Bar code to order to go
Nikki M.

Super trendy vibe .... Walked in for a quick coffee break , seemed crowded and noisy . Ordered a latte to go , with one barista working the coffee bar with a lot of patrons didn't seem a little ideal during lunch time . Also noticed that she was trying to keep with a lot of orders all the while being polite to the patron chit chattering with her. The latte was alright ... had a tangy taste which I didn't dig much and it was a little pricy for $7 for a to go. Interestingly enough they serve tiramisu... I always wonder how Italian desserts taste at a French restaurant.... I'll give them another go ....maybe ..... if I feel in the mood for expensive.

Sourdough, chocolate chip cookie, maple scones, chocolate almond croissant. All yummy treats!

I bought to go: a sourdough loaf, chocolate chip cookie, chocolate almond croissant, and maple scones. I loved pretty much everything! The bread! Crust was crunchy and the inside was soft and delicious! I'm not usually a fan of maple but I inhaled the scone. It was sweet and buttery and yummy. I could do without the salted top but that's just my preference. Same thing with the chocolate chip cookie. It was soft and delectable but I could have done without the sea salt on top. My absolute favorite was the croissant! Flaky, crispy top and the chocolate almond filling was perfect! Service was quick and friendly. I will be back!

Bravo Oh La La... à bientôt

Definitely ohhhhh la la!! Loved the plants outside before entering. My friend & I were greeted and sat right away for Saturday for breakfast at 11 am. I couldn't stop staring at the beautiful restaurant!! The restaurant had hanging flowers (artificial) and the beautiful artwork on a white brick wall. It felt like we were on a coastal vacation. Brandon was our server and he was so nice and cheerful! I ordered an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte with almond milk with French toast. The drink was delicious and the French toast with berry sauce was the best I have ever had. The bread was fresh and moist. I ate it all baby!!! We also checked out the adorable hallway that led to the restrooms. 4 stars because parking was challenging to find and they charged $1.00 extra for adding almond milk to my drink. However, we will back for more memories.

Loved the interior design, smelled like fresh baked bread as soon as we entered. Service was quick and friendly. Ordered the Croque Monsieur which felt like a super fancy delicious hand and chees sandwich with some of the fluffiest bread I've ever had Got their Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte which was super good as well and was not too sweet

How didn't I know about this cafe sooner? Everyone here is so friendly! I loved every moment. The food was tastier than I was expecting it to be. We got two orders of the breakfast croissant and it was perfect. My latte was yummy. Ordered a couple pastries to go... a little overpriced but I would definitely recommend and return

A cute and cozy bakery and cafe in Pasadena. Lots of croissants, freshly baked bread and coffee. Also a sit down lunch area that very pleasant. I got a plain croissant and an iced latte to go but will be back to dine here cause their menu looked really good. The croissant was ok but the latte very watery and I had to throw it away after a few sips. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. Busy on weekend I can tell. So maybe I'll come back for lunch during the week and update my review. Overall a very nice lance to dine at

Came here on a Sunday with my cousins to catch up. We happened upon this place because it was a middle meeting point for each of us. I am so glad we came here because it's so gorgeous and inviting. I love aesthetically please places that feel warm and inviting. It's even better when the food supersedes the vibes. I ordered a Bellini which was super yummy. I wanted to try something different with my food selection so with the help of the waitress, I ordered the burguignon casserole. It's shortrib, english peas, carrots and crimini mushrooms. It's was the most delicious hearty dish I have had in a long while. It was simple amazing. The menu has so many options and they all look very delectable. I can't wait to return to try other pastries and entree items.

I've been meaning to stop by for a while! I Oh La La is such a cute spot where you can either order up by the register or you can sit down and order from your table, which I find very convenient, especially for people who are more introverted. Both the interior and exterior are quite picturesque. The few people I spoke to today were really helpful and kind. Service was top tier in my opinion. The brown sugar cinnamon latte was so well balanced and not too sweet, which I prefer anyway. It also came out super fast. I got there kinda late, so they didn't have a lot of pastries left. But I did get to try both the maple sea salt scone & blueberry scone, and both were amazing. I personally love scones so I'm so glad I tried these. I appreciate that the maple scone wasn't overly salty, but you still got a hint of it. I'll be back here (: great place to come and journal for a bit etc.

We visited Oh La La for the first time on a Sunday around 9:30am and we were seated right away. When you walk in, you're greeted by the host and asked whether you're dining in or joining the bakery line. We chose to dine in and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is nicely decorated! Our server was super kind and attentive. I ordered the Morning Plate which comes with eggs, potatoes, and toast. I added bacon for an additional fee. It was delicious! I also ordered an iced matcha latte which was good as well. Each table has a bakery menu if you'd like to order pastries to go which is really convenient. I can't wait to go back and try one of their pastries!

My third time here. I LOVED my first 2 experiences and I'm not sure if there's new management, a new chef, or what the heck. But this was bad enough to make me not want to come back. I will give a star for excellent customer service. Everyone has been sweet and our serve was nice. But the food. Yall. Let's start with the pastries. Hard and overbaked. The almond croissant was burnt to say the least. The chocolate chip cookie was tough as can be. Then the food. Brisket eggs Benedict and steak and eggs. The brisket was not too bad. But the bread they used was beyond soggy and not something I liked. I ordered medium rare steak and it was overcooked to say the least.

Cappuccino

Overview Oh La La French Cafe and Bakery -- A cozy French café and bakery offering brunch favorites, pastries, and coffee. Ambience (4/5) Simple and relaxed with a touch of French charm. Not overly fancy, but pleasant for a casual brunch. Food (4.5/5) The eggs Benedict stands out--the ham is a thick, high-quality cut that clearly feels chef-prepared, not your typical deli slice. The poached egg and hollandaise are rich and well-executed. The side salad is fresh with a generous portion, balancing the dish nicely. Pastries are crispy, lightly sweet, and not overwhelming. Overall, the food is very well done. The cappuccino, however, is just average. Pricing & Value (4/5) Good pricing for the quality and portion sizes--solid value overall. Services (4.5/5) Friendly and efficient service that enhances the experience without feeling overbearing. Summary Oh La La delivers strong brunch dishes--especially the eggs Benedict--with quality ingredients and good value. A great spot if you're after tasty food in a charming, low-key setting.

Late lunch on a Saturday with the family and we were seated immediately. The staff are very accommodating. The place is vibrant. The food is ok and the little pricey.

Do you have outdoor seating? Are you dog friendly?

Hi Jonah, Yes we have outdoor seating and are dog friendly!

Do people write / study here?

It is very large and spread out so I am sure you could find a quiet corner to write or study. They are also very casual and will not rush you out.

I will be bringing four separate French classes to do a field study here this coming semester if that's all right with you?

Please call the restaurant directly. I am just a customer :)

Is this a French-owned business?

Yes we are

Wondering what kind of almond milk they use in their lattes? It's really good -- which is rare!

Hi! We proudly carry Elmhurst Almond Milk, their milks are clean, non GMO, with no added gums or oils (like most other brands) and taste really good!

Curious suggested parking info?

Street parking on Colorado Boulevard will always be a challenge. Be prepared to hunt some and wear good walking shoes. Maybe you’ll get lucky.

I guess this is the spot for coffee and pastries in Pasadena. It was a cute shop with a millennial-friendly aesthetic. Brick walls, exposed ceiling, and lots of hanging lights. Case full of beautiful pastries, house chocolates and merchandise for sale. The line moved quickly enough, and service was friendly and reasonably fast. A table opened up for us when we needed it, and we sat and enjoyed our coffee and pastry. I got a salted honey latte, which was delicious. I'm not a habitual coffee drinker, and this felt like a special indulgent little treat. I'm not a pastry person either, but the kougin amann was fantastic, rich and buttery and shatteringly crispy. I also got a chocolate croissant to go for my husband, who said it was really good. We sat for maybe half an hour, and when we left, someone was there to take our spot, and we had to squeeze past the line that was coming through the door. I don't like coffee and sweets enough to do all that on a regular basis, but I enjoyed my visit to Artisanal Goods and would recommend it if you want top notch pastries in Pasadena.

I was able to find parking nearby luckily and that was probably the hardest part. However, it was also really hot that day so I came prepared with a big hat because I saw the line wrap around the building. I know there is some seasonal items that sell out really quick to keep an eye out of. The chocolate croissant was great and I'll have to wait to try some of their other items next time which I also hear is amazing. The dining area isn't the biggest popular places. It's probably not the easiest to find a spot to sit and enjoy unless you time it correctly.

First, the good: the cinnamon roll was moist and fluffy all the way through. No dry cinnamon rolls here! The service was also very friendly. The not so good: my first bite, which somehow managed to not have much icing, gave me a clear taste of the dough. It reminded me a lot of canned biscuit dough. I prefer a thicker icing, this one was quite runny and very sweet without any nuance to the flavor. Also, I really wanted to try the peach cobbler cupcakes but they didn't have any cupcakes in stock at all, only a few cake slices. We went around noon, and I hoped they would have plenty of options around that time :/ Unfortunately I've had much better cinnamon rolls elsewhere in LA.
