Casey and Nicole are the only people I call with anything and everything wildlife. They are such wonderful people. They care about the wildlife and the customer. Casey was able to trap 2 elusive Racoons that were becoming a bit aggressive in my yard. He relocated these racoons and 1 rascally squirrel for me. He also helped with a bird that was caught in my kitchen vent. Most recently, Nicole assisted my parents by sealing areas on the roof where a bird got stuck in the vents at their home. We have had other experiences with hawks and ducks too! When they do catch the animal, they make sure to feed and get them healthy so that when they are relocated, the animals are in good health to survive in the wild. Based on reviews I called Casey a few days ago and he called back promptly. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my issue based on a picture I messaged to him. I had a "large" bird nest in a tree in the front yard of my home. Casey provided me a tentative quote I found to be fair and reasonable and explained he'd need to contact the office and that I should in turn expect a call by the next day. And as promised, Nicole called and must say that between the two I have rarely encountered such professional, honest and genuinely knowledgable people in all my years in business. Rob came out the following day and rang the front doorbell only after he had successfully removed the nest and knew exactly what species it was and was on his way with virtually no interruption whatsoever. I called Casey yesterday because I suspected we had a fox in the attic and our regular pest company wasn't able to find anything. Casey answered my call immediately and spent about 45 minutes answering my many questions; explaining fox behavior and lifecycle and what was likely going on; and talked through some options we have for removal. Everything he described fit exactly with what I was hearing above me, giving me absolute confidence in his expertise. I told him we had seen a lot of fox activity on our cameras the night before, which he immediately reviewed and provided feedback on after texting them his way. Casey recommended we set up a camera to monitor the suspected entry point to see if we were only seeing adults, or adults and babies making their exit, as this would help formulate our strategy for moving forward. Casey was very willing to come and install the cameras, but was also equally as happy for us to use our own cameras. This morning I texted Casey video footage which confirms we have at least one baby, but likely more. Because Casey had provided such great detail on activity, this morning I knew the loud sounds I was hearing from the ceiling were babies getting exercise, and that they were not going to come crashing down on me. Because we have confirmed babies, we are going to be watching our video footage to see when the babies start venturing out, at which point Casey will come install a one-way trap door so they can't re-enter. They will also trap them as they come out so they can be relocated so they don't come back in subsequent years. This is the second time we've had fox in our attic (yes, really!); we thought we had them properly sealed out, but after talking to Casey, what the previous company had done was nowhere near sufficient. Casey has a very detailed plan of how they will seal them out once and for all after we've confirmed all of them are safely outside. Perhaps most impressive, Casey has done all of this work so far without any kind of request for compensation, and without having to set foot on our property (though he said he's happy to stop by at any point!) He was upfront with what we should expect price-wise once we start with the one-way door, trapping and sealing process. Does it feel weird to know we are willingly letting fox reside in our attic until all of the babies are ready to leave? 1000%. However, I feel extremely confident Casey knows what he's doing and that the process we are following will result in the best outcome for us, our house, and our fox friends. read more

We were at a loss as to what to do with 7 ducklings who, unbeknown to us, were hatched in our back yard with no way to get out and took up residence in our pool (making a mess!). Since the ducklings could not fly, they were stuck in our pool. With luck, we found Fox Wildlife. Casey was a great communicator and really knowledgeable about wildlife and came out quickly. Fox Wildlife came out because we discovered we had an owl stuck in our wall. Casey came out and was extremely professional, helpful, and diligent. He took care of the one owl and then checked the remainder of the house to ensure that there were no others. Fox Wildlife Services is amazing! Casey really spent the time to explain all the options for getting rid of nasty roof rats. After deciding on live and snap traps, he and his sweet wife Nicole, followed up every 2 days to check the traps, remove the rats and rebait. Every visit we discussed the results (6 rats caught so far) and adjusted the protocol to be the most efficient. I've also called with questions and they were quick to respond. These are honest, thorough, professional and extremely nice people! Something you just don't find too much anymore. As a lifetime Arizona resident, I'm no stranger to snakes. When a rattlesnake that--jokingly--looked like it specialized in eating puppies showed up on my back porch, I knew it was time to call reinforcements. What a pleasant surprise. Casey and all at Fox Wildlife Services are amazing. We had a family of raccoons living in our neighborhood, using jacuzzis and pools and eating all the vegetable gardens. Casey came out (even with having being bit by a rattle snake an hour earlier and on his way to the hospital) and setup humane traps and a wireless camera. He paid attention for many days, reset traps and finally ended up catching the male, female and two babies separately. He took them to his office and made sure they were healthy and watered and fed for a few days then released the entire family into the wild, far away from civilization. He also noticed rat droppings and it turned out we had Roof Rats. He left baited traps, showed us how to use them and as soon as we caught one, sent him a pic. He verified what it was and how to handle the issue on our own. He also volunteered to come out and reset the traps but it was not necessary. He is very talkative, humorous and has a ton of stories about his job. We are so happy there are honest people out there that really care about the customer and not just a buck. I found two small orphaned wild bunnies in our yard who were huddled in the rocks and who were wet, cold, and hungry. We had attempted to leave them in an area where the mama bunny could find them but that never happened. I called Fox Wildlife Services and the owner, Casey, agreed to assume care of the bunnies. I couldn't ask for a more compassionate and caring person to take care of the bunnies. Casey and his family have provided a safe place for the little guys until they are able to care for theirselves and be released back into the wild. The bunnies are thriving in his care. In addition to being an animal rescue organization, I found out that Fox Wildlife Services also deals with the very destructive Roof Rats that unfortunately have proliferated in the Arrowhead Ranch area (as well as many other communities in the greater Phoenix area.) I highly recommend this business and it's Wildlife rescue services. read more
