Bell Ford is in the business of customer care". All the employees involved in our business transaction, were professional, attentive and quite accommodating. I want to particularly thank their sales professional, Jose. Jose was such a patient and knowledgeable member of the Bell Ford team. He devoted more than adequate time to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle we were considering purchasing. We left the dealership in our family's new truck, more importantly, we drove away confident we had been matched with the "best fit" for our active family's needs. We are so happy with the "customer care" we received at Bell Ford, from Sales to Service to Financing. If you are considering a new or used vehicle purchase, you must try Bell Ford!!!! read more

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from here. Worst experience I have ever had. The finance department jerked me around and changed the terms. For the money I've wasted, I could have bought a luxury vehicle. They also hound me constantly to buy another car, when I've made my feelings known and asked to be taken off their list. Please don't buy from this dealership. read more

Go Elsewhere!!! I set up a service appointment at Bell Ford. This was for a couple of recalls on my F150. I went to great lengths to get the truck in the day before for an 8:00 a.m. time slot. Told the service writer Lu I would pick it up the next day before he closed. I arranged a ride to the dealership around 4:00 p.m. While in route I called Lu to give him a heads-up I was coming. He then tells me they never got to it and I would need to reschedule. No call, no apology, no offer of a loaner or rental. I was just screwed! When I complained to a sales manager I asked for a call back from the General manager. The call came two day's later from a product specialist! Between me and my sons we have purchased 6 vehicles from Bell Ford. NO MORE!!!! You have lost a customer and I will be complaining to Ford motor Co. That Bell Ford refused to do my recalls! J. I visited Bell Ford in October searching for a used vehicle. Travis in Used car sales sold me a nicely appointed 1-year old C-Max. While reviewing Ford marketing literature regarding the vehicle, I found I did not have the 5-year SiriusXM Directions & Connections that I should have based on the option packages that were installed. (I'm certain Ford paid SiriusXM handsomely for this 5-year subscription). Long story short, Travis could not rectify this with Ford and offered me two additional oil changes or detailing as a sort of "consolation". I accepted as I have primarily used Google Maps as my go-to tool for navigation and traffic data. These negotiations were over the phone and I believed in good faith it would be reflected in my record with the dealership. When I stopped in for my first oil change two weeks ago (which was already complementary from buying the vehicle at this dealership), the Service Department had no record of my "consolation prize" of two additional oil changes. OK, so I'm really not out that much scratch, but it bothers me to no end when a business negotiates something in good faith and then turns their back on you. So, if you choose to patronize this business, make sure you solve any and all issues in person and do not leave without having everything in writing. As a result, I am strongly considering returning to a different Ford dealer for service that I have used for my past 2 vehicles. It's a little bit more of a drive but I feel the honesty level just may be worth it. Update: On 4-15-2017 Kimberly from Bell Ford contacted me. She had spoken with my sales person and someone else in the office. She indicated that a breakdown in communication between sales and service was to blame and that service department records had been updated to show there are indeed two additional oil changes due me. (I understand a breakdown but still wonder why my email a couple weeks ago to my sales person was disregarded.) Assuming all really is in order, Bell Ford has delivered what they said they would and I consider this issue closed. Thank you Kimberly for following through where others did not. read more

Surprisingly great service and will do business again and refer my friends. Sales, Finance and even the Waiting lounge complete with snacking station was amazing. No pressure and we left feeling like we got a good deal without having to fight. That is the short story. If you want the funny story, read below. Let me state that this adventure started as no more than an information gathering expedition. I had mentioned to my Girlfriend that it may be a good time to start looking at new cars. She had purchased a base model Chevy HHR over 3 years ago as a daily driver. It was not a car of choice, but it was affordable, reliable and got great gas mileage. Since that time, she has done very well at work, and I realized she was able to afford something she would enjoy more. On my way home from work the previous week, I stopped by my favorite dealership (Earnhardt) to see what they had on the lot. They have a limited selection, but did have 1 Mustang on site. I brought it up to her and decided to go look. Of course, by the time we got back there, it was gone and they didn't have anything else interesting to her. On a whim, i asked if she wanted to do one more store. I know of a Ford dealership in Scottsdale and of Bell Ford. Because she thought she knew someone that worked there, we went to Bell. (As most of you that know us can guess, she had confused the dealerships.) After not seeing anything on the used side, our wonderful Sale Associate, Travis Smith, talked us into looking at a new Mustang because of the Summer Rebates. Long story short, he was right and Jessica decided to buy her Dream Car, a Got to Have it Green Mustang!! Matt in Finance was just as wonderful. He actually explained the stuff he was trying to sell us, had already contacted the finance company that I wanted to use to see what they would allow us to include. So I can now say, I officially now have 2 dealerships I will do business with. Earnhardt Kia and Bell Ford. (Previously, Sunset Ford was my dealership of choice, but since they have converted to the evil empire of Van Tile, the chances of me going back there is slightly less then -20%.) read more

I purchased a 2011 Ford F150 truck there in August of 2017 and it has been in the shop for 3 out of the past 4 months. First issue was fixed twice, water in the passenger floor board. Second issue was actuator door malfunctioning and blow both hot and cold air in the cabin. Fixed by warranty company with rental car, no issues. This last issue was a service engine light coming on and my back up camera quit working. I got a rental car because of the warranty. 2 weeks later and the truck is still not fixed and my warranty company will only cover 1 day of car rental and Bell Ford refuses to cover the remaining 13 days that they have had the vehicle. So I am on the hook for the 300 dollar rental plus the repair cost of fixing the issue, another 400 dollars!! My warranty will not cover the issue with the CEL light since they consider it routine maintenance. Ford did not tell me this until I was day 13 into the rental car. Ford sold me a truck that should have had the 100,000 mile service done before they sold it to me. Obviously it was not they were the original plugs and coils with 124,000 miles on the truck when it was purchased. I want Bell Ford to purchase this lemon of a truck back and pay me the amount I paid for it so I can purchase a more reliable vehicle for me and my family. read more

Here we are hour number 2 and still waiting. Just getting my tired plugged. Small nail in it. Super pissed.

I took my 2016 ford transit for a drive shaft recall and they told me it gonna take 2 days to finish it and they kept the car for over 17 days and when I call they kept saying the car wasn't ready and when I went to pick up my car after 17 days they told me they didn't finish the car and I saw damages on the cars body and I asked them about it and they are like it was on it when it came it's not our responsibility the worst dealership I've ever seen read more

After my terrible experience at Peoria Ford, I tried Bell Ford, despite people telling me not to (I'll listen next time). I was VERY specific what my vehicle was, and wanted and estimate on oil change and full tire rotation. I had the girl check twice because I knew her price wasn't accurate. I reluctantly went in for my Appt. I asked the service advisor to confirm pricing on a FULL TIRE ROTATION FOR A DUALLY. She said it would be another $150. I was irritated, as this was totally predictable, but went ahead with the service anyway. Sat there for 2 1/2 hours and when I finally got home and looked at the tires, it appears they haven't been rotated AT ALL, given the heavy wear on the outside of the front tires that's still there, and not anywhere else. The only sign they touched the tires is the fact that the lug covers are now loose. Talked to a supervisor who is clearly exasperated given all the sighing. Said to bring it back. I'm leaving town and don't have time. I wanted a safe trip which is why I schedule the service. :( I'm done using Ford dealerships for service. read more

This place is awful. Made an appointment a week ago for 10 a.m. today. Show up on time and am told it's going to be a "minimum" of 2 hours, probably much longer. I ask about my appointment and he says "We were blessed to have a lot of customers today." Huh?!?? I leave because I have another appointment, which he assures me I will not make. However, what's the point of an appointment if you don't get your car in at that time? He advises me the appointment is just to meet the advisor to tell me my problem. Well, seriously. Why on earth would I need an appointment for THAT? Apparently this is standard in the car biz, but what a terrible business model. Never, ever again. read more

Absolutely the worst experience yet with their Quick Lane service department. It took them over three and a half hours to try to service my car and they put a battery in that they said was covered under warranty then they came back after 3 hours and told me they need to take it out because it's not covered under warranty. And then they stole things out of my car it wasn't anything important but they have no right to take anything out of my car that doesn't belong to them. You Sanderson Ford it might be further but they get the job done read more

Bell Ford - Home of the $14,000 oil change! Brought our 2011 F350 (88K miles) in for an oil change. After the change Colby says they can't start the truck! After 8 days of waiting for diagnosis and truthful info Colby and the GM say it is a "short block replacement - it will cost $14,000 - but they will pay half (you have to wonder why they made this offer). I asked the GM what would he do - he said "trade it in". Bell later sold the truck for 11K more than they gave us for trade. Obviously they didn't replace the oil after draining it and started the engine and let it run dry, but Colby wouldn't admit it. Sales guys - Harley and Josh were fair. What a nightmare. read more

Just bought a Car from here yesterday and I cannot speak higher of the Team at Bell Ford!! Anthony our salesman in Pre Owned was a great example of what customer service should be! Not once were we pressured he was only working his butt off to get us the best deal possible. I was nervous going into the Finance department thinking I would walk out feeling ripped off. Nothing could be further from the truth. Zach the finance manager not only had a great sense of humor he also was only looking to get us the best deal possible. They both delivered big time and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the deal we got on our Ford F-150!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal!! read more

Robert in Sales and Kimberly the Customer Service Manager could not have been better! I have not purchased a car from Bell Ford since the late 90's. You don't find that kind of customer service anymore! GREAT JOB. read more

Just left your dealership VERY disappointed. Bought my new Ford F-150 here and have only had it serviced with Bell Ford since. When I came to the dealership a little while ago for an oil change and tire rotation, a nice young man greeted me in the service bay. He tried on THREE separate occasions to get someone to come out and wait on me, but nothing! Leaving your LOYAL CUSTOMER standing in the heat for more than 15 minutes, is not cool. If I cannot count on you for the ongoing maintenance, why would I trust you with the big ticket items and my NEXT new Ford? Bell Ford read more

UPDATE: Went down to Ford today and after talking with a manager, they made everything right and exceeded my expectations for what I was hoping after this incident. Thanks to John and Mike for all of their help! Took my 2008 Ford Escape in because it wasn't starting and my service light came on indicating an issue with one of the many hybrid components. Brought it into Bell Ford to have it diagnosed and was told the high voltage battery was completely dead. Service manager told me they had tried a few different things including charging the battery with the low voltage battery under the hood--which didn't work. They then told me they tried using another battery that was brought into the shop (which was the wrong battery for my vehicle altogether). After this I was told my only option was to replace the high voltage battery--a $12,000 part that is only covered under warranty for either 100,000 miles or 8 year--whichever comes first. Well, unfortunately, my car was purchased in 2007, meaning it is 10 years old. However, after only having 65,000 miles on the vehicle, I found it hard to believe that I would need to spend $12,000 to repair it when I paid only a fraction of that price for the vehicle to begin with. After being told that this was my only option, I decided to have the vehicle towed back to my house so I could decide what to do with it. Upon arrival at my house, I decided to take a stab at fixing it. I emptied out the air filter leading to the high voltage battery, (which the dealership never even looked at) and then watched a YouTube video to see if maybe there was something I could try. During my first search I found a video that told me to take a panel off just next to my steering wheel, and to press a button that cycles a charge from my low voltage to high voltage battery. After letting this cycle run its course for 8 minutes, I started my vehicle and it worked perfectly. I am now left with over $300 worth of bills to pay, only to find out that Ford didn't even exhaust the simplest task before telling me that my only option was to buy a part that was worth more than my vehicle itself. Not only is this whole situation incredibly frustrating, when I went back to have my vehicle towed to my house, there were grease marks all along the side of the car, electrical panel covers were removed without being replaced, an old spare battery was sitting on the light beige colored carpet in my front seat, the battery under the hood was not mounted into the correct position, (thus left to rattle around when it was towed away), the doors were left unlocked, and I was told it was all because they didn't think they were going to fix it. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I cannot wait to sell my vehicle and move on. Please do NOT ever come to Bell Ford for their service. I am shocked and I am hoping they will do the right thing and relieve me of some of the costs of this whole situation. read more

I was looking at Bell Ford to see what they might have as far as a F-350 DRW used. They did not have any used but only had new. I was contacted by David Hain and he treated me with courtesy and asked how he could help. He offered to let me test drive a new F-350 DRW Lariat. It was a very nice truck an David continued to assist me and ask questions without the usual pressure I have felt at other dealerships. Though I did not purchase a vehicle, David was a pleasure to work with. He was still a pleasure to speak with even when he knew I was not going to purchase that day. I highly recommend David Hain if you are looking a Bell Ford. David deserves recognition for his personable and professional approach to car / truck truck sales. read more

To begin, our experience with the sales department was fine and it was quick and we appreciated the assertiveness of our salesman. However, finance worked with a couple different banks and decided to take there sweet time getting the check out to pay off our truck and after weeks we get a call from our previous finance company saying they haven't received a payoff and we are going to have a late payment hit our credit if they don't have the check in 5 days. We call Bell ford and explain the severity. They proceeded to tell us it had to wait a few days because no one on the weekend could send the check out. As of today our credit is reflecting a late payment that we now have to dispute because they took there sweet time cutting a check. When it didn't effect them they didn't care. They said they would overnight it the day before it had to be to our finance company. We are livid and will never be buying another vehicle form them! read more

I do all of my oil changes with bell ford from now on because I get more Bang for my buck. I have gotten my last four oil changes here and Anthony in service has been an absolute God send! He is always friendly and reliable when I come in for normal maintenance: however, I bought an aftermarket headlight and could not manually clip in my wire into it for some weird reason, he took my car back and a few minutes later I was street legal :) I am so happy that I decided to go to the dealership for my maintenance and build a great relationship with the wonderful people working there. Would definitely recommend! I was initially skeptical about going to the dealership but the specials they run for routine maintenance are pretty unbeatable for what you get. And the customer service always top notch! read more

Started in the market wanting to buy two ford cars. Purchased a used truck from this company in February and I can't stop regretting it. It's one thing after another. I should have just stayed away the first time we left. Their sales men love to talk about how they are family owned and care about their customers but that was just the used sales man gimmick I guess. This company has absolutely no integrity and lack the ability to sell cars while remaining upfront and honest. There are entirely too many ford dealerships out their to settle for one that has even one bad review save some money and buy from the dealership that has 5 stars on the internet. read more

Unfortunately, my experience dealing with Bells service department could have been better. I brought in my Explorer for brakes as well as the check-engine light was on. My state inspection was due that month so I needed that check-engine light to be fixed. I picked up the Explorer and was told to drive it around before taking to inspection. I drove it for a week took it to inspection and failed. They told me to drive it around more. I drove it for another 2 weeks, took to inspection and failed. I Took it back to Bell Ford who indicated that I should leave it with them for a diagnosis that would cost $279.00 with possible additional charges. Being unconfident with them, I took it to a local auto repair shop (Raritan Road Automotive) who diagnosed the problem, fixed it and attached a state inspection sticker, all for $82.00. We all can agree that experiences with the dealers service department is a big factor when it's time to buy a new vehicle. John C. read more

The service department is horrible. Clueless, unprofessional, and unorganized. I will not be going back to this dealer.

I had a great experience with this location. Not only were they able to schedule me immediately when I called them (I was trying to schedule an appointment at a location closer to me for weeks but they never called me back), but they were friendly, knowledgable, and quick. I had to take my car in for a safety recall and although they were not making money off of my car, they treated me like a customer-not a burden. They weren't "pushy" to me about getting other things done to my car so they could make a few bucks off me which was great because I have definitely experienced that a lot at other places. I would like to give a shoutout to Joe who took great care of my car. The great customer service that was provided will make me a returning customer. read more

ZERO STARS! I've been coming here for awhile. The service department on Saturdays are TERRIBLE here! I took my car in for the works package in late April ! The battery was in the green. Just fine! Mid May, battery was dead, nothing left on in the car. There was so much corrosion on the battery cables that a local mechanic said it had to have been built up for a long time and the battery would've failed any test! You make appointments for oil changes and it still takes hours!!! Today a friend went for a oil change with a 10am appointment, it wasn't done until almost 3:00!!! Was told when the car was picked up that they were short 2 mechanics! Was NOT TOLD that when dropping off the vehicle! Should have been called at hone prior, with the option to cancel! NOTHING, no discount giving! Terrible customer service!!! NEVER going back again! If this is how they service cars, I sure wouldn't buy a new one there!!!!! read more

BEWARE! I bought a used mustang with 45k miles on it from them recently. I had 3 check engine lights come on within the first 2 months. I went to get my transmission fluid changed and have my clutch checked by a different shop because their service center is incompetent. The shop that i went to told me that my transmission housing had oil around the whole seal so instead of having him work on it, i brought it back to Bell Ford because it was under warranty still. They tell me that a leaking transmission is a usual sign of wear and is not covered under warranty. They also looked at my clutch that was making a loud clicking sound. They were "stumped" as to what it could be, so they refused to fix it. I would never recommend anyone going to that place. read more

I will NEVER use Bell Ford again for service. I asked them for a quote for 60K mile maintenance on my 2014 Escape. The service guy rattled off a dozen items and quoted me $900 - $1,100. I told him that several of those high-priced items were not what the 'Manufacturer' recommended at 60K miles. Then he told me the list he rattled off was what the 'Dealer' recommended. I gave him a list of the 'Manufacturer' recommended maintenance items and he quoted me $65. They did this to me before when I took the car in for its 30K maintenance and they quoted me $625 for $50 worth of work the Manufacturer recommended. This can NOT even be considered an 'up-sell'. Had an overall great lease experience with Bell Ford. I turned my lease in the other day and it was very easy process. To my surprise they only charged me $50 and that was for my windshield cracks. I was like, umm....OK! and signed my inspection and turned in with 0 problems.
