chocolate croissant, and kouign amann to go. The pastries were all clearly super fresh. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and melted in the mouth. Overall it was a bit pricey but definitely a great place for a special occasion or splurge brunch.

I've been meaning to stop by for a while! I Oh La La is such a cute spot where you can either order up by the register or you can sit down and order from your table, which I find very convenient, especially for people who are more introverted. Both the interior and exterior are quite picturesque. The few people I spoke to today were really helpful and kind. Service was top tier in my opinion. The brown sugar cinnamon latte was so well balanced and not too sweet, which I prefer anyway. It also came out super fast. I got there kinda late, so they didn't have a lot of pastries left. But I did get to try both the maple sea salt scone & blueberry scone, and both were amazing. I personally love scones so I'm so glad I tried these. I appreciate that the maple scone wasn't overly salty, but you still got a hint of it. I'll be back here (: great place to come and journal for a bit etc.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of downtown Pasadena. Beautiful decor and ambiance. They make all their baked goods in-house from breads, to cookies, to desserts. I say, MAYBE I would recommend this place only because I felt the food and pastries weren't anything that great compared to any other brunch spot. We each ordered an entree, each ordered a coffee drink, and shared a chocolate almond croissant, fig & cranberry pastry, and a tiramisu. I can't speak for the entrees my friends had, but I did have the Croque Madame and it was good. Not, "OMG this is the best croquet madame I ever had!" But just good. Same went for the pastries. They were good. Not great. I would say that the tiramisu lacked in coffee flavor. The coffee they used to soak the lady fingers tasted watered down. But overall, I don't feel that the food was any better than any other local brunch spot. I guess I expected more because it was a French style menu and thought the flavors would really pop and be different. No complaints on the service. Over all, it's not a place I'd crave to come back to.

We visited Oh La La for the first time on a Sunday around 9:30am and we were seated right away. When you walk in, you're greeted by the host and asked whether you're dining in or joining the bakery line. We chose to dine in and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is nicely decorated! Our server was super kind and attentive. I ordered the Morning Plate which comes with eggs, potatoes, and toast. I added bacon for an additional fee. It was delicious! I also ordered an iced matcha latte which was good as well. Each table has a bakery menu if you'd like to order pastries to go which is really convenient. I can't wait to go back and try one of their pastries!

Do you have outdoor seating? Are you dog friendly?

Hi Jonah, Yes we have outdoor seating and are dog friendly!

Do people write / study here?

It is very large and spread out so I am sure you could find a quiet corner to write or study. They are also very casual and will not rush you out.

I will be bringing four separate French classes to do a field study here this coming semester if that's all right with you?

Please call the restaurant directly. I am just a customer :)

    Is this a French-owned business?

    Yes we are

Wondering what kind of almond milk they use in their lattes? It's really good -- which is rare!

Hi! We proudly carry Elmhurst Almond Milk, their milks are clean, non GMO, with no added gums or oils (like most other brands) and taste really good!

    Curious suggested parking info?

Street parking on Colorado Boulevard will always be a challenge. Be prepared to hunt some and wear good walking shoes. Maybe you’ll get lucky.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. The woman taking our order did not seem to know what Celiac disease or gluten even was, and became visibly annoyed when I asked basic questions about food preparation and cross contamination. When I asked about the prep station and whether gloves or utensils could be changed, she refused to ask the cooks. From what I was told, nearly everything shares the same grill. The only item that might potentially be safe would be eggs cooked in a separate pan, but without changing gloves or utensils, even that would not actually be safe for someone with Celiac disease. I ended up not eating at all. I actually left my party and waited in the car because I wanted to cry. It was embarrassing and honestly heartbreaking to feel like asking questions to protect my health was treated like an inconvenience.
