I've been to Biscuit Bitch awhile back when I first visited Seattle. This time, I was visiting Seattle with a boyfriend that has never been to Seattle. Biscuits and Gravy are his thing and Biscuit Bitch came to mind! I had to bring him here. We went on a Saturday morning, only like half an hour after opening and there was already a crowd out the door. This location was takeout only. You would scan the QR code at the front and order online. We probably waited about 15-20 minutes for our order. There were a few tables outside, not too many though. We ordered the Smokin' Hot Bitch to share, which was biscuits and gravy, cheddar cheese, hot links and jalapenos. Between the two of us, we couldn't finish it because the food was heavy and very filling. The food was delicious and comforting! The service was straight up clear on ordering online and pick up when they're ready. So it's nice and accessible. This place was packed with locals so it must be good at first glance. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was great but huge breakfast for one person like me... who doesn't really have a big breakfast to begin with. Garlic grits was pretty good and light... it was topped with black pepper and a hint of salt as grits was smothered with butter. Pretty delicious as I don't really eat grits often. read more

Biscuits alone aren't out of this world. But what they do with them is both delicious and very creative. We are from Texas. We know biscuits. But we don't know biscuits like this! Biscuits with Spam. Sure why not? Gravy was out of this world. The wife love it all. Definitely order ahead. At 08:15 12/31, wait was up to 15 minutes in person but we got ours immediately after ordering online. This location is pick up and eat somewhere else. Not a deterrent though. Definitely come eat here. read more

Short answer: Should you try this place? YES. I'm a foodie from LA and this place gives you a good run for your money for their biscuits and southern style breakfast bowls. We also tried Honest Biscuit and this was way better. Facility: The only reason they lost a star is you can't really eat there. There were two bistro tables outside and we grabbed one. It's right on the sidewalk and can be cold and people are constantly walking by. Parking: Most people ate standing up. If you live nearby or your hotel is nearby plan to get it to go! We parked across the street for $8 in a "timed" public lot. read more

Listen, everyone knows about Biscuit Bitch. Everyone tells you to stop here especially if you're at Pike Place in the morning. Everyone is right. First of all the vibes are immaculate. "Good morning bitches!", please, greet me like this every morning I loved it. Second of all, the sandwiches are unreal. The special sauce (or whatever) is absolutely delicious and really adds something! Perfectly cooked biscuits, huge sandwich, bacon was amazing AND my latte was perfect. Third, yes it's busy. Tried this place for the first time and it's definitely on the heavier side. The food wasn't bad but it's a lot of flavors that combine in your mouth. You definitely have to eat it right away/hot otherwise it doesn't taste the same unless you hear it up. The portions are huge so you can try to share with someone. Location is in pikes place where it's super convenient to walk around and explore! It does get pretty busy though so service can be slower. read more

5 stars isn't enough for this place!!! The ambiance was great, there's seating right next to the space. The food was delicious!! I didn't want it to end!! I love the energy, the people that work there. We ordered the gritty scrambled, hot mess, and a spam and egg biscuit sandwich. With the fog and raspberry lemonade sparkler for drink of choice, they were SOOO refreshing! This place was PERFECT in every possible way!! The food was perfection, the biscuits. I would kick anyone if they were in my way of those!! Gravy, grits and eggs were soo satisfying!! It's a 30 mins wait BUT WELL WORTH IT!! Also, the line "can" be long... BUT You will NOT be sorry! Hearty breakfast for a market day. Located by the Pike place market, the people waiting outside have already ordered and anticipating for their food. Orders can be made online and they will text when your food is ready. When we had ordered our food, the wait was approximately 45 mins. We had did some market shopping before getting our notification to get our food. We got the Hot Mess Bitch and a Sausage Bitchwich. We took our items to-go as the seats are limited and are on the sidewalk. By the time we ate our food (20 mins later) it was still warm and tasted great. The staff was friendly and was helpful when packing our order to make it take out friendly. read more

I think the food was an 8 I think the service was 8.4 I think overall, this is a solid place to eat. I went based on looking at TikToc and I was visiting the city so had to try it out. I would say when I come back... I would go again. I just HATED there is no seating and ones they had were all outside and it was raining all . Get to go and have your order ready. read more

It was really good but could use a little more seasoning. We got the cheesy garlic grits over biscuits and eggs. We also got a side of bitchin sauce that helped for some more flavor. It's biscuit, bitch!! saw all the rave for this place on Yelp so just had to give it a try when visiting Seattle. And it did not disappoint! Got the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and I really enjoyed it. Loved the grits with the warm biscuit (which was the star of the show!) and the cheese... OH THE CHEESE!! Loved the combination of flavors, so delicious and comforting. My only critique is the order is pretty big and filling (which is good) but after a while, it was hard to keep eating it because of the saltiness and the textures were too similar to each other so felt like I was finding something different to break it up with. I think this dish would be better off being shared by two people (or maybe my stomach just couldn't keep up lol) Tip- this place does only takeout (they only have a few tables outside) and they can get pretty busy so be prepared to wait! Had to wait 20 minutes for my order but I thought they are pretty organized when it comes to ordering. You scan a QR code on your phone and place your order. You then get a notification when your order is ready for pick up which is nice because it means you can walk around while waiting for your order (which is perf since this place is so close to pike place market!) This is a walk-up shop with to-go orders only. They have you scan a QR code and order online, and there's a sign telling you how long the wait is. Then you wait on the sidewalk until they call your name. I ordered a gluten free breakfast sandwich and honestly loved it. Added a side of jam. The biscuit was buttery and authentic. This was my first visit to Seattle and had to try Biscuit Bitch. It was very easy to put in an order through their website. If you didn't put in the order prior to waiting in line, you can put in your order while you wait in line through their website. Biscuit Bitch is a place for takeout, but there are 2 or 3 tables outside. I put in my order at 8:23 AM and by 8:52 AM, the order was ready. My name was called at the window. Their menu offers dishes with gravy, sandwiches, and sides. All the menu items names have the word "bitch" in it and quite fun to take a look. I ordered their bitchwich with sausage. This was a buttered biscuit sandwich with egg, cheddar, pork sausage patty, and bitchy sauce. It was delicious and super filling. My husband had their hot mess bitch which comes with biscuit and sausage gravy topped with shredded cheddar, garlic grits, two eggs your way, split grilled Louisiana Hot Link and pickled jalapeños. The portion was huge and could fill you up for the whole day! I definitely recommend checking out Biscuit Bitch and putting in your order in advance. read more

Biscuit bitch is super filling and dense but definitely perfect if you're in the mood. I'd suggest splitting 1 with 2 people if you don't eat too much. The line is always super long, so it's good to order ahead online before. I tried the hot mess bitch, easy bitch, and sausage and hot link bitchwitch. If you're a fan of gravy and looking for something heavier, I'd recommend you ordering the biscuits and gravy orders. The biscuits are drenched in gravy and other toppings. The hot mess bitch was so good because it was cheesy, spicy, creamy, and the hot links added a nice touch. The bitchwitches are good if you like biscuit sandwiches! I liked the hot link one the most. The sandwiches can taste a little dry compared to the biscuits and gravy. read more

A Downtown Seattle staple if you ask me! I usually stray away from biscuits because they tend to lean on the drier side, leaving a cotton-like feeling in my mouth after, but Biscuit Bitch is the one place where I am all about the biscuit! No idea what they put in their biscuits but it's so moist and fluffy without losing any of the positive qualities of a biscuit. Flavor is there, texture is there, everything minus the dryness. The sauce the put in their sandwiches is sometimes to much for people but I personally really love it. Can't go wrong with any of the meat options, but I will say the hot link is pretty hot! The ordering process is where things get messy. They've reworked their process in the recent years and now it's basically just order online, pick up when ready. But many times I've noticed their text messaging system is down so there's really no way to know when your order will be ready other than checking in physically. The wait is also always really long on weekends (60 minutes+) so you definitely want to plan ahead. read more

Delish and affordable! We went here on a Saturday morning and the wait was about 15 minutes long. They are takeout only and seem to have quite the following. The menu and ordering are done through QR code, which was so easy. Their irreverent name was a total misnomer bc the cashier was super nice when we got our food. She even helped us tack on a drink that we had forgotten to order. I went with the Bitchwhich (Veggie Sausage) and loved it. The biscuit was large, soft, and perfect by southern standards. There was a mild sauce of some sort and a little vegetarian sausage patty. It was a hearty breakfast and was cheap by Seattle standards (and really, any standards). We came here because my partner is gluten-free, and they are one of the rare shops that have gluten-free biscuits. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and were surprised that the line wasn't too long. I think we beat the morning rush because we were there right when they opened. We had a "Hot Mess Bitch," "Easy Bitch," and a "Biscuit Sandwich" on a gluten-free biscuit. The Hot Mess Bitch was to die for, with a hot link and eggs on top. Definitely a name and logo you can't forget! Ordered the Hot Mess, super yummy and worth the wait! It was a large, filling portion. Could definitely feed two people. Staff was super friendly and we luckily found a nearby table outside. You can order a free sticker online! Sausage were spicy and salty. Came here before our trip to Pike Place Market, and it's a little walk up and order or order via mobile QR code. Super easy instructions to understand. We ordered mobile, about 20 mins with a bunch of other people waiting but man it didn't disappoint. We were able to sit down at a table in the sidewalk to enjoy our meal. Love that when I picked up my order, the employees just yelled "thank you bitch!", honestly just made the vibe even better and true to its name lol. I got the Hot link bitchwich and my god, I looooove it! I don't know what their bitchy sauce is but it's real good. The biscuit I think was a little overdone in some places, but the rest of the sandwich... delicious. The biscuit was bitching, the meats delicious, and the staff delightful. The ambiance does not disappoint--every sign starts with "BITCH," the food was handed over with a jaunty "thanks, bitch," and the merch is hi-la-ri-ous. According to my partner, the Canadian Bitch was stellar, though it came drenched in honey that our meager napkins were not prepared to handle. But my bitches, I should have been more suspicious of "famous Bitch sauce." My spam/egg/cheese Bitchwich came with a big slathering of some sort of smoky aioli (the aforementioned famous sauce). This would work for some folks, but as a fervent hater of all things mayo (including admittedly slightly less grotesque homemade aiolis like this one), this was an enormous disappointment. I ended up chucking the bottom half of the sandwich and wiping off the contaminated egg, but it's hard to fully dispense with that flavor. TL;DR What they do, they do REALLY well. But read the menu closely lest you miss important information! read more

Service was awesome!!! Upbeat and very friendly. Ordered the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuit was great, the small portion of the egg was the issue. For a biscuit that large, it needed more egg to keep the sandwich from being overpowered (Dry). We probably would go back, but would try the biscuit and gravy next time. read more

Coming from the south I was confused as to why Seattle is known for their biscuits but not one to turn down a good biscuit I went exploring this phenomenon. I would say these biscuits are BIG! Lots of fancy ways to have a biscuit but at the end of the day it's the biscuit that matters and these were tasty! History

Biscuit Bitch was born as a Late Night Weekend Breakfast pop-up in February 2010. At that time, I was unemployed and living in an apartment upstairs from Caffe Lieto. I asked the owner of the cafe, Rena, if I could use her kitchen space at night when she was closed to experiment with late night breakfast food. She loved the idea and we started collaborating. Rena, a skilled barista, coffee snob and self proclaimed "bitch" came up with the Biscuit Bitch name and I set to work creating the recipes, item names and business plan. The Late Night Bitch plodded along for two years, never turning a profit. Then in 2012, I purchased the cafe from Rena and opened 7 days a week. My vision was a cafe with a super welcoming staff; a warm, friendly place, in a city that can sometimes seem snooty and cold. I lucked out with my awesome family of staff who share my vision and work their asses off to achieve it. Look at us now! Opening our third location in 2016. What a ride! -Kimmie Spice, owner

A self-taught home cook who became interested in the art of cooking when she lived in a trailer park in Florida in the 90's, Kimmie Spice, owner, learned to cook while her children were napping. "I'd watch cooking shows like The French Chef, Yan Can Cook and The Frugal Gourmet, but my favorite show was Cookin' Cajun with Justin Wilson," Spice recalls, "The chef was a Louisiana humorist and storyteller, and I thought he was brilliant! He'd add a little wine to food and then a little wine to the chef by taking a big chug out of the bottle and saying, 'Ooowee! I Guar-On-Tee!' That show taught me that cooking doesn't have to be taken so seriously. It can be riotous fun, simple and delicious all at the same time. That is exactly the atmosphere I strive to create at Biscuit Bitch, a little trailer park southern hospitality combined with fun, eclectic comfort food."
