We've been coming to BB for years but after last night it may be the last time. Instead of the family atmosphere it has had in the past it has redecorated into a bar. With a huge bar replacing seating, it has limited the number of tables for families. With the change there has been a deterioration of service. Yes I know, help is hard to find. But have staffing that can actually clear a table, fill the catsup/mustard container, clean them off and most importantly listen to the orders and know what's on the order. The service was good and fast. The young lady was quick and attentive, she was very friendly and laughed at our silly jokes. I loved that your bar staff knew how to make a "Red Beer." The food was tasty and I like that the menu is limited.. grilled cheese with pepper Jack was so yummy and my bread was not greasy! The atmosphere is light and I love the high top tables. We stopped in again for burgers. The entire family was jonesing for cheeseburgers but it wasn't as great as the last time. I also realized why my salad was off. The last two times that I ordered blue cheese dressing it was mayonnaise! I didn't eat it the first time. This time I caught it before eating my salad. Just what I was looking for in a local burger joint while traveling on business. Skin-on fries and a locally produced bun that you dress yourself when it arrives. Mine came with cheese, bacon and a fried egg on top. I can't remember if I used 3 or 4 napkins, but that tree did not die in vane. Passing through Bozeman my buddy and I stopped in here for a burger and a beer. I got the hot spicy burger and my buddy got the heart attack burger. The beef was so fresh and delicious. We both gobbled down our burgers and washed them down with not 1 but 2 beers each. The waitresses were as helpful as they were beautiful. This was a good choice that jumped out at me from across the road. I definitely recommend this spot. read more

We were checking out Main Street before we caught our flight home. We stopped in for lunch and what a great place! Delicious burgers!! The staff made you feel right at home and there were no issues following Covid protocol. The burgers are the real deal! We went to burger bobs with a large group of around 10 people to have a family dinner. Rather than politely telling us that they prefer only serving tables of 6, they let us all sit together. We were waited on by a nice waitress who told us it was her first day. Our burgers came out one at a time with about 5 minutes in between each person receiving food. One burger was brought out that was not on our ticket. Two people did not receive food. When we told the waitress that they had not received their burgers, she re-wrote down what they ordered and went to get her supervisor. The supervisor was incredible rude. She told us they had brought everything out on our tickets and that it was our fault for sending back the (wrong) burger that they had brought us earlier. We again waited for our last two members to receive their food. Another supervisor brought out their burgers, did not even apologize for the wrong order or the delay, and when our group member thanked her, she said "yep" and walked away. It took them an additional 20 minutes to cash our check. Our initial waitress was on her phone at the bar while the second server we had was handling our check. We left a 10% tip, which was honestly more than they deserved and they FOLLOWED US OUT OF THE RESTAURANT and told us that we "personally financially affected our initial waitress by leaving a poor tip" and that she had a hard day, so we should feel bad for not leaving a better tip. She also told us that our service was poor because of our group size even though if we had been told, we would have happily split into two groups with no conflict. After a long summer hike in the Bridgers that involved summiting with a couple friends, we wanted nothing more than a giant burger and a milkshake. But having burned at least 12,000 calories that day, we reasoned that we deserved more than the normal portion of milkshake and wondered if we might be able to order a pitcher of milkshake (putting aside the insalubrious consequences). Much to our surprise, out waitress ebulliently delivered a massive pitcher complete with a mountain of whipped cream and half a dozen cherries to top it. The shake was spectacular and thick and was quickly demolished by me and my exhausted friends. Now experiencing a severe craving for something savory, our main courses arrived with impeccable timing. My cowboy burger landed in front of me as a stunning mountain of gustatory euphoria and was quickly vacuumed along with the doomed waffle fries that arrived alongside it. While the meal was ephemeral, it's impact was enduring and I can almost taste that burger today. Seriously, it was that good. We stopped in for lunch on a brief stopover in Bozeman. The only word I can use to describe the experience is appalling! Even if we weren't in the midst of a pandemic, I wouldn't eat at this place. Their complete disregard for cleanliness and food sanitation was abhorrent. We watched 3 tables leave and servers clear plates but never wash/sanitize the tables. They offer condiment caddies that also go without any sanitizing between customers. Servers don't wear masks, no hand washing between clearing tables and then bringing out food. The straws they offer are unwrapped and also handled by said unwashed hands. By the time our food arrived we had all lost our appetite and barely picked at the food. No excuse for this lack of respect for general health and safety of customers.....owners need to wake up! read more

I ordered take out from this restaurant. They handed me my food and thanked me for coming. I had to remind them I also ordered a drink which they then gave me without even filling up to the top. I get home and see they gave me the wrong burger. I was given a mushroom burger and waffle fries when I ordered the What Came First burger with tator tots. I also ordered and did receive Mac n Cheese bites. I decided to just eat what I had brought home. The Mac n cheese bites didn't have much cheese and weren't special. The burger was over cooked. The burgers on the main menu seemed over priced but I guess it's Bozeman and everything is high priced.
