The name of the restaurant really drives an attraction for business here. They don't have any indoor seating and a couple tables outside to sit down. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, because that's the only real way to do a biscuit sandwich. There definitely is a good amount of bacon in it which is great. The sandwich overall is quite large as well, as the biscuit is more so a flatter squarish biscuit. It's definitely a fairly average biscuit, still good, but dense, not very fluffy.
We were staying at the Inn at the Market so I googled breakfast sandwiches near me. And I landed on Biscuit Bitch. When you walk up to the front door you are greeted with 'What's up bitches, what can I get for you?' This affectionate schtick works because everyone waiting on food was in a good mood. It is a walk up, order, grab your food, and move on kinda place. They do have four small bistro tables with eight chairs on the sidewalk, if you want to 'dine in'. The coffee was delish and freshly made and the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was flaky and fabulous. Guess where I'm eating tomorrow morning????
Not a bad spot to grab breakfast before walking the market. We ordered online and by the time we arrived our food was about 5 minutes away from being done. I will say it seemed difficult for people to understand how to order and with people randomly crowding the sidewalk people got confused where the line was or how to order. We really enjoyed the service though, the staff were very sweet and sassy. We grabbed a seasonal coffee and the pumpkin really came through. The biscuit was warm, the egg fluffy, and the sausage spicy. It was a solid sandwich, not mind blowing, but well priced.
I wanted to go at 8:30am on a Sunday before having a day in downtown Seattle. After reading a bunch of reviews talking about the wait, I decided to order online while I was on the bus about 15mins away. Once I got to the restaurant, the sign said it would be a 30min wait, so I walked around the market for a bit. They text you when your order is ready. There are only a couple tables on the sidewalk which were full so I took my gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and walked down to the picnic tables at Pike Place to eat. The biscuits and sausage gravy were delicious! The grits were just ok. I think I'd get one with bacon and jalapeños for extra flavor next time! One order is definitely plenty to share between two people unless you're starving.
I love almost everything about Biscuit Bitch. We were there on a busy Saturday morning in July. The wait for our food took over an hour. It's nice that they will text you when it's done, so you don't need to hang around. There's plenty to see and do in the area. I don't recommend coming here if you're starving though, as I imagine there's almost always a wait. The service here is hilarious in a good way. They yell a lot and swear, but it's all really funny. Also, be aware that there is practically nowhere to sit except on the the sidewalk or at one of their three tables. You will want to take your food elsewhere. I had a bacon egg biscuit with a side of cheesy grits and a cup of coffee. The biscuit sandwich was excellent with a fried egg and thin, crispy bacon. The bitch sauce and the cheese is what makes this so special. The cheesy grits were also really good and very cheesy. I struggle to give this five stars as I don't know if it's worth it if you have to wait over an hour like I did, but if I only had to wait 30 minutes I may have felt different.
The famous biscuit bitch It was super bomb but very heavy, seatings were outside very limited, what a cool little spot to try, delicious, the biscuits were huge, with lots of toppings on top, I enjoyed it very much, place was funny that's what attracted me here to check em out! You do encounter some homeless people but they were chill, liquor store next door to have a drink combo with these biscuits
I absolutely love the frequency in which the word Bitch is used here. We were staying across the street at the Oxford. So this location was super convenient. We knew to order online and wait a bit before going to get our food. Wait time was 30 minutes and they have a sign posted out front telling you how long it will be. Portion sizes are decent. The food was really delicious, biscuits top notch. I think the pricing is fair. There isn't a lot of opportunity to interact with staff, but I did think the person who handed me my order was super friendly and quick! Will definitely be back! Love the entire vibe of this place!
During my recent trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try Biscuit Bitch. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite comfort foods, so this spot was high on my list. I ordered the Pork N' Bitch, which came with biscuits as the base, smothered in sausage gravy and topped with plenty of shredded cheese and bacon bits. The portion was huge and enough to feed two people. I only managed to eat half, and it kept me full for about eight hours. This is definitely a heavy and hearty meal. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining. Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal. One funny thing was that I was expecting the person taking my order to greet me with, "Good morning, bitch! What can I get you?" Instead, he called me "sweetheart." LOL. Maybe he could tell I wasn't a local.
We walked over to biscuit bitch & scanned their QR code to order. It took about 15-20 min to get our order, so we walked around the area while we waited for the text. We got their bacon egg sausage biscuit and it was delicious! The biscuit was not dry at all & had good flavor. The only thing I think it is missing, which is personal preference, is some honey!
How can you go wrong with a restaurant called Biscuit Bitch??? They hired the right people to run that ship...from the guy taking orders to the cooks who make the delicious breakfast to the gal with an incredible set of lungs connecting patrons with their meal...such a great spot. There's no indoor seating so be prepared to find a spot to eat your food (we went down to the fish market patio...it was perfect). We went early Sunday morning and waited about 15 mins for our food. I can imagine that the line can get very long later in the morning. If you like biscuits and gravy, this is your spot and be prepared to hear some really colorful language spoken with love and joy.
I saw the reviews for this cheeky named spot on Yelp and knew I had to give it a try during my Seattle trip and it did not disappoint! I ordered the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and it was so delicious! The food itself was so comforting and the flavors worked so well together! The grits in it really made the meal for me. This is a small spot where you order at the front and wait for your name to be called. Because this is a popular spot, wait times can be a bit long. You can either take your food to go or there are a few tables out on the side walk in front of the store to enjoy your food. Overall, I would recommend this spot and would come back in the future!
The biscuit was a bit on the dryer side but the taste was good, portion was on the bigger side and especially for the price. My boyfriend tried the biscuit with bacon and cheese and a gravy. I believe it was about $15 or so? He spent about 22 total with a drink too. Service is friendly, the vibes here are basically the same treatment for everybody, if you get what I mean.
Biscuit Bitch is the perfect breakfast option to grab-and-go while enjoy Pike Place in Seattle! There isn't indoor seating. You either order at the window in-person, or you can scan the QR code post outside to order online. They also have the approximate wait time posted outside. They do have some tables outside when the weather is nice! Good was ready quick despite it being busy on a Friday morning! The hot link sandwich was delicious! The biscuits are buttery and flaky and perfectly golden brown!
This spot always hits the spot but it's always so busy. Last time I came by was maybe around 2 years ago. This time I decided to order online before heading there from my hotel. Ordered around 9am and took 15 minutes to get there, waited only around a couple minutes and my order was ready! I recommend ordering ahead. Biscuit b*tch lives up to its hype. Not a tourist trap, locals also love this place! Doors open at 7:30am. Ordered the Veggie with morning star sausage pattie for 8.50. It is a filling and large breakfast biscuit. You'll taste the butter of the crispy edges and how it melts into the biscuit making it soft and tasteful with all the mingling pieces of the sandwich. Order online so you can beat the line. Orders open exactly at 7:30, don't even try to order at 7:25 or earlier. Side note: Lots of the b*tch word flying around. read more

Biscuit Bitch was extremely high on the list of places to try in Seattle. We were also told to order ahead, which we did prior to leaving and walking from Original Starbucks. When we arrived there was a sign saying it was an hour wait. Which was fine. We experienced an extremely rude and condescending worker when asking for clarification about if the order was received and how we would know it would be ready. (By text was how she explained it, but I never received a text about the order). She even try to slow her speech and in a disrespectful way. There is no indoor seating. There is some seating outside but it's typically first come first serve and some people just hog the tables. The food was really good and the biscuit was tender we but firm and delicious. Although the food was good, the customer service was nasty. And I understand the difference of being purposefully "bitchy" due to the name of the restaurant but she was disrespectful and not nice. read more

Known for their breakfast sandwiches, we opted for the Bitchwich with hot link. It was delicious--the hot link was perfectly spicy, and the sandwich was cheesy and flavorful. However, the biscuit could have been flakier and more buttery, though it was still good. A fun bonus: they offer free stickers if you check in on social media. This is a good place to grab and go out sit outside since there's no indoor seating and it's just a window with small tables outside. You order ahead from a QR code and they call out your name when it's done. The service was really nice and the person helping me was really funny. I got my order to go and they forgot to hand me my drinks initially and so I came back and waited behind the next people in line and they told the "bitches in front to move so cutie pie (me) can come up" and got my drinks right away. I did like the food and the service is nice but I don't think I'd come back, but maybe would be a nice thing to grab and eat outside if I was in the area again. I think this place is really a 3 but I enjoyed sitting outside, the names of the dishes, and the service so I'll bump it to a 4 this time. Iced white mocha - 6.5/10 Raspberry Lemonade sparkler - 8/10 (too sweet for me but my group really liked it) Bitchwitch egg and cheese sandwich - 6/10 (lil dry alone, but when in dipped in gravy much better) Gritty scrambled cheese bitch - 6.5/10, was good but nothing special. Staff was friendly (as they can be when they are referring to you as a bitch LOL) and they were so quick for how many orders there were. The food was hot and fresh and SO DELICIOUS! No where to sit inside but plenty outside! read more

The last actual restaurant of the 2023 Seattle Trip. I've been to a lot of tourist traps in my day. Often times I'm weary about places like this expecting them to really be tourist traps but I can say this was actually a VERRY solid spot that lived up to the hype for me. This location appeared to be pretty small from the outside and I'm not sure if you could ever eat inside but at this time at least, the door was blocked by a counter where they take your order and hand you the food. Anyways, if you didn't know their main food items all have bitch in the name and they aren't shy about saying it out loud. I love breakfast food to begin with but breakfast food is something I also don't seek out. My general mindset is, it's just breakfast food, I can get that anywhere. That being said it was amazing. I ordered the Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch with extra Bitchy Sauce and 2 sausage patties. The scrambled eggs were perfectly scrambled and not over cooked, which is so easy to do. The sausage had the perfect bite to it. The grits were nice and smooth as well. I only wish there was more cheese but in general, I can never get enough cheese. Long story short though, this place was a very high 4/low 5 in my book. This is one of the times that I rounded up to 5/5. read more

I've been to Biscuit Bitch awhile back when I first visited Seattle. This time, I was visiting Seattle with a boyfriend that has never been to Seattle. Biscuits and Gravy are his thing and Biscuit Bitch came to mind! I had to bring him here. We went on a Saturday morning, only like half an hour after opening and there was already a crowd out the door. This location was takeout only. You would scan the QR code at the front and order online. We probably waited about 15-20 minutes for our order. There were a few tables outside, not too many though. We ordered the Smokin' Hot Bitch to share, which was biscuits and gravy, cheddar cheese, hot links and jalapenos. Between the two of us, we couldn't finish it because the food was heavy and very filling. The food was delicious and comforting! If you are in Seattle and love comfort food, give this spot a try! read more

Short answer: Should you try this place? YES. I'm a foodie from LA and this place gives you a good run for your money for their biscuits and southern style breakfast bowls. We also tried Honest Biscuit and this was way better. Facility: The only reason they lost a star is you can't really eat there. There were two bistro tables outside and we grabbed one. It's right on the sidewalk and can be cold and people are constantly walking by. Parking: Most people ate standing up. If you live nearby or your hotel is nearby plan to get it to go! We parked across the street for $8 in a "timed" public lot. read more

I liked the breakfast sandwich more than the Hot Mess biscuit bowl. It was amazing ! Service was good. Tried this place for the first time and it's definitely on the heavier side. The food wasn't bad but it's a lot of flavors that combine in your mouth. You definitely have to eat it right away/hot otherwise it doesn't taste the same unless you hear it up. The portions are huge so you can try to share with someone. Location is in pikes place where it's super convenient to walk around and explore! It does get pretty busy though so service can be slower. read more

5 stars isn't enough for this place!!! The ambiance was great, there's seating right next to the space. The food was delicious!! I didn't want it to end!! I love the energy, the people that work there. We ordered the gritty scrambled, hot mess, and a spam and egg biscuit sandwich. With the fog and raspberry lemonade sparkler for drink of choice, they were SOOO refreshing! This place was PERFECT in every possible way!! The food was perfection, the biscuits. I would kick anyone if they were in my way of those!! Gravy, grits and eggs were soo satisfying!! It's a 30 mins wait BUT WELL WORTH IT!! Also, the line "can" be long... BUT You will NOT be sorry! Hearty breakfast for a market day. Located by the Pike place market, the people waiting outside have already ordered and anticipating for their food. Orders can be made online and they will text when your food is ready. When we had ordered our food, the wait was approximately 45 mins. We had did some market shopping before getting our notification to get our food. We got the Hot Mess Bitch and a Sausage Bitchwich. We took our items to-go as the seats are limited and are on the sidewalk. By the time we ate our food (20 mins later) it was still warm and tasted great. It's biscuit, bitch!! saw all the rave for this place on Yelp so just had to give it a try when visiting Seattle. And it did not disappoint! Got the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and I really enjoyed it. Loved the grits with the warm biscuit (which was the star of the show!) and the cheese... OH THE CHEESE!! Loved the combination of flavors, so delicious and comforting. My only critique is the order is pretty big and filling (which is good) but after a while, it was hard to keep eating it because of the saltiness and the textures were too similar to each other so felt like I was finding something different to break it up with. I think this dish would be better off being shared by two people (or maybe my stomach just couldn't keep up lol) Tip- this place does only takeout (they only have a few tables outside) and they can get pretty busy so be prepared to wait! Had to wait 20 minutes for my order but I thought they are pretty organized when it comes to ordering. You scan a QR code on your phone and place your order. You then get a notification when your order is ready for pick up which is nice because it means you can walk around while waiting for your order (which is perf since this place is so close to pike place market!) Good Morning Bitches! We were hungry and crusty- total tourists from SoCal and waited in the line at the o.g. Starbies for a few minutes, only to realize they don't have food. So walked up a HILL (I'm on VACATION,) to Biscuit Bitch. The current administration (aka my husband) gets salty when he has to use technology to order... well... anything, so I took the reins and ordered us up a couple'a biscuits- his egg and cheese, mine with sausage and one grits and one cheese grits. I then got salty when people who ordered AFTER US got their food first. I karened my ass up to the front and one of the bakers said, "it's because we hate the dodgers." I had it coming... I was wearing an LA hat they were super nice for a place with bitch in the title... Took everything back to our hotel. So delicious (should have shared a biscuit and a grits.) Biscuits were top notch and that bitchen sauce was, indeed, bitchen. It is a counter/take-out place guys... not a diner... 10/10 read more
Since my mom loved Biscuit Bitch last time she visited Seattle, she insisted that we get some for breakfast one of the days we were in town. They are basically a biscuit counter where you order ahead of time and pick up. I had a sausage biscuit and the biscuit itself was very good but I found the sausage to be a somewhat bland. This was my first visit to Seattle and had to try Biscuit Bitch. It was very easy to put in an order through their website. If you didn't put in the order prior to waiting in line, you can put in your order while you wait in line through their website. Biscuit Bitch is a place for takeout, but there are 2 or 3 tables outside. I put in my order at 8:23 AM and by 8:52 AM, the order was ready. My name was called at the window. Their menu offers dishes with gravy, sandwiches, and sides. All the menu items names have the word "bitch" in it and quite fun to take a look. I ordered their bitchwich with sausage. This was a buttered biscuit sandwich with egg, cheddar, pork sausage patty, and bitchy sauce. It was delicious and super filling. My husband had their hot mess bitch which comes with biscuit and sausage gravy topped with shredded cheddar, garlic grits, two eggs your way, split grilled Louisiana Hot Link and pickled jalapeños. The portion was huge and could fill you up for the whole day! I definitely recommend checking out Biscuit Bitch and putting in your order in advance. read more

No, the establishment is not that high tech but definitely worth the wait in more ways than one. All of my experience with BB has been a consistent 15-30 minute wait based on the day. I would suggest you order and time it around 20/25 minutes out.…

Completely vegan so ingredients take more effort to produce and are not typical.

No reservations, but get there early and prepare to wait in line. Definitely worth the wait!
