The name of the restaurant really drives an attraction for business here. They don't have any indoor seating and a couple tables outside to sit down. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, because that's the only real way to do a biscuit sandwich. There definitely is a good amount of bacon in it which is great. The sandwich overall is quite large as well, as the biscuit is more so a flatter squarish biscuit. It's definitely a fairly average biscuit, still good, but dense, not very fluffy.
Not a bad spot to grab breakfast before walking the market. We ordered online and by the time we arrived our food was about 5 minutes away from being done. I will say it seemed difficult for people to understand how to order and with people randomly crowding the sidewalk people got confused where the line was or how to order. We really enjoyed the service though, the staff were very sweet and sassy. We grabbed a seasonal coffee and the pumpkin really came through. The biscuit was warm, the egg fluffy, and the sausage spicy. It was a solid sandwich, not mind blowing, but well priced.
I wanted to go at 8:30am on a Sunday before having a day in downtown Seattle. After reading a bunch of reviews talking about the wait, I decided to order online while I was on the bus about 15mins away. Once I got to the restaurant, the sign said it would be a 30min wait, so I walked around the market for a bit. They text you when your order is ready. There are only a couple tables on the sidewalk which were full so I took my gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and walked down to the picnic tables at Pike Place to eat. The biscuits and sausage gravy were delicious! The grits were just ok. I think I'd get one with bacon and jalapeños for extra flavor next time! One order is definitely plenty to share between two people unless you're starving.
I love almost everything about Biscuit Bitch. We were there on a busy Saturday morning in July. The wait for our food took over an hour. It's nice that they will text you when it's done, so you don't need to hang around. There's plenty to see and do in the area. I don't recommend coming here if you're starving though, as I imagine there's almost always a wait. The service here is hilarious in a good way. They yell a lot and swear, but it's all really funny. Also, be aware that there is practically nowhere to sit except on the the sidewalk or at one of their three tables. You will want to take your food elsewhere. I had a bacon egg biscuit with a side of cheesy grits and a cup of coffee. The biscuit sandwich was excellent with a fried egg and thin, crispy bacon. The bitch sauce and the cheese is what makes this so special. The cheesy grits were also really good and very cheesy. I struggle to give this five stars as I don't know if it's worth it if you have to wait over an hour like I did, but if I only had to wait 30 minutes I may have felt different.
The famous biscuit bitch It was super bomb but very heavy, seatings were outside very limited, what a cool little spot to try, delicious, the biscuits were huge, with lots of toppings on top, I enjoyed it very much, place was funny that's what attracted me here to check em out! You do encounter some homeless people but they were chill, liquor store next door to have a drink combo with these biscuits
I absolutely love the frequency in which the word Bitch is used here. We were staying across the street at the Oxford. So this location was super convenient. We knew to order online and wait a bit before going to get our food. Wait time was 30 minutes and they have a sign posted out front telling you how long it will be. Portion sizes are decent. The food was really delicious, biscuits top notch. I think the pricing is fair. There isn't a lot of opportunity to interact with staff, but I did think the person who handed me my order was super friendly and quick! Will definitely be back! Love the entire vibe of this place!
During my recent trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try Biscuit Bitch. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite comfort foods, so this spot was high on my list. I ordered the Pork N' Bitch, which came with biscuits as the base, smothered in sausage gravy and topped with plenty of shredded cheese and bacon bits. The portion was huge and enough to feed two people. I only managed to eat half, and it kept me full for about eight hours. This is definitely a heavy and hearty meal. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining. Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal. One funny thing was that I was expecting the person taking my order to greet me with, "Good morning, bitch! What can I get you?" Instead, he called me "sweetheart." LOL. Maybe he could tell I wasn't a local.
We walked over to biscuit bitch & scanned their QR code to order. It took about 15-20 min to get our order, so we walked around the area while we waited for the text. We got their bacon egg sausage biscuit and it was delicious! The biscuit was not dry at all & had good flavor. The only thing I think it is missing, which is personal preference, is some honey!
How can you go wrong with a restaurant called Biscuit Bitch??? They hired the right people to run that ship...from the guy taking orders to the cooks who make the delicious breakfast to the gal with an incredible set of lungs connecting patrons with their meal...such a great spot. There's no indoor seating so be prepared to find a spot to eat your food (we went down to the fish market patio...it was perfect). We went early Sunday morning and waited about 15 mins for our food. I can imagine that the line can get very long later in the morning. If you like biscuits and gravy, this is your spot and be prepared to hear some really colorful language spoken with love and joy.

I saw the reviews for this cheeky named spot on Yelp and knew I had to give it a try during my Seattle trip and it did not disappoint! I ordered the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and it was so delicious! The food itself was so comforting and the flavors worked so well together! The grits in it really made the meal for me. This is a small spot where you order at the front and wait for your name to be called. Because this is a popular spot, wait times can be a bit long. You can either take your food to go or there are a few tables out on the side walk in front of the store to enjoy your food. Overall, I would recommend this spot and would come back in the future!
The biscuit was a bit on the dryer side but the taste was good, portion was on the bigger side and especially for the price. My boyfriend tried the biscuit with bacon and cheese and a gravy. I believe it was about $15 or so? He spent about 22 total with a drink too. Service is friendly, the vibes here are basically the same treatment for everybody, if you get what I mean.
Biscuit Bitch is the perfect breakfast option to grab-and-go while enjoy Pike Place in Seattle! There isn't indoor seating. You either order at the window in-person, or you can scan the QR code post outside to order online. They also have the approximate wait time posted outside. They do have some tables outside when the weather is nice! Good was ready quick despite it being busy on a Friday morning! The hot link sandwich was delicious! The biscuits are buttery and flaky and perfectly golden brown!

I'll take a biscuit with a side of attitude. The sassy workers are definitely the best part of this restaurant! It's not hard to spot this hole-in-the-wall, thanks to the standing crowd of people. Whether you place a mobile order or in-person, prepare yourself for a long wait alongside other hungry patrons. With no private seating of their own, we managed to snag outdoor seats at the adjacent cafe. The Straight-Up Bitch (biscuit topped with country sausage gravy) and Bitchwich (buttered biscuit with bacon, egg, and cheese) were simple, freshly made, and filling. Good biscuits, but not great. Stopped by here for breakfast on a random Tuesday morning, and had a bacon Bitchwich. The biscuit was perfect--crispy on the outside while fluffy and moist on the inside. The staff were friendly too. All in all I left a happy camper! read more
Not worth the hype. I've tried both locations now throughout the years. My latest experience was at the downtown location and it was a let down. Food is mid and gravy was bland and had a weird texture. You can tell the employees really don't want to be there and love calling the customers bitches since they obviously hate the customers. Some outside seating at this location. I hadn't been to biscuit bitch in years and decided to give it another try and don't remember them calling you bitches. Honestly didn't like it. Especially because I could tell they were calling me a bitch in not a nice way. Again the employees seemed annoyed and didn't take pride in their work. Food is presented nicely but just doesn't taste good and is way overpriced. I don't leave a lot of bad reviews but sadly I believe Biscuit Bitch is a big miss and skip for me. Heard about this place on social media so my husband and I decided to try it. There's no indoor seating so you have to order it togo, there are a couple of outdoor seating options but they fill up quickly. We waited 30 min for our food which they do tell you up front and they are accurate with their time! I got the spam bitchwitch and it was good, the biscuit was a bit dry for me. My husband and I personally don't think it's worth the wait.. it's a place to try if you're in Seattle for the first time and are in the area but we don't plan on going back. read more

The food was good but not worth a 30 minute wait. I got the hot mess: Biscuit and Sausage Gravy topped with shredded cheddar, garlic grits, two scrambled eggs, split grilled Louisiana Hot Link and pickled jalapeños. My friend and I decided to order ahead and pickup breakfast here on a Sunday morning before sightseeing. I'm very glad we ordered ahead because when we walked up at 10:30 they were already almost about to sell out! We both got Bitchwiches (hers with bacon, mine with a Louisiana Hot Link). We also got a side of cheesy garlic grits to share. Our wait time took about 30 minutes but there was a bunch of us hanging out on the sidewalk waiting for our Togo orders since this location is just a window. Once our orders were ready, we sat down at some tables outside down the block. The bitchwiches were SO DELISH! I loved the fluffy buttery biscuits and the hot link was spicy and delicious. The comeback sauce was also tangy and a great flavor add. The grits were on the grainy side and they needed more time/butter to be truly Southern grits but the cheese helped a lot. When we landed in Seattle a friend had told me we needed to try Biscuit Bitch. This place is close to Pike Place Market and we got there early enough to get parking near by and was able to snag 1 of 2 tables they had available to eat at. Wait time when we got there was 15-20 minutes but it got busy minutes after we ordered. You have to scan a QR that takes you to their menu and you order online and they call you when the food is ready. What caught me and my sister off guard is the staff uses "bitch" a lot so if you're very sensitive about being called a bitch or someone saying something like "Jesse your order is ready, bitch!" Or "I believe you bitch" then I'd pass on this location. It caught me off guard but it was funny and made us laugh. I'm not a fan of biscuits but since it was highly recommended by a friend I had to try and I'm glad I did. The biscuit was warm and not dry and was moist it was falling apart (in a good way) this is not your run of the mill McDonald's egg McMuffin this way better haha I'm sorry to say but I wasn't a fan of the Seattle Fog but wished I stayed a "basic bitch" and had ordered a vanilla latte but overall I liked the food. My sister liked hers but she doesn't like biscuits either or grits so she didn't rate this spot highly. But I would definitely eat here and recommend you try it at least once and maybe order and eat it somewhere near Pike Place over looking the ocean because although we got lucky and got a table there was only 2 chairs per table available and we got harassed by pigeons lol read more

Food was great. Sunday morning at 8:45 there was already a wait. But it wasn't a big deal. I ordered my food and then walked over to Storyville coffee and had an excellent cup of coffee. They had told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later and my food was ready and hot. The food was excellent and a large portion. Totally worth it and a good value. I ended up sitting outside and eating it and then nearly passing out in a good coma. read more
I've been wanted to try this spot because I read so many great reviews. I love biscuits so had to check it out. It's a small hole in the wall walk up spot where you order and pay. They do have signs that state it can take 15 minutes so "bitch wait"' lol. They are so welcoming and upbeat, it's infectious. They have music playing which is fun. They have merch showcasing against their store windows. I ordered the hot link bitchwich. It was just what I expected but better. It was so good!!!! The biscuit was crunchy, buttery, soft, and warm. The hot link had a nice touch of spice and egg with cheese. The others loved their bitchwich. They said it was sooo good! I highly recommend stopping here. I'm sure everything is amazing. Place an order online before you walk down here. Looks like it's a ~45 min wait on the weekend. I got their Bitchin' Combo with a sausage Bitchwich, cheesy grits and a drip coffee. Everything was good, and the bitchwich was huge! I didn't get to finish it. I also got a side of sausage gravy because despite the biscuit being fluffy, it also felt dry so I felt like I had to put gravy on every bite. When online ordering, make sure you click to include utensils if you're getting grits!! I forgot it was an option so we only got a straw & sugar for my coffee in the to-go bag. Sadly I didn't realize until we got up to our hotel room (btw there is no seating around this place - we didn't try looking for outdoor seating by Pike Place). Very interesting experience to eat grits with your hands, I will say. Overall, it's a cool to-go place. Decor is awesome and they had rock music blasting from the front. If I came back to Seattle again I would try some of their other menu items. read more
A delicious breakfast experience by Pike Place Market! I got a sausage, egg, and cheese gluten free biscuit sandwich. It was large and super filling. Delicious! The gf biscuit was a little bit dry but hats pretty typical of gf baked goods. It was still pretty flaky and overall yummy! Pro tip - order online to beat the lines. I went pretty much right when it opened and even though the sign said it would be a 15 minute wait, my food was ready in about 5 minutes. They really do check the credit card and id of the person picking up the order so have those prepared. read more

They did it again! We first tried back in 2019. When you'd walk in and order and counter and wait. Now you order via QR code- which is nice if you live close so you can order and not have to wait. I love so much of this place. The location, the vibes, the sassiness (in a fun way) of the service are all immaculate. Even the type of food they offer is right up my alley given my love for a good breakfast sandwich and biscuits! Unfortunately, the food was really just okay. I've never been more flattered to be called a bitch. Biscuit Bitch is one of the kookiest places that I've ever been, but I'm here for it! My partner found Biscuit Bitch on social media and insisted that we had to go. I'm so glad that we did, because this place loads you up. Biscuit Bitch takes mobile orders or you can walk up and place your order there. There's no seating inside, so you'll see a lot of people loitering and for good reason. We choose to order in-person since that's the only way to gauge the wait time. We were quoted 30 minutes and took a walk around Pike Place. When we returned, we snagged a table outside the cafe next door and dug in. An order comes with two biscuits, drenched in gravy, and loaded up with toppings. Surprisingly, nothing was soggy since everything is made to order. I'd even recommend splitting one if you want to save room for the other Pike Place foodie spots since this is a hefty serving! read more

However, waiting for you name to be called from the to-go stand is part of the fun. I also loved the "sassy" customer service experience. The brand is true to name. The vegetarian biscuit option was everything I dreamed of. Definitely add it to your list if you are staying in the downtown Seattle area. There isn't a place to sit nearby, but I just brought it back to my hotel room. Beware of seagulls/birds if you are choosing to eat nearby. Worth the wait and hype! Highly recommend ordering ahead online as wait times can get a bit high. I was hanging out in Pike Place so the text my food was ready gave me a couple minutes to walk to the shop. Bacon Bitchwich was a perfect flakey biscuit with hot eggs, gooey american cheese and delicious bacon. No complaints. Garlic Cheesy Grits was heavyyyy on the garlic. Too much where it lingers long after you've finished, but still tasty. 7/10 Seating is lacking, but it's a to go spot. Recommend taking your food and heading to the picnic tables in Pike Place:) read more

No better situation than to be staying at the Hyatt and be able to just walk across the street and get Biscuit Bitch!! They are sooo fast! You just order on their website, we could actually see from our room what the wait time was! Go downstairs, pick it up and eat in the room. They have a super efficient system and their food is the perfect cure for a late night! read more

No reservations, but get there early and prepare to wait in line. Definitely worth the wait!
