I saw that they had a homemade veggie burger and thought I'd give it a try. The cashier was engaging but didn't know much about the home made "burger" vs. an Impossible burger. Another worker came over and explained how the home made burger is soy free and can be a bit crumbly vs. the Impossible which (we all know) is more like a beef burger. The entire veggie burger was really good, I didn't think it was "crumbly". It comes on a good bun other than it was a bit dry. I got mine to-go so the sauce was on the side. With the aoli it was a good veggie burger. All and all, I like the burger. It is a bummer you can't get any of the fried sides as they're fried in beef tallow. read more

Located in a food hall with some stores for shopping. It's an open airy type of place that could get loud. This is a walk up to order and they bring out your food to you type of place. Everyone was very nice and professional. I ordered the libertine burger bowl with a beef patty instead of the turkey. It was good but nothing really stood out to me. I tried one of the onion rings and it wasn't really what I was anticipating. It was ok and some would probably think it was great but I was expecting something more traditional. Tried eating here for the first time. My husband and I are eating low carb right now so we tried the Napa burger bowls. Got them to go. It's a decent sized salad, the patty was good and I liked everything in my Napa salad. When I made my order she asked me what dressing I wanted, but our salads came with no dressing. We got the burger bowls to go so I had to eat it without dressing, disappointing what half your salad is the dressing. Will try again and hopefully get dressing next time. read more

I've eaten at Liberty Burgers in another state multiple times and usually am satisfied. Today the Liberty burger was great , Jackie o burger was good but the toppings were so cold it detracted. Onion rings were excellent Unfortunately, the veggie burger was one of the worst I have ever eaten--mushy and flavorless. I ate about 1/4 of it and gave up. Staff was friendly and efficient. They were very receptive to feed back and took the burger off the bill so hopefully the veggie burger was an anomaly. read more

Truly the worst Ahi tuna sandwich I've ever had for $19.....the pic on the menu and description looked amazing so I was willing to try the exorbitant priced sandwich with no accompanying sides. Flavorless, not seared rare, tasted more like it was flash boiled. Yes, like soggy mushy fish. The bun was also soggy and the slaw on top also flavorless. Truly bizarre how they make a great cut of fish taste so bad. The shoestring fries (extra charge) were good and so was the cocktail so that's the extra star. Overall the counter service and food runner didn't help the experience, both were short and unfriendly with their interactions. The tip screen starts at 25% --you have to auto enter anything below 18% before you've had your food or encountered your food runner. Definitely not going back and bummed this replaced the other counter service spot that was there before that had great staff and delicious food read more

Expensive, no real flavor, nickel and dime people, and that's just the tip of the iceberg about how bad this place is. After charging $8 for an order of onion rings, they felt it was necessary to charge 25 cents for ranch. You'd think at least one ranch (what is probably only a 2oz container) would come with an order of O rings. I ordered a Young Liberty burger - kids cheeseburger - because I can't eat an adult size burger. The meal, as per the sign, said it came with fries (or fruit) and a drink. Well, when I ordered my drink, they said the meal doesn't come with a drink if an adult orders the meal. It would have been nice if the sign said that. Even though the burger was only $1 less than the regular Liberty Burger, the kids burger was, what appeared to be a frozen, low quality burger. Granted, kids aren't too particular about the food they eat, but some parents and adults ordering the kids burger, expect the same quality of food that is served to others. Two adult burgers, one kids meal (sort of) an order of sweet potato fries, and one soda was over $50!!!! There are just too many great places to eat in this town.
