I went back to Bob's today for breakfast with a friend. I got eggs, sausage patties and biscuits and it was SO GOOD and so reasonable. I couldn't even finish it! Montoya was our server and she was so kind and kept our coffees hot. It looks like the menu was updated with some fall items, which looked amazing. Looking forward to going back!

The service is always top notch for me and my husband. My breakfast taco platter with home fries was okay. My husband enjoyed his meal but we were in agreement about the cold brew vanilla Caramel drink it wasn't as good as the hot choice. The ambiance was a typical windy Saturday late morning.

I normally go to the Westerville location, today I was closer to 161 location. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which I normally I order at Westerville location, presentation is always eye appealing, tasty, fresh, bread toasted. What I received from the 161 location, turkey sandwich was disgusting, the untoasted or lightly toasted bread with finger prints very visible as you can see in the picture below. Veggies were not fresh. French fries were soggy, not sure why.

Second time in as many months. This location is close to church. It's always busy and sometimes seems understaffed. Today there are more workers and no wait. We both got the Rise and Shine with our eggs over-medium. I got sausage links, wheat toast and hashbrowns. He got sausage patties, home fries, biscuits and grits. The food is taking a bit longer this time. The eggs were overcooked but everything else was good. The links were cooked perfectly...yummy. The bowl of grits is bigger than he expected, no clean plate club for him.

Had lunch at this Bob Evans today. This restaurant was clean, bright, and great spacing. Friendly service. Had the Turkey melt which is an excellent sandwich. It has great flavor, tasted freshly cooked, and generous with the bacon. Fries seemed fresh as well. Nice to have a lunch that seems like it came from the kitchen, both the warmer. Given the lack of options in this area for lunch, this turned about to be great.

Let's start with the pancake balls. The signature dish is absolutely out of this world. You can get them filled with Nutella, dulce de leche or Apple/Pumpkin butter. These little morsels of goodness are worth the trip alone. We also had the Pueblo BLT Sammy with the sweet and spicy bacon (that's right this is a thing that must be tried to be believed). This sandwich was so good and don't sleep on the homemade citrus aioli - outstanding. Our table also had the hens in a basket. Eggs cooked perfectly and the bread had a sweetness to it that made it just right. OUTSTANDING FOOD! And we will be back

I have never had okonomiyake but now I have gotta try making it at home. White and purple potatoes in the okonomiyake flour with corn, cabbage and topped with a perfectly over-medium egg and delicious piri-piri and citrus aioli (with a side of vegetarian sausage patties) and hibiscus tea! Exactly what I was in the mood for and perfectly cooked. The hot vanilla tea was good also- Its a bit noisy inside but I'd like to try more food.

We started with a Hot Apple Cider, topped with maple-infused whipped cream and cinnamon, along with a couple of hot coffees. The cider was warm, comforting, and full of cozy fall flavors. Unfortunately, the self-serve coffee station wasn't kept stocked, and after waiting quite a while for a refill, we eventually gave up. For breakfast, we ordered two Mushroom Frittatas, a Fresh Buttermilk Biscuit, and a side of Housemade Breakfast Sausage. The Mushroom Frittata featured three hearth-baked eggs with roasted mushrooms, sweet onions, and Gruyère cheese, served alongside breakfast potatoes and a peppery arugula salad. It was flavorful, hearty, and incredibly satisfying. Although I informed the staff about my peanut allergy, I was surprised to find the crispy breakfast potatoes on my plate, which left me uncertain whether the allergy request had been fully communicated to the kitchen. The Fresh Buttermilk Biscuit, served with strawberry preserves, was one of the highlights of the meal. It was flaky, buttery, and wonderfully moist, pairing perfectly with the sweet preserves. The Housemade Breakfast Sausage consisted of two peppery pork patties that were juicy and well-seasoned, making a great accompaniment to the rest of the meal. Overall, we enjoyed a delicious and filling breakfast with fresh, high-quality ingredients. While I wish the coffee station had been monitored more closely and that greater care had been taken regarding my food allergy, the Mushroom Frittata and fresh biscuit alone make Northstar Café worth returning to.
