Amazing atmosphere in the social bar and our waitress Dusti was great!!! Will be back for sure and will recommend!

I always stop by this place when I'm in the area. The 3 meat combo is an excellent value. I usually get 2 types of ribs and the brisket. Their BBQ sauce is spot on. Also their sides are very good too. Try to save room for the warm mini donuts they bring you at the end of your meal. read more

I should have turned around and walked out. I arrived at 2:15 the restaurant had 4 tables in use. The hostess walked six feet in front of me and never turned her head towards me and just kept saying - it's open seating in the bar. I did not want to sit in the bar. I asked if I could have a booth in the dinning area. She snapped her head and put the menu on the table with an eye roll. They never said they do not honor happy hour outside of the bar area. My waitress was prompt but, then entered my brisket meal wrong... twice. It arrived dry and had a tiny drizzle of bbq sauce. I waited 10 minutes after receiving my food before my waitress came back so I could ask for more BBQ sauce as they don't leave any on the table. I also had to ask my waitress for corn bread as it was not brought to my table. Don't waste your time for this $15 lunch too many other options in the area. The food is average and the customer service is awful. I asked to speak with a manager, knowing all of my concerns were fixable and well... no one came. read more

Wow.! Great place. Emily and the crew served us. My wife and I. Only our second time here, but it has been a long time since our first visit. Emily was very helpful, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us with our meal choices. We shared the Whole Hog.!! Delicious and so very much food.!! Loved the Baby Back ribs and sausage.!! Beef is not our favorite meat, but everything was so tasty and melt off the bone and melt in your mouth delicious.!! Very good atmosphere with the open patio area and moving cool fresh air.!! read more

Took my brother there for his birthday. Everyone was super nice and the ribs were delicious! Plus, they make their own donuts!

We just ate at Bobby Q's for the first time, this is our new favorite place. Topped off with the best server ever Jessica!! Such a great experience overall we will be back! read more

Had a company party here and it was an amazing experience! They strive on customer service and for a large group of 35, they handled it incredibly well. Will come back and definitely recommend. We had a lot of variety with appetizer choices and brew. Everything was delish! Check them out if you haven't yet! read more

This is my second time here, first time at a table. I like the ambiance and mood. Service was great! Definitely coming back.

I am not a big BBQ fan...I am a big Bobby-Q fan though. Amazing, excellent BBQ and sides were also just as good. Good People, kind, friendly. I didn't meet anyone named Bobby there? That is weird : ) I did enjoy my dinner. read more

First time here, this past Saturday. Service was great, waitress was knowledgeable and very tentative. Even though I am limited on what type of meat I eat, I was not disappointed with the smoked wings. Love the option of the 3 sauces. Donuts were an added bonus too. Will definitely be returning! read more

The baby back ribs are so good! You honestly could not go wrong eating here. I have yet to be disappointed.

Best barbecue I've had in a long time! Especially the beef ribs. Tender, moist and delicious. We also we also had the salmon which was very very good. Our server, Jesus, was amazing!! read more

I honestly cannot say enough good or positive things about my experience here. We had come in a few weeks back and can't stop thinking of this place. 1st, our waitress was hands down, the best waitress I've ever had. I know that's saying a lot but I never once had to ask for a refill on my drink, nor did anyone else in my party of 4. Our waitress (Jenny O I think was her name) was on point with everything. She had the wedge salad we ordered out right away (which she had suggested we split as it was huge-good call), then she had the food out just as we finished up with our salad and had everything separated (the sides) just as we had requested. My daughter spilled her drink and I think Jenny caught it in mid air before it completely spilled over. I swear that lady was superwoman. Anyhow, my ribs & steak were on point to where the meat was falling off the bones. My wife's pulled pork was perfect and my kids loved their Mac & Cheese. Bobby Q's, if you're reading this, you better give that lady a raise and make sure she never goes anywhere else! read more

I ordered the 3 meat lunch special. The ribs were falling off the bone and very tender. The links were really good as well. The brisket tasted odd, very smokey. My side was the Mac n cheese which was not good. I'm a baked Mac n cheese type of person and this was like shells and cheese in a box with a burnt top layer. Just velveeta and noodles, not good at all. So half of my meal was great and the other half I could do without. Would definitely go back and try some other things though. read more

Great service by our server Jacob food was great... the atmosphere was very fun and enjoyable I will come back here again. We made reservations. read more

You should eat here! It's great in the things that dont matter and than nails it out of the park with the things that do. Example, the building it's in is creatively built and well maintained. The atmosphere, which tends to lean older in my experience, is great with a place I wouldnt mind coming in for just a beer. Though it knocks it out of the park with the Best Barbecue I've ever eaten! Quality over Quantity but in this case you get quality and quantity. Go check this place out I'd be surprised if you were at all disappointed. Even my waitress was amazing! read more

If you are looking for some amazing barbecue chicken and mac and cheese this is definitely the place to go to. I've been here various times and every time I visit they never fail to go beyond my expectations. The employees are always very kind and heart warming. Although tonight we got an outstanding waiter whose name is Drew. He was very welcoming, checked on us many times to see if we needed anything, and asked how everything was tasting. Not once did we see him without a smile on his face. He most definitely made this a 10/10 experience. We will come back real soon!!! read more

One of our favorite restaurants! We love the atmosphere in the bar and dining area. The food is delicious. The cornbread at the beginning, and the cinnamon donuts after, are yummy! read more

Beautiful place does not excuse poor service. So so food at high prices. I'll stick to Joe's BBQ.

Great authentic BBQ - awesome service - definitely will go back when I'm in the area.

Best bobby Qs in AZ! Service food and doughnuts :) always coming back to this location, much closer to my home!

Fantastic Food, great service, and they even gave us donuts while we were waiting for a table! My pulled chicken sandwich was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the sauce was just the right blend of sweet and spicy. The pecan coleslaw was crisp, not mushy. My husband's baby back ribs fell right off the bone, and his sides of baked beans and mac-and-cheese were anything but ordinary. The portions were just the right size. We left full and satisfied, with another bag of donuts in tow! read more

Great food and service! They have a gluten free menu as well! Very nice place. Will definitely come here again.

Excellent place went there on date night with my wife, great atmosphere and the food amazing. Hope to bring the kids soon for the free donuts!!!! read more

This isn't even bbq it's just grilled or slow cooked bs covered in sauce it's honestly depressing

This is the BEST place to eat in Mesa! I actually can't have bbq because of allergies, but their chicken salad, potatoes and drinks are the best. My husband and kids do get the bbq and they are addicted as well. We try to come in once a week or so as a treat. The prices are definitely reasonable for the food you're getting and I've never had a bad meal here. The waiters have been very gracious and accommodating also. read more

I ordered some fabulous Beef Ribs to go on 2/18 about 4:15 in the evening. Placed my order & then had a happy hour priced beer while waiting for my to go order. The food was ready before I was done with my beer!! The bartender was professional and cashed me out right away so I could finish my beer and be on my way with the goods. I got home a little later and ate three of the four ribs along with a little bit of the macaroni and cheese and some of the fabulous potato salad. The way they did the corn bread was fabulous it wasn't falling apart it was in a medallion form about & inch high. I will be back to Dine in next time because the restaurant had good ambience but I was by myself. I'll be taking the wife and the family back over there real soon and get some more fabulous food and try the pulled pork, brisket or something else. You can't go wrong here so Siri you get there the city are gonna be happy you did get some Bobby Q‼ read more

One star because I have to give at least one star. Waited for a table but never was told the table was outside... if I was told this prior to being put on a wait I would have gone somewhere else. I would not have waited 30-45 minutes to sit outside with a baby when it is 50 degrees outside. Service was very poor and slow. Won't be back. They need to brush up on their front of the house training and service. read more

Bobby Q is our go to spot when we have client tours. Our visitors LOVE the food and atmosphere! Their catering service is great as well!

In town visiting family and wanted some BBQ. Bobby Q didnt let us down, service was good and didnt have to wait to be seated. The staff was friendly and was helpful with ordering off the menu for first timers to Bobby Q. The ribs slide off the bone and they had sweet tea!!!! Only issue we had was the taste of the baked beans, my wife thought they were too sweet for her, but the staff was quick you replace the beans with another side dish. The manager Taylor Branch was outstanding with his customer service, he not only replaced the beans but came by during our dinner to see if we needed anything else. He also gave us to share a apple cobbler with ice cream for the inconvenience. We will be back not only for the food but for the great service. read more
