Had an overall great lease experience with Bell Ford. I turned my lease in the other day and it was very easy process. Actually, the entire ford lease return policy including their very GENEROUS damage/condition was excellent. I had actually backed into my other car with this one and it had a significant scratch that was dented in AND had paint missing. To my surprise they only charged me $50 and that was for my windshield cracks. I was like, umm....OK! and signed my inspection and turned in with 0 problems. I didn't end up leasing another Ford but would definitely do it again in the future and recommend it to anyone thinking about it (the car I turned in actually had negative equity) read more

Updated review. This dealership, and all those we (my wife and I) worked with were very congenial, and positive in dealing with their customers. The entire staff ran as a team. It was obvious that they loved their jobs in that they were naturally upbeat, not just "because they were told to be so." Our previous review indicated some problems due to misunderstanding or miscommunication. Inasmuch as this was troublesome to us, the real character of this dealership was their unflinching desire to make things right. The quality of any company is not necessarily in having no problems, though it would be nice in a perfect world, but more on a willingness to resolve /compensate for the problems that arise. Today we were given exactly that quality. Both my wife and I were very impressed that Teen (New Sales Manager) reviewed our survey to the company and was genuinely understanding as to why we were upset. He asked what they could do to make things right for us. He agreed to our request, and went the proverbial extra mile, giving us an additional offset. Teen appreciated our concerns as he stated: "We need to know these things so we can make improvements on how things get done for our customers and dealership." Teen then connected us with Kimberly(Customer Service Manager) to explain the process and what to expect, just to keep us well in the information loop. Kimberly also was very understanding, and a joy to talk with. She acknowledged the concerns expressed in our feedback as important, and that in this particular case, Ford Motor Company was aware of the need to have a factory-made trailer brake controller for the Ranger models, as they already have for the F-150 and Explorer models. In reiteration of a previous review, our salesman Jose Q is a good man who cares about his customers, as did Mark (Assistant Sales manager). Bell Ford's staff is filled with a mix of great people (Harley, General Sales Manager; Jon D, Finance Manager; Paul, Accessory Sales & Service Advisor; and the Customer Care Staff) all with the same collective goal of not only selling vehicles, but to genuinely try to give the customer what he or she is looking for in care, sales and service. Sometimes everything runs flawlessly. Sometimes things need to be adjusted or clarified. Either way, Bell Ford is indeed "top shelf" in our opinion, even more-so now because of how quickly and willingly they did everything within their power to resolve all concerns. My wife and I are very grateful to all concerned, and look forward to a permanent relationship with them. read more

I bought a car today from Ross (salesman) and Mike (manager), they took care of me from start to finish. They knew I needed a new car with my baby on the way, and they made sure that I got the best deal possible. They genuinely wanted to help me out, and I felt no pressure at all from them. It was a fast and easy experience, and I will definitely refer my friends/family to go see them when they're in the market for a vehicle. I reached out the day prior and outlined to them what I was in the market for. By the time I woke up in the morning I was sent the perfect vehicle via text. We worked up all the numbers before I even got into the dealership, the car checked out when I got there. I even took it to my brothers shop and put it up on the lift and it checked out under his extreme standards and we did the paperwork. When they say they do a full shop inspection on their used cars, that is no joke because my brother will point out everything. So you know they sell quality cars, and aren't trying to just make a quick buck. Also, the other manager Harley is awesome he makes you feel like you're at home and ensuring you're making the right decision. Quick, easy, and friendly! read more

I leased by Ford Escape from Bell Ford in 2016. Buying/leasing a car is always an aggravating experience and mine was no less/no better than I had experienced at any other dealership. Then, it came time for service... In the nearly three years since I've had my car serviced at Bell Ford, there has been one singular time wherein I did not experience some sort of difficulty, rudeness or total lack of regard for my time or, the fact that I was a returning customer. Most recently, I discovered a nail in one of my tires. I made a Saturday appointment to take the car to Bell Ford. I described the problem in detail when I made the appointment. When I arrived at my appointed time, my service advisor (who was new to me because apparently the old one had quit/been fired/whatever and no one told me that when I made an appointment WITH HIM) was not available. After waiting 15 or so minutes for someone to ask me if I still needed help, a pleasant young man explained to me that even though I had an appointment, my new service advisor, Blake, had taken a brake job and several other repairs in as walk-ins so I would have to wait at least THREE HOURS! I declined to wait and instead agreed to make a new appointment. I was assured that if I made the appointment during the week, the repair would take no more than 15 minutes. I made a new appointment and, my husband took my car in at the appointed time. After TWO AND A HALF HOURS, he finally lost patience and looked for the service advisor. NOT ONE person asked him if he needed assistance, including our "new" service advisor who, it seemed, had vanished. Waiting 20 minutes longer, he was eventually told by someone else that the car was "going up" on the rack now. I could feel him fuming from my office in downtown Phoenix!!! Needless to say, the 15-minute repair took Bell Ford Service nearly FOUR HOURS to complete. This morning, I called to talk to the service manager. My call was passed around a couple of times until I eventually made it to a snappy (I would use a stronger word if it was acceptable) woman who told me that the service manager was not available. She asked me to give her a description of my issue, which I did. At that point, she became ruder (it had not occurred to me that could even be possible) and then said a quick good-bye AS SHE WAS HANGING UP ON ME! My lease ends in July. Ford has been peppering me with sales calls and Emails asking me to consider buying or leasing a new Ford. I have been looking at other vehicles and, thanks to Bell Ford, I have been convinced to never, ever own another Ford product. Congratulations Bell Ford! It turns out that you are good at something! read more

Charged us $150 to tell us we need a new battery! That is completely unethical.

Typical car dealer who's salesman would sell their motherfor the right price. They place ads on craigslist with a lot of fluff like call or me text me anytime and when you rely on that you wait for two days to hear back on something your wanting to buy and then they tell you it's been sold! I don't know why I bother. read more

This is the 2nd SUV I purchased from Bell Ford. My salesman Jose Quintero is the absolute best. I had researched the 2020 Explorer ST for a year. Finally after much research and reviews I pulled the trigger. Jose gave me all the literature & specs plus let me drive one and that was the trick. The General Sales Manager Harley is well worth noting. He has been with Bell Ford and worked his way up thru the ranks. Jose can make a car deal happen. read more

So, had a recall on my Ford Ranger for the airbags. Tried to get it done through Bell Ford since I live within 5 miles of the location. For six months we called and they stated they didn't have the part. They asked us to call back in a week over 20 times. Finally the part came in and we took the truck to the dealership. They kept it 2 days and left it dirty and greasy. I filled out a survey from Ford about the experience and received a call from a lady name Kim at home while I was working. I tried twice to return the call; first time it rang and rang, second time I got a voice mail. Left my name and number and to this day (over 1 1/2 months) I still have not received the call back. Stay away from this Dealership! read more

I've bought a lot of Ford trucks but this one was our ultimate purchase . Platinum dually F450, it was a big decision not one taken lightly . We called Bell ford just to see if they had one , they did . We spoke to Travis who said he would have it ready for us when we told them we would be down to see it . We arrived it was waiting in the shade up front ready for us which was a nice start . Very hesitant with a dealer I hadn't worked with but they did not disappoint !! They were efficient and took great care of us . No back and forth waiting for hours . Told them what we wanted and they gave us their best price , we only had to negotiate one more time from that . Very fast and made sure we were very happy . Would recommend giving them your business if you want a honest family owned business that cares about its customers and values them knowing they have a lot of choices read more

Worked out all the details to purchase truck and set a time to sign and pick up later that day. Get a text a few hours before I go in and they send me a text, not even a phone call, telling me they sold the truck to someone else. When I went in initially the salesman said they do things differently than other dealers. Boy was he right. I can't believe someone would do that. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would... I truly feel bad for Ford because I do believe it's a great brand and car manufacture but this particular location puts a dent to its legacy. I recently was there with a friend looking at cars. We didn't want to speak to a salesman because we wanted to just roam and think about different car options. Until the manager came out and said we needed to leave unless we were "guided" by a salesman.... I understand it's a job and a salesman should be present but I the way this man spoke to me was so vulgar. I couldn't believe the way the manager spoke to me and my friend that was a a potential buyer. Especially for a manger. I've bought a car from Peoria ford and had an amazing experience.. I wouldn't waste a second at bell ford. Save your time and money !!! read more

We went to Bell Ford for a new truck because they have been very generous donating a hole-in-one package for our annual golf event at my sons high school. I appreciate the giving heart of the GM lee, but I left as a very happy customer. We purchased a 2018 F-150 STX 4x2 truck. They worked with us on a very fair trade in, got 0 percent financing, a nice rebate and an aggressive price on the truck. The sales team was great and they even give free food at the local café inside the dealership. I could not be happier with my experience. read more

I had a friend purchase a car here and even though she told me I should never go there due to her bad experience, I regrettably did. The staff in the used car department obviously judge you by your appearance. I drove up in my sister's minivan (because my car was getting fixed) and not one salesperson came over to greet me. I walked the car lot for approximately ten minutes and still no salesperson around. Angered, I left and complained to my friend, who gave me that "I told you so" look. A couple days passed, and I was curious if it really was the minivan that the salespeople judged... So I took my car and sure enough, I had the salespeople eating out of the palm of my hands! Of course I didn't buy anything, who would? In conclusion, Bell Ford doesn't care if you're a hardworking employee or business owner like me. Because unless you look like you have money falling out of your pockets, they won't even know you're there... read more

The worst service department. Poor communication. Very poor customer service. Don't even get a car cleaned after 4 days of working on it. Nothing but excuses. read more

Service Department is Terrible!!!!! Purchased two vehicles here in less than two years, and had a so-so experience with the sales department. The finance guy was typical pushing GAP insurance, pushing us to his "preferred" lenders.. The real rub came with the service department. These guys pushed me to road force balance my tires for a significant cost, when I had told them I purchased the tires at Discount tire, and they knew well that Discount tire would back their product and fix the problem for free. I do not care for the overall attitude in this service department and will not bring my vehicles back. I complained about the overall poor treatment to the sales manager, who did nothing. I don't think they value their customers in the sales department and the service department is just flat terrible (the tire balance was just one example of many we experienced). I strongly recommend doing business somewhere else. Two doors down is a Lincoln dealer that can perform Ford Warranty service, and they actually treat you like a customer. read more

I live very close by and have been purchasing parts for my 2 current Ford vehicles and 2 Ford vehicles I no longer own for many years...........that is until today, I stopped in to price/purchase a replacement part for my F150 armed with a printout from a competing dealer fully anticipating a price match. The parts counter person looked at the printout, looked at his computer monitor, looked at me and said "no". not even an attempt to do anything on the price. So I immediately went home called Peoria Ford (which is a much farther drive) and the gentleman at their parts counter asked for some info about the competitor and proceeded to match the price. Needless to say, even though it is a much longer distance, I will be talking my business to Peoria Ford from now on. read more

I took my Transit in for its' 60k service. From the receptionist transferring my call to the service department to the time I picked up my van, everything went smoothly. When I arrived I was met by Peggy, one of their commercial/fleet advisors, who immediately checked in my van and asked what needed to be done. I told her the 60k service was due and I also wanted to make sure the brakes were in good shape. Within an hour Peggy had called me back with the recommended services....and a short three hours after that she called again to inform me all was done! That is super great efficiency! Thank you to Peggy and Guido for your great service! read more

We are new to the area. My fiancé and I both drive fords. Love them. Needed service on our 13' Taurus. I called their service dept. at around 2pm on a Friday afternoon and after ringing and ringing no one answered. Called back, again same thing so after pressing "0" I got an operator that told me they were very busy. She took my info and said someone would call me back in 30 mins but that it could be up to an hour. It's now Saturday. Haven't heard from them so I've made an appt. with another dealer. Very bad first impression for a loyal ford owner. read more

Words cannot even begin to describe what an absolute nightmare my experience with Bell Ford has been; even 1 star is too much for this place. At the beginning of January, I was in the market for a new vehicle, and decided to try my luck at Bell Ford as a first time car buyer. After finding a vehicle I liked, the topic of trade in value came up. After much negotiation, we were assured that my car would be valued at $2000. Later, it was revealed that they inflated the new cars value $1500, to keep my car's trade in value at a measly $500. While this alone was incredibly dishonest, it pales in comparison to what happened when we moved to the finance department. After waiting nearly an hour to get to finance, we were met by an extremely rude, unprofessional, and vindictive employee. From the very beginning, we were questioned on the additions we had negotiated with the salesman (floor mats, patch work, etc), and were forced to wait while he called several people within the department to ensure we weren't lying about anything. You would assume that this is something that would have been communicated, but clearly not. He proceeded to be condescending - implying that he wouldn't ask us "too many questions" when it came to my financial information, and frequently pointing out that we didn't understand how the process worked. However, things fell apart when we pushed back on the miscellaneous fees, warranties, and packages that were being added without our consent. At this point, the employee became crass, at one point telling us that we had to "stop busting [his] balls". At that point, it became clear that Bell Ford was not the choice for us; we were shooed out after being told that they had other customers waiting, and they wanted to honor their commitment to them. We were explicit in stating that we wanted our information shredded at that point. We were told that (at 4 p.m.) all the banks were closed, so our information wouldn't be processed, and the employee refused to give us our documentation - stating that he would destroy it himself. It's been nearly a month since then, and I have come to learn that Bell Ford ran my credit 4 TIMES several days after the fact. It's clear that this was done out of spite, doing damage to my credit report that will take months - possibly years - to repair. It's incredible to me that after such a heinously unprofessional experience, no one has reached out to apologize or offer any kind of remediation. I've been left with damage to my credit report on top of a horrible experience. I will NEVER go back to this dealership ever, ever again. read more

I tried three times to get a simple answer about my shocks that failed on my 2015 Ford Fiesta that has less than 20K on it. On my last attempt, I requested a simple yes or no and I could not even get that. I have reference numbers and even a name of the person I talked to. I don't know what to think. I not that angry, but glad I did not purchase the car from Bell Ford. Maybe they look in their computer to see where you bought it from to decide what kind of service if any you get. I hate leaving bad reviews, but three times and no answer. Good By Bell Ford!! read more

Caught them lying to me. Was passed off between 3 sales reps during visit. Sales "manager" came over and gave us ridiculous pricing. As an XPlan member we had set pricing which was not the price being given to us. They low balled our trade. Then when we told them we didn't want to trade in.....the total price of the car didn't change. The got caught lying about the trade in (made no difference) and cost of new vehicle. They did nothing to try and keep our business after I confronted them on vehicle cost. Would never recommend business to this dealership. read more

I never thought I would say this, but I wish I could give Bell Ford 0 stars. DO NOT EVER take your car to their service department. Right after Thanksgiving, I dropped my car off to have a Bluetooth & recall issues fixed since I was going to be out of town for a week & figured that would be enough time. I literally did not get my car back for three weeks!!! Everything that could go wrong did. I had a horrible advisor from the start who didn't communicate with me at all. I had to call Bell Ford almost every day, multiple times a day for the 3 weeks they had it. About a week in, my service advisor either quit or got fired (which I get can happen) but the only reason I found out was when I did a check-up call (after not hearing from my advisor for a couple days) another advisor informed me. From there, I dealt with the Service Manager, Stephanie, who wasn't any better. Just like the advisor, I had to call her on a daily basis to get information but she knew nothing about what the status of my car was. I had to start back at square one with her on my extended warranty issue (that the previous advisor did nothing on) Once they finally confirmed I had an extended warranty to fix my Bluetooth issue, it took 1 day! So for the ENTIRE 3 weeks it was just mainly me going back & forth with advisors & managers, giving them the same information over and over again. The only saving grace was Chuck, once I got passed off to him at the end by the Service Manager, he was prompt in calling me back & keeping me up to date. I really wish I would have had him the entire time. Finally, the icing on the cake is Bell Ford still made me pay my deductible even though I had so many issues with them throughout the process. You would think as a good faith gesture, you would waive the deductible for me. Lesson learned Bell Ford! read more

Well, well all I had to do was pick up our ford transit after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for them to fix so I was fine cause it was just a pick up for me, BUT the staff there was so rude upon arrival I wanted to punch the guy in his face, I asked him when I went in I am here for a pock up and he looks me in the eye ( not on the phone or doing paperwork mind you) and just points in a direction not saying anything at all and I ask simply "uuhhh where?" Service dept is terrible. For some reason when you call the number, press 1 for service you always have to talk to an operator and ask for service again. Never have any courtesy cars. These guys are amazing. I had been to other dealerships over the weeks prior only to get the run around and have no understanding from them what was wanted, and what needed to happen. I was going to be a difficult one to get into a vehicle since my credit was not the best and I was in the process of trying to recover from a Repo and build my credit. Once I walked into Bell Ford I was greeted and had a listening ear. I explained my situation to Donald, the terms needed and the vehicle type I was looking for. This was not going to be a easy task. Within 24 Hours Donald from sales contacted me with the perfect vehicle, not only was he fast and efficient but he understood perfectly the type of vehicles and my style I wanted. Financing was my next stop. I spoke to Elmo Ortiz and his no nonsense straight forward but fun attitude made the world of difference. The Financing was explained effectively, any and all questions I had were answered. It was a true pleasure working with these two Gents. I feel as though not only did I gain a great business relationship with the associates at Bell Ford, but also a friendship. Weeks of frustration could have been avoided completely had I just stopped by Bell Ford first and talked with these two. read more

In general for the most part, my purchase went well. But I bought a quack vehicle. Don't buy Ford Explorer. The 2020 ford explorer we purchased had a transmission leak already. When I called the dealer about buying the car back the response was" good thing you have warranty". At the end of the day this dealership nor Ford pulls strings for their customer. I'm dreading the day this car leaves me stranded on a freeway. Ford has done nothing. To make things worse my car leaked engine oil soon after. Please no matter how great your sales ppl are here.
