At the time, I was in and out of the hospital so it took me several months to notice anything different. I was never notified that they had switched to paperless. When I eventually called, I was informed that I owed 4 payments and that they had e-mailed me bills and notices that I was past due. Eventually figured out that they had an e-mail address for me that I had never heard of. Why they would continue to send a tech out to service us if we were 4 months in arrears is beyond me. At least you'd think they would call for their money! Completely incompetent! Go elsewhere!
