During my recent trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try Biscuit Bitch. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite comfort foods, so this spot was high on my list. I ordered the Pork N' Bitch, which came with biscuits as the base, smothered in sausage gravy and topped with plenty of shredded cheese and bacon bits. The portion was huge and enough to feed two people. I only managed to eat half, and it kept me full for about eight hours. This is definitely a heavy and hearty meal. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One funny thing was that I was expecting the person taking my order to greet me with, "Good morning, bitch! What can I get you?" Instead, he called me "sweetheart." LOL. Maybe he could tell I wasn't a local.

We walked over to biscuit bitch & scanned their QR code to order. It took about 15-20 min to get our order, so we walked around the area while we waited for the text. We got their bacon egg sausage biscuit and it was delicious! The biscuit was not dry at all & had good flavor. The only thing I think it is missing, which is personal preference, is some honey!

How can you go wrong with a restaurant called Biscuit Bitch??? They hired the right people to run that ship...from the guy taking orders to the cooks who make the delicious breakfast to the gal with an incredible set of lungs connecting patrons with their meal...such a great spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's no indoor seating so be prepared to find a spot to eat your food (we went down to the fish market patio...it was perfect).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went early Sunday morning and waited about 15 mins for our food. I can imagine that the line can get very long later in the morning. If you like biscuits and gravy, this is your spot and be prepared to hear some really colorful language spoken with love and joy.

The famous biscuit bitch It was super bomb but very heavy, seatings were outside very limited, what a cool little spot to try, delicious, the biscuits were huge, with lots of toppings on top, I enjoyed it very much, place was funny that's what attracted me here to check em out! You do encounter some homeless people but they were chill, liquor store next door to have a drink combo with these biscuits

The biscuit was a bit on the dryer side but the taste was good, portion was on the bigger side and especially for the price. My boyfriend tried the biscuit with bacon and cheese and a gravy. I believe it was about $15 or so? He spent about 22 total with a drink too. Service is friendly, the vibes here are basically the same treatment for everybody, if you get what I mean.

Biscuit Bitch is the perfect breakfast option to grab-and-go while enjoy Pike Place in Seattle! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There isn't indoor seating. You either order at the window in-person, or you can scan the QR code post outside to order online. They also have the approximate wait time posted outside. They do have some tables outside when the weather is nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Good was ready quick despite it being busy on a Friday morning! The hot link sandwich was delicious! The biscuits are buttery and flaky and perfectly golden brown!

I went on a Monday, late morning. There wasn't much of a line so it was perfect. I ordered and paid and waited about 15 minutes for my order. It was delicious. The chai was perfect. The sandwich was just about perfect. I wasn't expecting the sauce, so it was a little surprise, but yummy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are tables and chairs along the sidewalk so there were places to sit and eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The first Street location is very close to the train station so it is easy to get to. I'm definitely going back when I'm in Seattle next.

Every time we visit Seattle coming to biscuit bitch is a MUST! Per usual, we enjoyed our meal. Introduced this place to our boys and they gave it a two thumbs up!

I saw the reviews for this cheeky named spot on Yelp and knew I had to give it a try during my Seattle trip and it did not disappoint! I ordered the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and it was so delicious! The food itself was so comforting and the flavors worked so well together! The grits in it really made the meal for me. This is a small spot where you order at the front and wait for your name to be called. Because this is a popular spot, wait times can be a bit long. You can either take your food to go or there are a few tables out on the side walk in front of the store to enjoy your food. Overall, I would recommend this spot and would come back in the future!

Great take out place!!! Love it!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a fun place!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We walked up and the line was out the door!! You walk up to place your order and you're greeted "What can I get for you Bitch?". We ordered a sausage, Egg, and Cheese Bitchwich! I know it's simple, but wow!! What flavor!! It so many layers of flavors with the perfect balance sweet and savory, Let me tell you...these "Bitches" can make some great food and make it fun for all the customers! Too bad it's all take out orders! But definitely a good spot to get something on the run! Cool place!! Highly recommend you stop by to see these "Bitches"!

I'm going to acknowledge up front I have biscuit bias being from the south but these were still good! Looking for breakfast on Sunday morning and found this place on yelp and truly the pro tip is to order online!!!! We did that because we weren't sure how long would it take and we had to walk there and I'm so glad we did! We got there just before 11am and they sold out pretty quickly after so order ahead! I got their house special basic BEC biscuit and shared grits with a friend. The grits are fine lol not worth it imo but the biscuits are tasty! Sauce is a great touch and a solid tasting biscuit.

Awe man, I will dream about this breakfast. I stopped by Biscuit Butch while at a work conference. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Grabbed an online order and manage to snag one of the outdoor tables to people watch and enjoy my food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was a large crowd of people waiting for their food so I'd recommend ordering online and then picking up. The staff was really nice and it was endearing being called bitch in an endearing way! The biscuit sandwich was butter and so tasty, and the creamy grits were so satisfying. I will have to go back during my next visit.

Ask the Community - Biscuit Bitch

    Do they have decaf espresso?

    yes

Do these biscuits contain dairy other than butter?

    yes. milk

Is there a way to see the wait BEFORE I order online, without actually being at the restaurant? I would like to order before I leave my hotel, and time it so its ready around the time I get there.

No, the establishment is not that high tech but definitely worth the wait in more ways than one. All of my experience with BB has been a consistent 15-30 minute wait based on the day. I would suggest you order and time it around 20/25 minutes out.…

Is this location open for dine in?

As of two weeks no. There are tables to sit at on the outside.

Do your biscuits contain egg? Asking for allergy reason.

I asked and they do- they can disassemble the sandwich if you ask them too. Someone said that they have gluten free biscuits but it's first come first serve so when they run out for the day that there's no more. But there is an upcharge on the menu…

    Is this Vegan friendly?

    Yes

Planning my annual Seattle trip for October. Is biscuit bitch still open during the pandemic?

Yes, it is! You just order online and they'll call your name out. There's little 2-person tables right outside you can sit at, too.

Is this place even open? I came here twice before 11 and they were closed.

Yes, only CLOSED December 24th-Jan 1, Easter Sunday, Seattle Pride Sunday and Thanksgiving Day

    Vegan biscuits available?

    Yes

Why are the prices higher for a vegetarian version?

Completely vegan so ingredients take more effort to produce and are not typical.

Do we need reservation for breakfast?

No reservations, but get there early and prepare to wait in line. Definitely worth the wait!

    Breakfast all day?

Does Bey slay all day? Yes. The answer is, yes.

    Is it closed all week?

Yes, their website says closed from 12/24 to 1/1

Climb upstairs and get ready to be wowed…read more It's not the easiest to find, but the Pike Place location sits on the top floor of the Corner Market building. Hidden, and almost spa-like. We came in on a rainy morning and found seats next to the glowing fireplace. Talk about cozy! Massive windows overlook the chaotic market below. They serve coffee, tea, pastries, a few food items, and snacks. My salted caramel latte was pretty incredible. This might sound cheesy but as I drank it, I really couldn't believe how exquisite it was. Very lightly sweetened, unbelievably smooth, the foam holding its shape all the way to the last sip, and that little touch of salt tying everything together. No joke, possibly the best latte I've ever had. Back to the space, it's dark, warm, and sexy, with soft gold and amber accents. It reminded me so much of the way I designed my own home so of course we ended up staying much longer than planned. We felt so at home. So if you're a coffee lover, you need to find this spot and experience it for yourself. One word - transcendent.

This was on a Sunday afternoon close to 5pm, and there were still so many people occupying nearly every seat inside. I did come back to try their matcha matcha drink only to find it gone from their current menu as of May 2026. Instead, their turon matcha immediately caught my eye, as it has banana and I've been obsessed with banana-flavored toppings and puree on my matcha lately. It has matcha and house banana puree, both of which work well together. The tiny layer of house banana puree has all the flavor, especially when you mix the whole drink together. Very refreshing, and their ceremonial matcha's grassy tones still came out despite the banana puree being just as strong in the drink. Their matcha here comes pretty close to making it to the highest spots on my list of my most favorite matcha places in Seattle. Even if it isn't on the top of that list, their drinks are still 5+ star quality.

I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.
