They came back a couple days later and completely removed the nests and did neat and clean work to exclude them from the house. They even completely removed the 2 mounds of bird poop. I came home in the early evening and saw the confused looks on the pigeons faces as they couldn't get into their normal spot. I felt pretty bad about that, but the work needed to be done for the family's health and safety's sake.

When they came out, they told me the company has changed hands a few times and that the work should still be under warranty -- but then claimed it couldn't have been their installation because it was a "shoddy job" and they don't use that style of gates around solar panels. I provided invoices, receipts, and even credit card statements clearly showing they did the original work. After that, they said they would put together a quote to clean up the area and address the bird problem. Since then, my calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. I thought they were great when they originally did the install, but the follow-through and customer service now seem completely gone.

Were courteous and responsive on the phone. Unfortunately their estimate was not very competitive (problem identified and work scope recommended was exactly the same as two other companies). So my knock here is really just price-based. If you choose to use them, I'd just recommend to have at least one more bid to sanity check the price. The agreed cost was $399 to remove the pigeon, conduct a full inspection -- including the attic -- and then provide a proposal to permanently resolve the issue. The technician came out and removed the pigeon, but he never completed the inspection. Apparently, his boss realized how quickly he left (less than 10 minutes) and instructed him to return to perform the inspection, which never happened. We also never received the proposal for a long-term solution. Since Friday -- before the holiday weekend -- we have called and texted multiple times trying to get answers. Today, instead of a phone call, we received only an apology text. I then called the company directly. Mackenzi admitted she was confused and new to the job and said she needed to check with her boss. We requested that he call us directly, but he never did. She later called back and said her boss would not be calling and that she was authorized to assist us. The proposed solution was to have another technician come out sometime within the next seven days. I explained that waiting seven days is not an option when birds are actively flying in and out of our chimney. This entire experience has been a waste of money and extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, we have zero confidence in this company's ability to follow through or properly resolve the issue, and as a result, they will not be receiving any additional business from us.

We have had other experiences with hawks and ducks too!
