I haven't been to Buca in years because of the long wait times, but I've forgotten how good the food is. We had ravioli with meat sauce and margherita pizza. Portions are pretty big family sizes. Would definitely come for the next family gathering now that it won't be a 2-hour wait time. read more

We came here last minute to celebrate a friend leaving for the Navy. I wouldn't consider the food here to be authentic Italian but the portions are quite generous. We celebrated my daughter's promotion here. They offered us the pope room. Our server Abby was awesome from the time she came in to greet us. We had a huge party 14. She was very welcoming, and friendly, even though our party was loud, we couldn't hear her. She made jokes along with us, and never seemed frustrated. I really appreciated her for that. She brought our drinks in a timely manner. Our food as well. The food, is always delicious. All in all, we had a good time. The Pope room is beautiful. We loved our celebration here for my daughter. Catering review: - ordered catering a week in advance - received confirmation of order day of order - 3 hours before the event, I received the attached email stating my order was not sent to the store. - Upon calling, I was told the bank flagged the charge as fraud, and this was a "common issue" for Buca Di Beppo orders and customers (if common, why not fix?) - checked the bank account and was charged, no reversal on the account - The suggested solution was to pay for the order again by providing my card information over the phone (risky and unusual ask for anyone that has had identity stolen or compromised), OR - spend more of my time calling my bank on a Saturday to release funds even though my bank did not alert me of any fraudulent activity and already charged me for the order. - the agent who helped over the phone didn't understand the inconvenience, the unsecure ask of personal data, or the extended effort to fix a problem - spent 20 minutes on the phone and got nowhere Never again! Buca di Beppo is ideal for 4+ people because they serve family style dishes. If you are going by with just one other person, you better both agree on one dish because each small sized portion can feed 3 - 4 people. I went today with my husband and we got the baked ziti with the prosciutto Brussels sprouts. You get free bread with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette upon being seated. We had quite a long wait but our server was excellent in keeping us updated and he even brought us a complimentary Caesar salad while we waited for our food. Pasta is great and the prosciutto on the Brussels sprouts are quite delicious. Our total bill was $53 bucks (not including tip) and we had a sizable portion that we took home. The restaurant itself is huge. Big enough to get lost and turn yourself around. Each section has cool decor and a certain Italian theme. We were in the section surrounded by various Italian movie stars and other celebrities. It's got a home-feel to it and it looks great for large celebrations. read more

First time here at this location and it went really well! First, shoutout to Rosie for keeping the spirits high and jokes funny. It really was a pleasure to have her as our server especially after a long and tiring day. Additionally the food came out pretty fast and was delicious. We usually wait for over an jour at other Buca locations, but this location was pretty quick with their food without having to compensate the quality of it. Went here today for a large party and had the back room rented to us. The restaurant as a whole took care of us very well! The service was impeccable. Andrea and Aldo both were very attentive to our tables and always had our plates cleared and cups refilled. They were very friendly and attentive and made our party more enjoyable. The food was also very good. The package that we selected was the one with the least amount of food, but we all had way more than enough for each family to take multiple large boxes of pasta home. The pizza, as always, was really great, thin crust, not too greasy. The Caesar was delicious and the antipasto was ok. We also had Alfredo and ziti (I think) which the Alfredo definitely needed salt or Parmesan cheese but the ziti with the red sauce was great. The best was the chicken Parmigiana, it was seasoned beautifully and was so tasty! Then for dessert they brought out cannoli's. They were pretty good but the chocolate sauce tasted like hershey's syrup and didn't add anything to it. Overall everything was great.
