So the dumplings are always fresh. The Xinjiang fried pork ribs are tender and nicely fried with a umami coating. In addition, the bits are tasty on top of plain white rice. Recently, we tried the shredded pork with dry bean curd. It is a bit tangy and spicy with jalapeños pepper instead of the normal bell pepper. Might have to try the snow pea leaves when it is in season. It was so good, I went back a second time and had the exact same dishes with my son while he came back for holiday from university within a week.
