I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate Joe Hough at Bell Ford, I've not had the best experience with Peoria Ford and Surprise Ford and was very reluctant to try again. I had taken my car to a local mechanic and he said it was the air conditioning compressor that it should be under my 100,000 mile warranty, so I had to go back, but refused to deal with the above mentioned again. Well of course that expired in May. Joe was so sweet when delivering the news that I would have to pay. Left that day thinking I could get a better price but when I got home I realized that I trusted Joe and would feel better having the dealer fix the car and appreciated Joes honesty and compassion. Thanks to Joe, "Biscutt" and Corbin, and Jim I had a very positive experience at Bell Ford and will be back for any future service to my car. Thank you gentlemen for your kindness and honesty! read more

This is mainly for the service dept at bell Ford. Our truck broke down in a parking lot next to their business and we were from out of town. We walked over to the service department and told them our Ford truck broke down and that we were from out of town. The service department told us they couldn't look at our truck for at least two weeks with little to no care of our situation. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! I would not go to this place for any of their business. read more

It's never pleasant when your car breaks down unexpectedly however, Anthony in service made a bad situation into a positive experience. He kept us in the loop while the car was being fixed and even arranged a ride to make it easier to pick it up. Great job Anthony! read more

Took my car in there once and they did decent work for a good price. I recently called and asked for an estimate on a repair where I talked to Paul and he was rude the whole time asking what the repair was and he's look it up and call me back later. I didn't hear from him for 4 hours so I called back asking to speak to him but he was unavailable at the time so I left a message to get a call back from him later. After an hour chuck called me back to do the estimate, but was also extremely rude and was acting like it was a huge hassle. It took 5 hours to do a 3 minute estimate. Then I asked for him to email me a copy of the estimate and he only emailed me the price of the part not the whole estimate. Good price but I'd rather take my business to a more professional business. read more

Fabulous experience. First off, John Williams thanks for always treating us well. We tried to close two purchases with Bell Ford over a two month period, but there was just a bit too much of a difference in our budgets. We finally closed on a Ford Explorer last week though! Everyone was so nice and professional with us! The lot has a nice selection of both new and used autos, and he explained certified as well, which ended up being our choice. Car lots and salesmen have a bad reputation, as we all know. But our experience at Bell Ford has changed our opinion of doing car business in the valley. John Williams was a great salesman and Jason was super helpful getting our family and the dealership to the right numbers for our purchase. We are now thinking of another auto and will be working with Bell Ford for sure. read more

Bell Ford - Our purchase from Bell Ford. Thank you John Williams for being so helpful! - Car Dealers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Terrible service department. Took my truck and kept it literally for 6 weeks because apparently Ford did not have the part in stock (nor did any other dealer in the US). To add insult to injury, the service advisor initially refused to give me a loaner vehicle. Kicker - I have an extended 100k warranty that obligates them to give me a loaner. Terrible service, awful. read more

I would highly recommend Anthony in the service department. He really cares about his customers and makes sure the job gets done right! Nobody likes getting their car fixed but he eases the burden and is very good at communicating any snags along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back here because of him. read more

I was in the dealership recently and was appauled by the way a employee was speaking aloud and to other employees. Kevin anderson was insulting a employee and mocked a customer while using profanity along with talking behind another group of employee's backs while they were unaware and engaged. This is not appropriate way of conducting yourself especially with customers around. When I come to get my veichle upon delivery I will deliberately ask for another finance manager and don't want him anywhere near my purchase. read more

The dealership had my car for 5 weeks. Took it in for 3 recall safety items. It was not drivable when I dropped it off because of a torque converter flex plate crack. First dealer said all repairs covered at 100%. They also set me up for a free rental while repairs were being done. Picked up rental and dealership called an hour later told me to return rental as it will not be covered. Also repairs would not be covered because I had a salvage title. Tried for 4 1/2 weeks to get in touch multiple times with customer service and even the General manager of the dealership. They were never in their office conveniently but was promised calls back. Never got one call back. Kept being told by service waiting for parts through all 4. 1/2 weeks. Service manager Andrew was rude and had no interest in answering my questions. Car took 3 days to fix after 5 weeks. Oh, by the way the repairs cost over$3,200. NEVER do business with Bell Ford!!!!!! read more

Very poor customer service from Colby the service manager. Brought my car to be fixed under the warranty & for them to repair damage they did to my car during its last visit there but was told it would have to sit there for two weeks before it even gets diagnosed. According to him he couldn't give me a loaner til it gets diagnosed & he wouldn't do a rental bc it would be on his dime (very weird the service manager wants to pretend like he's paying for rentals out of his pocket???) even though I've been there FOUR times before for the same issue & have always gotten a loaner bc of the situation (Ford is currently under litigation for the matter). I understand the dealership being busy / understaffed but Colby wasn't helpful or accommodating in the slightest & completely lacked any problem solving skills. My car isn't safe to drive & he told me to basically park it there & pay for a rental at $30/day or risk getting in an accident. Called Jones Ford & not only are they getting my car in for service but they're also giving me a loaner... NO HASSLE or need to wait for diagnosis. Very disappointed by the basic lack of empathy & intelligence that was represented at Bell Ford today. Don't give your business to this greedy dealership that doesn't care about the safety of their customers. read more

Anthony is very helpful and and nice! Great service! Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend!

Usual car dealership. Yes, they will give you a place to spend your $ but not the best deal for the customer. Constantly redirected to something everything I didn't want until I settled. Incredibly disappointed in myself for allowing myself to be nagged into a trade in for a horrible deal. Also later found out that that they never called their 'sister store', Berge Ford, as i requested to ask for a car better suited to my needs. Probably because Berge denies all sister store claims? Oh well..now I learned my lesson with dealerships. Ladies make sure to dress Amish for any shopping occasion as well unless you enjoy being ogled. read more

Very recently paid cash for a used car at Bell RD Ford, New car salesman Kevin sold me the car, 1 week after the warranty was up the motor started making a lot of knocking noise, wasn't about to put more money into that car and took it back to Bell Ford to see if they would at least give me a decent trade in value on said vehicle so I could trade it back to them for a better vehicle, got a lot of BS from Kevin and used car manager David, long story short, a very dishonest and deceptive crew at Bell RD Ford. read more

Had a disappointing experience with a purchase and service side from Bell Ford. Had major electrical issues with my used Ford Edge almost immediately after pulling off the lot. Tried to call the main customer service line, after 40 min, then was hung up on. Took car in to get looked at, over $1000 in electrical repairs. Needless to say, this will be my last Ford. read more

My wife and I were DONE stopping at used car lots. Three guys in a row, at three different dealers, that didn't listen to a word we said, they just launched into their own agenda to sell "How about this one?" - $15,000 OVER what we said! Every person at Bell Ford was welcoming and CALM! Justin knew what he knew but, more importantly, knew what he DIDN'T! :-) Mark Tabin, the manager, joined us, listened to what we were looking for, and promptly directed Justin to first stop by the cafe for complimentary refreshments and then show us around the inventory in the 'bullpen' (we're looking for a work truck and not something likely to be found in the front lot). In follow up calls, I've had one after another friendly, knowledgeable person answer questions and provide assistance. Kudos to management as this seems to be the culture of this business not just a few decent folks in a shark pool. We feel entirely safe and comfortable dealing with Bell Ford. Keep up the great work!! read more

I usually don't write reviews. I have a 2017 F-150 that I bought used back in December. I went in for a transmission flush and got a call back saying I need new brakes and I need a new oil pan. They said my front brakes were at 2mm and my rear brakes were at 3mm. They wanted to charge me almost $700 for new brakes and $1200 for a new oil pan. I declined to do both because it didn't make sense. I took my truck to another dealership for a second opinion and they told me my front brakes were basically new 9mm and I didn't need a new oil pan due to no leaks. Definitely won't be going back to Bell Ford. I was definitely disappointed. read more

Purchased a $35k truck and paid $3k for the top end warranty 2 yrs ago. Had the truck in for service of minimal issues last year, they were unable to provide a courtesy car despite needing to keep my truck for a week. They shuttled me to Hertz and said they'd pay the bill but did not and my visa was charged 60 days later. Last month my sun roof jammed open so I called for a service appt; the soonest date was 4 weeks out despite my concern of rain damage. I scheduled the appt and called the original sales rep saying that I paid good money for truck and warranty so if he couldn't get the service time improved I'd never buy a vehicle from Bell Ford again. He had no solutions. I arrived on 10/14 at 10am for this minimal sunroof service which was set 4 weeks prior, and today, 10/19, 6 days later and the service department hasn't even looked at the truck yet, and they do not have a courtesy car available for me. In the end, after many phone conversations, I finally talked with Adam in Finance (where the warranty was purchased) and he made the necessary changes to take care of my situation. I've got my truck back and working, only fees were the deductible. Thanks Adam. read more

The worst place ever! Called before we arrived to make sure vehicle was avail and we get there and they spent a half hour looking for keys for a truck they promised was on the lot. After participating in an on-line Chat session shortly after 8 AM, I'd not been called back to set an appointment as of 1:45pm. I called them, explained I needed to make an appointment and that I'd been waiting for them to get back to me all day to schedule. They said all service advisors were on the phone, but the next one available would return my call to schedule. Apparently their service scheduling calls take hours, because it took them another 1:15 to return my call. Of course, I ended up calling a different Ford dealership. read more

Just wanted to let those who may not have seen my review from a few months ago, see what my experience was with the Service Dept at Bell Ford. They had my car there for 48 hours for a pre-scheduled service appt, and they never even looked at my vehicle. I still can not understand how a business can provide such poor customer service. Please be aware if you consider them that you too may be wasting your time and effort. You should consider other options. read more

Won't be returning, they lied to me! Many times. I bought a 2011 f150 talked about a price, we agreed to the price. When we were in the finance office (all happy about getting a new truck) just signing cause we had an agreement. "Stupid on my part"!!! Later to find out they way over charged me for gap, way over charged me for extended warranty, and signed me up for life insurance! Then find out they signed me up for an 84 month loan!?!? I did not even know that was possible. Stupid on my part for not looking closely to what I was signing. But bad business on there part. And to top it off I was promised and extra key, finally got it after a month of calls. Also the truck was not running right so I brought it back, they would look at it and say everything was fine. Turns out the spark plugs were bad. They had cracks on the side and misfiring. read more

2.5 hours for an oil change and still waiting. Somehow every time I get an oil change here I keep getting calls to sell my vehicle to them. Don't plan on wasting more hours of my time here anymore. Guess I'll just go to a jiffy lube where I can be in and out in a tenth of the time, for half the price. Edit: not a call like I was told when my car was done (I was sitting in the lobby the whole time) and the car was finished. Would be nice to check the lobby for people who are waiting. read more

Had a very unfortunate experience with these guys. Had an offer on Saturday that I went out to compare against the dodge 1500. Went back on Tuesday night to finalize my deal and they came up with hugely different numbers, like over $100/mo difference on the same truck! A complete waist of time and very disheartening to deal with people that do business like this. Sales guys are doing their best and are pleasant to deal with but the managers are not going to help sell these when they do deals like this. Keep driving to the next ford dealer with honest negotiations. My father in law had previously purchased a truck here, that's why we came in but we'll never be dealing with these guys again. read more

I wish I could give a -5 score, but 1 is low as I can post. Bate and switch dealership. Internet advertised price and actual price is far different. Make sure you watch the finance guy, not only increases the price, but try to sell you a extended warranty at a huge price. Buyer Beware read more

This review pertains specifically to Darren in the Parts Department. After doing some off-roading, my F-150 dropped a clip/bolt assembly that kept one side of the skid plate in place. Based on the parts diagram, Darren ordered the correct replacement part, but when it arrived, it was a different size than the original part. So Darren climbed under my truck to check it out, researched the issue, then ordered the correct parts. He called me when the parts were in and even offered to help install them. It's highly unusual to find such excellent service from any retail operation, much less for a sub-$15 sale. Thanks, Darren, and well done! read more

I previously posted this review but was told by the business to delete it or return the loaner car.............. After being in an auto accident I brought my Explorer to Bell Ford to have the repairs done. Three days after dropping off the vehicle someone got into their "secured" lot at 12am by jumping over a low wall. They set mine and another SUV on fire by breaking the windows and throwing in fire torches. They attempted to do the same thing to a third vehicle but was unsuccessful. There was also a security guard on the location but by time he seen what was going on it was too late. Their insurance has not taken liability because they said it is vandalism so I had to file a claim with my insurance. I went to the manager of the collision center Ken, and he was very unsympathetic and did not want to help. I was crying and told him it wasn't fair and with a firm voice he said "How do you think we feel our lot was fire bombed"! You don't get turn this on you Ford, you lost nothing! I lost my truck and items that can never be replaced in side of it. After escalating to the GM they provided us a loaner vehicle while the insurance finishes the claim and they would sell us a new car. We went back to purchase a new car but after giving it thought, I didn't want to give them a $40,000 sale after what we went through. Their insufficient security has caused us a financial hardship and they wanted to make a profit! We have yet to hear an apology they only say it is unfortunate situation that happened on their lot. I was a customer and they have not treated me as so! read more

There is a recall on the air bags in Ford vehicles. I received the notice in the mail, which states the repair is "FAST, FREE, and EASY." I set up the appointment and when I showed up today they told me the REAL story. They are "way behind" on the recall repairs. I'm supposed to drop off the vehicle today, they evaluate it and THEN order the parts. Since it's Friday, and recalls apparently don't mean enough to them to have people working on Saturday or Sunday, it might be Tuesday or later before they get around to fixing it. A dangerous recall doesn't warrant a multi billion dollar company paying people overtime to fix. I asked, "well how about you evaluate the vehicle today and then I drive it home and you call me when you have time to "get to it"?" Lyle, the service person said, "no. This is the way it works." I don't understand why they need the car to collect dust in their lot for 4-5 or more days until they feel like fixing it. Why does the vehicle need to sit on their lot for them to order and wait for parts? This was a HORRIBLE example of customer service and reflects VERY poorly #BellFord and especially on the entire #Ford company. read more

Firstly "Emily A" is just a part time marketing person, she watches reviews on Yelp, there is no help from her. Since the shop service I contracted 3 "new" issues, but I couldn't go without a vehicle again for another week, so I kept on driving it thinking it might clear up on its own. Coincidentally at 1 mile beyond factory warranty I simultaneously got a service light and a low tire pressure messages. I called for Brian the service manager and Mr Spencer the general manager & nobody return any calls after a week. I even drove down to the dealership on Saturday & they reiterated I was required to make an appointment, pay another 85 dollar diagnosis fee, and I needed to get an extended service contract. I also reiterated it just came out of the shop so what about workmanship warranty? He said their hands are tied, i could only make an appointment & pay the fee to discuss options. Ridiculous!!! My original review I said they are nice people, just the service department is buried. I am updating my review for obvious reasons and after they requested I give them a 5 star rating on an email survey I would be receiving. They said anything less then a 5 star is the same as a 1 star and people's jobs could be at stake. Maybe Ford should look at Yelp reviews instead. I really don't think they have the customer's best Interest in mind, they are there to sell service contracts and cars, it is very evident. It is really a shame to see this happening to American brands, I learned my lesson, I'll be trading it in elsewhere, I do not recommend Bell Ford for service needs. read more

Don't take your vehicle in for service here! If you have the choice to use this dealership's service or have your tonsils removed through the rear choose the later. To sum it up here are the key words: deceptive, overpriced and rude. Mike Perreault is the name of the advisor and Steve something was the name of the service "manager" who was seated in an office with a totally different name on it. I took my work truck with manual windows in for repair because the driver side window just fell in the door while driving. That is apparently a very common issue with Ford trucks. After quoting me $160.00, I end up with a bill for $403.01. Yup, $403.01 broken down as follows: 190.63 in labor, 32.39 in supplies/materials recovery and 161.63 in parts. No, there was no additional issues that came up later, only replacing the window regulator. Now here is the kicker: the same window regulator sells at parts stores for $59 to $68 WITH NO CORE CHARGE! I understand the dealer price is more and I'm OK with it. But not only they were $160.63, but they also claim the core has a value of over $80 which conveniently does not show up on the bill. So, total part cost would be over $240.00. And they actually force you into accepting the price they dictate or you have to pay an appraisal fee of $160.00. In the end I guess I am the only idiot to blame for taking my truck into a dealership with a reputation like this. Well, this is it. Now I'm about to call Ford and give them a piece of my mind. read more

Bought my daughter a car last year from here and ended up being a LEMON. When we tried to have the fix the issues, they refused and said it was under factory warranty. After going months back and forth with the dealership and Dodge (manufacturer) and getting an attorney, Bell Ford agreed to get my daughter out of the lemon. It's been OVER a month since she's been in her new car and Bell Ford has not completed the paperwork for the credit union. This is screwing with our credit and also financially because Bell Ford STILL has not paid off her hold vehicle loan. I DO NOT recommend anyone getting a car from here. EVERYONE gives you the run around and you have to do all the leg work to get paperwork completed. I can't tell you how many times I've called or went to the dealership to get answers in hopes they will move the loan docs through. read more
