I first went in to wash my hands it was nail shop in the bathroom, I came back woman behind the counter was talking on the phone and I stood there waiting for her to get off the phone. I ordered my donut came back outside the trash is overflowing trash on the table. There also appears to be sucks hanging over the rail just behind the table. Love the crew. They hold it down and always have a good attitude. Whether I'm stumbling in at 4:27 am or 2:22 pm the experience is pleasent.

This was my first time at this new Bosa location. Compared to other locations I've visited the quality here is very low. I ordered a breakfast croissant with cheese, egg, and sausage as well as a watermelon smoothie. The smoothie tasted so bad I ended up just throwing it away and the breakfast sandwich was slathered with mayonnaise and over cooked so I didn't have much of that either. If you want a good watermelon smoothie try Jamba Juice, that's where I went directly after. I will not be returning to this location! read more

That's a good donut. Always soft and feels freshly made. This location is open 24 hours and regardless of the time I come here, the donuts are always good. Of course late at night they may reduce their stock, which is understandable but it sucks because the chocolate glazed are almost always gone. I've been coming here for sometime now, recently I've been addicted to their sandwiches and Thai Teas w/boba. Get a turkey sandwich on a croissant with a thai tea on the side and some donut holes for later, ufffff you'll thank me later. They're open for to-go ordering only but they offer walk-in and drive thru ordering and are even 24/7 for munchie hours. I always have nice encounters with the owners and staff, and very attentive in the drive thru. Not sure if they have vegan donuts still so I will post an update on that later. Let me say that I love their donuts but this location has the worst customer service. Right off the bat, ordering anything here is like pulling teeth. Their is such a disconnect in language that it always takes 5 minutes to get the order in, with me repeating myself ten times. Second, once you pull up to the window, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes. Third, check your order because they will, more times than not, get the order incorrect. When you point out the mistake, you get a rude ass stare and comment, like it was your fault. I continue to go here cause my kid loves the strawberry/banana smoothie but I really can't stand going here knowing what's in store. read more

Check your order thoroughly if you are using the drive-thru during the night shift. They once again screwed up my sandwich, putting it on regular cheap white toast instead of the toasted bagel that I ordered. They wrap it up well and put it in a bag assuming that by the time you get home you'll just eat what they decided to give you and you probably won't come all the way back for a re-make. Seeing how bagels cost more than cheap white bread they save substantial money after doing this frequently enough - either that or the night crew is just lazy, cavalier, and careless and figure that you'll just get what you get - and too bad for you if you don't like it. Great food. Horrible service. Asian lady that works the county always yells at me. I tried to order a raspberry filled dounut and I usually get powdered sugar sprinkled in top but she just kept saying she isnt going to do that after i even offered to pay. Bosa Donuts are the best donuts I've ever had they're so fresh made on premise unlike the national chains that have them delivered from a warehouse not like the old days this is old school donut shop. We always had to travel but now there's a brand new one right down the street on Central just south of Indianola open 24 hours I love getting the donut holes always fresh and they're only a dollar 19 a dozen you can't get that deal anywhere and a top it off they're giving a free donut or a small cup of coffee for the entire month of May which is very nice so go check them out support local business support mom and pop shops read more

My current favorite is the "cake" donut. Plain but flavorful. Their custard, chocolates, bear claws and other varieties are 5 star delicious as well. Their breakfast sandwiches are good. The bagels are not. The iced coffee is like the 4th best in town for cheap! Their prices are... ya know, actual donut price - like what you'd pay for a donut and not a yuppie donut. I came in thinking I was going to get a sweet tea so I went up to the counter the girl already had an attitude and I ordered a sweet tea with an apple fritter and she said oh we don't sell sweet tea well if you don't sell it don't advertise it and don't have an attitude it was slow so I don't get why she was mad but the only reason I put two stars because the apple fritter was good. The best donuts ever! But even better and surprising are their sandwiches. HUGE and fresh. Great lunch combo for 5.00. I often pick one up in the am for lunch. Jalapeños do come on it standard, so if you don't like them, ask for without. They also offer wheat bread which is not on the menu. read more

Beware...Last Friday I bought donuts and the receipt automatically pops up with generic tipping options. I did not leave a tip and when it showed up on my credit card statement it showed that the staff had given themselves an $8 tip. Walked to this location on Sunday April 10. Sign on door says masks required but apparently not for 2 of the 3 staff. Two female staff "wore" masks completely below their noses, one male staff correctly covered his nose and mouth with his mask. The two female staff were rude, asking us to hurry (my friend and I were the only customers in the store!), and seemed genuinely unhappy about being there and having to provide any sort of customer service or do any work. Another woman walked in as we were paying, and she was attempting to order at the counter and was being somewhat yelled at by one of the female staff. The customer kept saying that she didn't understand what she was being yelled at about, and my friend and I left disgusted and disappointed that masks were merely "chin diapers" in the middle of a pandemic. I emailed Bosa Corporate when I got home that day, and 11 days later still have received no response. Won't go again, won't recommend that anyone caring about pandemic safety go to this location (3701 N. Central Ave, Phx), and if you decide to go, try a different day so maybe the unmasked staff won't be working. If they are and you send corporate an email - don't hold your breath. read more
