This 1 star review is for the finance department, the fully lied to me. I put down every bit of money I could and still purchase 6 months of insurance up front. They said no problem you will not have a payment for 60 days, well that was a lie. Wells Fargo sent me a bill and 30 days later my first payment is due. The issue is that I gave them all my money then turned around and bought 6 month insurance so a car payment that soon is very hard to handle. The sales department was very nice and helpful, they did also say that it would be 60 days before first payment also. Nothing against Ford or the vehicle I bought, it is very nice. Just watch out, the finance manager told me that I signed a contract and laughed at me. Not very professional. read more

We had an awesome experience today with Shane Grosh in Service! Shane not only fit us into his busy schedule but he went above and beyond to assist us with service for our 2016 F-150. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Many thanks, Shane, for the wonderful service!!! read more

I am so happy with the deal and truck I bought from Michael Honea. He actually helped me search the Internet for a better deal while I was in his office. Nowhere in Az was a comparable truck available for the price he offered me the first time. Didn't even have to negotiate. Was awesome. I highly recommend Michael Honea to anyone looking for a car or truck. He's very nice too! read more

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: They were finally able to figure out my alarm issue on my 2015 Ford Escape. I was having the theft alarm randomly sounding for about a year. There was no rhyme or reason or any pattern that anyone could figure out. I had taken it in to a previous dealership a handful of times only to be turned away by "could not reduplicate the problem." At first Bell Ford was having the same issue where they could not reduplicate it, but Bob my service technician said he encouraged the mechanics to keep trying as I even had video. Sure enough they figured out that it was a ignition issue. Basically my car was trying to start itself. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to finally have someone who truly cares about the work that they do. I would definitely recommend Bell Ford service department to anyone. The only thing I would say is they are not super communicative, and it would have been nice to receive a follow up phone call the day after. My car was in from Monday to Wednesday. But other than that, phenomenal. read more

It over 5 months for Bell Ford to diagnose and repair my vehicle. I was constantly put on the back burner because my vehicle was still drivable . Even though I was having to add coolant to it every few days. Finally the vehicle overheated and shut itself down. Then I had to call roadside assistance and get it towed. There were many concerns with the vehicle. One was never addressed at all. One was fixed and now having the same symptoms again. After sending Ford a less than happy survey. BELL Ford customer service manager, Kimberly Lucas contacted me. She promised if I changed my survey with Ford she would get my problems handled and make my vehicle right. I changed my survey thinking they would uphold to their promise of fixing my vehicle. I contacted Kimberly to make an appointment with the service department for the repairs. The new service manager , who was not involved in any of the previous issues called me. He said they would not honor their promise and would not make their wrong a right. So with incomplete work , faulty repairs , false promises and lack of any concern or customer service I would in no way at all recommend Bell Ford for my business. So, at this point I will have to take it to another Ford dealer for the work and pay additional deductible that I would not have had to if ell Ford would have performed the work as requested and as promised, read more

I took my car in for a recall at 8 am and they told me it would be done the same day. I then Got a call around 4pm saying it would not be done and that the car battery had broken and I have to buy a new one before they do the recall. I had my battery for only 3 years keep my car in a garage and don't live in phoenix in the summer time heat. I am in Chicago. I still said I will replace it for the cheapest battery they have because I didn't have time to argue and needed my car fixed before work the next day. I then was charged for the most expensive battery they had. I then was called again the next day saying it would then take another day because they didn't have the recall parts. I should have been notified in the beginning by Anthony that it could take up 3-4 days cause then I would have brought my car in another time. I then had to pay for rides back and forth to work. Then I went to pick up my car today and they said they couldn't get the car to start again like they couldn't before they replaced my battery. I took the keys and started my car with no problem the first time. They literally weren't pushing the key into the ignition. My 6 year old brother could have started the car. Its a bunch of unprofessional people running the place. Something that should have been free and done In a couple hours, had now taken 4 days caused me to pay $200 for the battery then another $100 in Ubers for going back and forth to work for not having my car. I want my money back and problem to be taken care of but of course ford just told me I need to leave. someone help me please. read more

We purchased a brand new truck from them, everything went well with the purchase but when it comes to getting issues taken care of 6 months later, they act like you are an inconvenience to them and they don't care because they already got your business when you bought a 70k truck. The staff in the service center were rude and talk to you like your an idiot. I have never dealt with such ridiculously awful customer service in my life. Our next purchase will be with another dealer because the service department here treated us so bad. Will NEVER reccomend Bell Ford to anyone again. read more

This has to be the worst dealership I have ever worked with. After being promised a specific deal by 2 sales people and the manager to only get a call 3 days later to say they wanted 2k down to finish the deal. It seems that this tactic might work with other customer but seems very under handed and shady, I wouldn't trust a word they have to say! They couldn't give me a car at this point. Only reason I gave them 1 star is I couldn't post this with no stars. read more

I don't recommend this car dealership. I just finished dealing with the service department and was highly disappointed. I can go into detail but they don't deserve wasting my time with them. Just informing everyone to drive the extra block or two and try somewhere else. Oh but tag your tires to make sure the tire rotation is performed. read more

I was very hesitant to visit Bell Ford today after multiple servicing issues with their sister-site in Peoria. The manager at a repair shop near to me seemed confident that it was a transmission issue and told me it'd be my best bet to still check with Ford before going and spending hundred if not thousands with a third party company. I'm very grateful that I did go to Bell Ford after all. Specifically, I'd like to talk about Anthony Alfieri. From the beginning he was clear in what I could expect and he kept everything black and white. He is very approachable and it was easy to determine what my next steps needed to be. After only a short visit with him, he quickly came up with a solution that really saved me in probably more ways than he knew. As a single mother a broken down vehicle is probably one of the less significant struggles I handle in my life but it definitely makes all of the other struggles that much harder. After speaking with Anthony, it was easy to stay optimistic that I really was going to have support in finding a way to get me back to what is most important, being able to easily get back to working and providing for my family. As I briefly spoke about prior, my experience with Ford since the date of purchasing my vehicle has been a nightmare and although I don't feel the need to go into those details at this time I do want to say that if there is any expectations that should be in place for Ford's brand and servicing, I was thoroughly impressed with Anthony and it truly was refreshing. I just might bring my car back to Ford directly for servicing in the future ONLY because of him and also the lovely gentlemen that worked on my car so quickly. I appreciate Anthony so much for taking pride in his job and truly going above and beyond for his customers. He did all of this without really knowing I had multiple terrible previous experiences with Peoria Ford and that I was a single mother. So thank you. read more

I saw a car on Labor Day weekend and I gave them a call and spoke to a gentleman named Harley over the phone I asked some questions about the car and he say come down I let's see what we can do. When I arrived I met a Jessica I explained to her what I want and Harley was her manager and both of them worked with me to get me out of a 191000 mile Yukon with 29 percent interest loan. I ended up getting getting the car I wanted with only $200 down and lowered my payment by $52 a month and 10 percent loan. After 2 day I ended up going back to Bell Ford and trading in my other high interest loan car and got a beautiful truck with not even a dime out of pocket .The staff at Bell Ford was great Jessica , Harley ,Steve and David in finance you guys are awesome. Thanks again Jessica for selling me 2 cars and the rest of the team in making a great buying experience. read more

I have a pool repair and remodeling business and was in the market for a new work van. After searching high and low for a new Ford Transit (not the small transit connect, but the real deal full size transit ), I noticed that Bell Ford had the long version with the High Roof. A rare find around the valley as they are so new to the market, and in short supply. Rolled on over on a Sunday planning to simply test drive one. Test drove it and loved it. Generally I purchase my vehicles from fleet with a lot less hassle and negotiation. Told the Sales manager Harley to give me their bottom line number without a bunch of hassle. They did present me with a fair price, and I was still able to do a little negotiating. It was very painless. My sales guy Ali Dirawy was a cool dude with some interesting life stories. He was knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful. I recently purchased a Dodge Promaster van for my business as well. After driving, inspecting, and purchasing the Ford van, the difference between the Ford and Dodge is like the difference between flying in coach and rolling first class. In the Dodge, you get a few more rattles flying around, there's no leg room, and the service sucks. When I bought the Dodge I didn't even get any free peanuts, and they didn't even wash it upon delivery. The sales person was like a cranky flight attendant at the end of her shift. The Ford van and Bell Ford on the other hand is like flying first class. So many more upgrades, but without any additional cost. 3.5 Liter Ecoboost, a full tank of gas, a nicely detailed van upon delivery, and a great price. As a bonus, the finance guy, Mark Rezaik was able to advocate for me and get me a lower interest rate from the original contract I signed when I took delivery of the vehicle. He dropped the interest rate 1.5% and saved me about 2K / year in interest. You da man Mark ! If you're going to go marching around in the tall grass of these car dealerships around town, watch out for snakes. The sales guys at Bell Ford are not snakes of the Rattler variety, but rather they are gentle, kind garter snakes. They won't bite you and send you to the E.R. They may pop out of nowhere and give you a little scare, but all in good fun. Oh yea, and definitely hit the gong, dance around and act a fool when the deals done............. Why Not?? read more

Every time I go in to bell ford I have issues with asking for service. Oil change and they threw out all the plastics under my truck the first oil change. One time after I left they had a quarter glued to the ground to laugh at people trying to pick it up. Had a recall on my truck for latches and now my driver side passenger door doesn't lock or unlock. I called in 3 days in advance to make an apt. For oil change and told an advisor my radiator fans are running high when it's hot and ac is on. First year ever happening, without saying my vehicle he tells me is it a F150. He put me on hold for 15 min, called back again and a different advisor told me that it's normal for the fans to be on high. Have 34,000 and trying to get this addressed before the warranty runs out on a 40,000 doallar truck. They say there to busy to address my issue in a entire day and if my warranty expires they will not fix. All they care about is selling you the truck. As for service and keeping your new truck, good luck. Kind of embarrassing but I did take my truck to Nissan next door, service is great and they wash your truck. My 2016 f150 is a good truck but service department doesn't do much after you buy it. read more

I currently have 156000 miles on my 2006 F150. I don't feel I could have expected this without the help of two of the service advisers here. Both Paul and Joe have gone out of there way to accommodate my needs as this is my daily driver and the only time I can get repairs done is on Sat. I really appreciate that once I drive out of here I can expect that I don't have to worried about issues returning after repair so the mechanics that I have never met must also take great pride in what they do. Will probably someday be replacing my old truck and at that time I will be reviewing there sales dept. read more

In closing, we D have a car.. not the one that we wanted... but there are seat covers for that.. BRIAN was snappy, unprofessional, lied about canceling the deal (said he said nothing of the sort). He worked so hard to get us what we were looking for, and is a man that doesn't see dollar signs... he is ALL about customer service.. and genuine about it! We went in on Saturday May 15th to look at a Ford Explorer ST we fell in love with it and Jose the salesman was great and worked on getting the number where we needed them to be for the most part. Then came GABE the sales manager he was a joke and rude. He gave us numbers we technically could do but because of his attitude we said no and he got up said "well let me get you your keys" and walked away. Now we have been customers of bell Ford before we bought a vehicle there a little over a year ago and went back because that experience was so great. Because of GABE we won't be back and are now going elsewhere to shop for a vehicle that we are able to get and purchase but because of attitude didn't want to work with Bell Ford. I called Jose and thanked him for the experience but told him the manager was terrible and we wouldn't be back in the future. Very sad but you lost a customer for life and word gets around. read more

Final Review: This is a list of all the issues I have had from start to finish with Bell Ford on the purchase of my new vehicle. *First set of finance paperwork when I purchased my car was done with the incorrect stock number meaning all the info on my finance paperwork and registration was for the wrong vehicle. Had to drive back to redo everything (2hr round trip drive for me) *Once all Finance terms were finally agreed on drove back to do another set of finance paperwork. (2hr round trip drive for me) *I get a call several days later saying we do random audits on finance paperwork and your deal was randomly audited. We discovered your loan was written at a higher interest rate then it should have. Ended up being a 6% difference in interest that if it had not have been caught I would have been stuck with. This was a HUGE mistake that could have cost me 5-6,000 or more dollars. Had to drive back to redo the finance paperwork again (2hr round trip drive for me) *a couple weeks later still within first month of ownership car starts making noise in engine compartment when car is turned off. Take car to service where it stayed for 15 days. *Car is finally repaired however when Serv Advisor calls me he says my car caught on fire, I responded excuse me? and he again says ya when we hooked up the AC Compressor your car burst into flames. Finally told me he was kidding. *Picked up my car yesterday and it was not washed or cleaned even though I was told it would be cleaned, all the fuel in it was used and it was given back to me on the E. Pulling out of the driveway a light comes on on the dashboard. Go to the nearest gas station to look in the manual and discover its the tire pressure monitor. Stopped at tire shop today and all the tires were low on air and one tire has a screw in it. It states on my paperwork a safety inspection was completed including inspecting the tires which was clearly not completed or the tires would not have been low on air and they would have seen a screw in the back tire from when it was in the service dept the past 15 days. Yes I have received apology after apology but I feel this is all very excessive for issues on a new car purchase within the first 45 days of ownership. It is one mistake after another. I think upper management should take a look at all of this so that no other consumer has to deal with the nightmare I have had to and continue to go through. It would be nice if Bell Ford would step up to the plate and realize all the time I have spent driving back and forth... The inconveniences.. The frustrations.. Maybe offer me some accessories for my new car or free service coupons. Something to say hey we do appreciate your business and the money you spent with us. Anyways Tomorrow I will be getting my tire fixed and hopefully be able to move on from all this and finally enjoy my new car with no further complications. This is my first and will be my last Ford Purchase. read more

I am a easy going person and my better half is even more. But we were taken by Bell Ford Staff. Specifically, by what they pretend to be. Our sales person was great and never once gave us the impression that he didn't know what he was talking about, We were careful and a week went by. No vehicle that time. A few days go by and we get a call from our sales rep and he was told by his boss bring us in he has a great deal for us. So, here we go. Imagine our surprise when we were approved for a 2014 Focus! Couldn't believe it. Told we were family and Happy Holidays and laid down our down payment, signed papers and first payment due Jan 2015. Yay! Right? First new car and we grew very fond of it. Two weeks go by and a lady from Bell Finance calls, found out later she is upper management, says come in and sign loan papers and good to go. Well, we get there and low and behold we are told car is too high and can't have it. But! don't be sad just find a used car and start there. We find 3 vehicles we like, test drive them and pick one. So there we are waiting and waiting when the so called boss comes up with his boss and says "We can't help you". I didn't exactly know what that meant and they just said that over again. I excused myself for the ladies room and I couldn't believe it! How do you go from a new car to no car? I will spare you the choice words I had for them but please be careful with them, I knew we had credit issues and we sure didn't expect a new car but we were lied to and strung along like chumps. If you do go there ...be cautious. Thanks for your time, read more

Buying a car can be bitter sweet, dealing with a car salesman is a struggle if you go to the wrong dealership. The sales team at Bell Ford are fantastic. My salesman was Kristopher Maxwell, he had a great demeanor, very laid back, I never felt pressured. As a returning customer, I cannot believe how things are going down and went south so fast. Bought a car from this dealership and never missed a single payment, 14 months later, we wanted to trade this in with no money down from the same financial institution. We picked out the car, and were told these exact words, " the deal is done, come back in 48 to do the final signing, so we can get you the best rate from the choice of these 3 financial institutions. we will call you." 2 days later, no phone call, so we go in and the car we wanted and had a "done deal" on is sold and they need thousands of dollars down. I cannot believe the lies, treatment and nonsense this facility has put returning customers through. Run from this facility, they lie so much its quite sad , and if your a returning customer who has never been late and paid all payments on time, expect to pay lots of money down and be treated like total garbage. Thank you for the lies, stress and wasting our time. read more

These guys lied to me in writing and on the phone just to get me in their doors. I went to buy the truck they said would met my in-writing must haves and they said would fit in my budget. I actually found a truck on their website for the price I was telling them I wanted to pay and it had all the things I wanted. I arrived, test drive and was ready to buy but then they added $15,000 to the price for the upgrades that they forgot to include. They advertised it online with these upgrades and for the lower price but said it was an accident because someone hadn't updated their website to include the cost of the dealer upgrades. They emailed me in writing confirming the price range and the upgrades I wanted but admitted the online rep misled me. I wish I was a lawyer... I probably would have that truck. BUT I went to Peoria Ford the next am and the salesmen, Anthony Perez, got me into a very similar truck for UNDER the price I wanted to pay. BELL FORD guys are slime bags. read more

They say, "...miracles never cease..." and now I believe it too! I believe it because I witnessed one last week and then again yesterday. See, after my initial review last week regarding Bell Ford's service department, I received a couple of phone calls from representatives of the facility. One call was from, Brian Vaillancourt, newly reappointed Manager of the service department. We had a pleasant phone call where I witnessed miracle one, when Brian admitted wrongdoing on behalf of the dealership (Note-Brian was not employed w/ Bell Ford at the time). He explained everything to me, offered his apologies and promised a return of the overcharged funds. Which brings me to miracle number two, receiving a check yesterday for the amount promised. I'm not sure what happened to the service department at Bell Ford over the past year or so and as a consumer I simply don't care. I just want full value for my dollar and will accept nothing less. I would like to point out to the "higher ups" within this organization, that if it were not for Brian and his stand-up approach to his work, I would still be an unhappy consumer who publicly scorned you at every opportunity. Keep in mind that he managed to eat another person's crow, peacefully resolved the issue, and turn me back into a potential customer once again (Provided he still works there). Handle his employment carefully, as he seems to be one of only a couple individuals with a solid grasp of customer service and how to execute it. I would also like to point out that the service technicians have an excellent track record in my opinion, providing accurate diagnoses and clean repairs. They in no way added to the bad experience, and much like the consumers, suffer because of the inadequacies in a few personnel. Thank you, Brian! I look forward to talking with you in the future. read more
