Thank you an awesome experience Maria Flores and Robert Sadjack it went very smooth purchase Ford F-250 thank you for the help

I recently used Bell Ford's service dept. I purchased my vehicle from another Ford dealership with an extended warranty. This was the first time I had to use the warranty and wasn't sure how it was going to go. I showed up at Bell without an appointment. I wasn't sure if they could get my vehicle in for service. From the beginning to the end my service was excellent. Chuck my service manager kept me informed on everything step by step. He definitely provided over and above excellent customer service. He did not try to sell me on anything not needed. I did not have the same experience on my last vehicle at Bell Dodge. I really feel strongly about customer service since I am in a business where we pride ourselves on good customer service. I also believe in acknowledging people who go over and above. Bell Ford definitely has my business on future needs. Thank you Chuck for providing excellent customer service you are an asset to Bell Ford. read more

If I could give it negative stars I would. Four days ago somebody stole my car keys off of the checkstand at the grocery store. I called Bell Ford to ask how much a new key for my 2010 mustang would cost and was told a ridiculous list price of $425 for the key that has the FOB in the head of the key. I found non-ford specific keys an Amazon two for $35. I called Ford to ask if they would cut blank keys for my car and program the FOB and a gentleman I talked to said that he would not cut the keys because the metal might "break their machine" but he would be happy to program my key. I ordered the new keys from Amazon and they arrived yesterday. I called this morning to the service advisor that I usually deal with, (Mike is his name) and told him the story and he told me that they will not program or cut keys that they do not sell. So within three days I was told two separate things and I know that the only reason Mike said they would not program my keys (opposite of what the previous person said that they would) is to force me to spend $400 plus on their key. In my opinion that's a bullshit way to do business read more

On July 13th my battery died at work and Bell was the closest dealership to my work. I went over and they were able to put the new battery in no issues. Within a week or so I noticed my transmission didn't sound right. I have always dealt with Earnhardt so I booked my appointment with them, they were booked so I didn't get an appointment until 8-2. Well today I got a call from my Service advisor saying that when I got my battery replaced a hose broke and to fix it would be about $105. I let them know that I actually had my battery replaced at Bell Ford, so Earnhardt reached out to Bell to let them know what was going on and Bell declined to help. Earnhardt without any question told me not to worry about it and they would be able to cover the cost and my rental. If it wasn't for Earnhardt doing the right thing today, I would have been out another $130. I would have thought Bell would stand by their work but I guess not. So now I would rather drive an hour out of my way to another dealership that will actually help me and stand by their work. Be cautious when dealing with their service center, it truly feels like it was done on purpose to make me come back and spend more money with that. read more

After having the "BAIT AND SWITCH" tactic done to me at Peoria Ford, where while I was signing papers to a '15 Escape, I noticed that they snuck in a lower engine than the one that I had test drove and said I wanted, I took my business to Eli at Bell Ford. I explained how upset I was, and both Eli and the manager did their best to put together the same vehicle at a great price. At Bell, there was no hanky panky going on.. I really think that JohnJay and Rich from Kissfm, who are constantly bragging about how great Peoria Ford is, should take their business elsewhere.. to BELL FORD.. Thanks Bell, you earned your stars! read more

after a service of cars oil system part 70 miles latter oil system fails and just get excusses.

Poor customer service. Took my vehicle in at the scheduled time, only to be told they could not look at it until the end of the following week. I was told they did not know why the vehicle was being brought in-- ok, but they had all of my contact info and could have made contact to ask if they knew it was going to be so long for any vehicle needing diagnostics/repair work. Additionally, several employees in close contact with customers and other employees were not wearing masks. They had little stickers that said "Face Mask Exempt" but then failed 100% at maintaining any effort of social distancing. My "advisor" was right at my vehicle window, no mask, no distancing. I would have forgiven the issue with getting my car looked at, but it is amazingly disrespectful to everyone that IS wearing a mask for those employees to not even try to social distance. For that reason, the lack of consideration for others' health, I would not return. Only getting one star because I have to give them one to leave a review. read more

I can't thank JC in service enough. I've had bad experiences from sales to service but he completely turned this around for me, numerous times. If it wasn't for him, giving me the best customer service, following through with his promises of getting my vehicle back to me in time and taking into account that I'm being inconvenienced by bringing my car in for recall work, I wouldn't have returned. Plus to top off the entire good experience, my shuttle driver, Jim was a REAL gem. He was so sweet and had the best stories. Thanks to the both of you for not wasting my time and putting my cars service needs, first. read more

Recall confusion, over and over. Got an old 2005 Ford Ranger and I've had two recalls related to the airbags. On the first occasion I was originally told they didn't have the airbag and they took my number to call when they had the part. Well I never got a call. Later I called and found out they had the part and made an appointment to take it in. Upon my arrival I was told they didn't have the part. I blew up and oddly, after I left they called me and stated they had found an airbag and to come back, which I did. So a few months ago I got another letter from Ford to replace another airbag. After numerous calls with mixed messages and again, "we don't have the part" stuff with the statement they'll call when it comes in. They never called. Then about a week ago I get this email telling me I have an appointment for 5 P.M. (never made) to bring the truck in. I called to ask about this but was unable to get anyone in service to answer the phone. After numerous attempts I called Ford's district office and was told they would look into it and was given a "Case Number". A week later no call! Bell Ford service dept. SUCKS and appears to be poorly managed and has been for some time. Guess I'll have to drive 20+ miles to another ford dealer to get the work done. I'm extremely disappointed with Bell Ford and Ford in general. read more

It is honestly not worth the hassle to even try to talk with this dealership. We went up there specifically (45 minutes away from our home and passing multiple dealerships on the way) based off of good reviews and their inventory. Not only was our first visit long, unprofessional, and useless, we have had problems still ever since. We went up there OVER a month ago to trade a car in and purchase a different used car. We dealt with a "new" guy who was nice but very unprofessional the entire time. He sat on his phone most of the SIX HOURS we were stuck there. He also tried to show up photos of the girl he had a date with, and explained how he lives with his mom. He had no idea what he was doing so we constantly had to wait on his manager to come over to do his job for him. Multiple times the manager stated "I'm sorry I can't help you right now, I have another customer." Mind you, we have been there all day, but the other customer was buying a Camaro (obviously more money than we were spending on an Edge). After SIX hours of hassle back and forth with the new guy and his manager as every other employee stood on their phones, talked, and watched the soccer game, we finally made our way to the finance department. We sat waiting for another hour for someone to become available. Then we met with a guy named Terry Wild who seemed great, at first. He stated he felt bad we had been there so long that day and tried to help us fast and efficiently. We left that day. THREE WEEKS LATER, our old car's next payment is coming up and nothing has been financed STILL. It appears there was an issue and he never even attempted to contact us to inform us of an issue, or more information needed, nothing. Terry also cannot even come close to getting the financing we were already promised and signed for. We have called him back numerous times, emailed, etc. with hardly any to no response for one excuse or another. The only way to even talk with him seems to LEAVE WORK EARLY to go to Bell Ford (an hour away with traffic) to ensure he is actually doing his job. We discussed our dissatisfaction with him yesterday in which he continued to "praise" himself throughout the meeting. "Well I got you this better deal." Which is not correct, it is a YEAR longer in financing. "I got them to prolong your payment for your old car and new car another 30 days." Which is not anything rewarding considering it took over a month to even get in contact with him, now it's a month longer for financing, and our temporary tags are now even about to expire. "I thought I did a good job. I have called you back every time." Also wrong. He even set a reminder on his personal phone through Siri to call us on Thursday, come Saturday, we again had to call him since he did not call us. When we stated we would rather just have our old car back since he obviously "can't get what financing was promised to you and that manager is no longer even here." He then stated he would just submit the old contract anyway whether we signed the new one or not. It didn't matter to him. He was "doing us a favor." Incredibly unprofessional. Never had I had an issue like this in the many cars I have purchased especially from Ford (my entire family works there). Don't even bother wasting your time. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had at a car dealership (which is already a horrible experience to begin with). read more

I wanted a hybrid. Did my research. Decided on a Fusion. Ive been in retail Sales all my life. They did me right. Straight up.

I emailed them some questions about a car that I was interested in. I explained that I had just sold my own car and I lived an hour away. They sent an email back saying "when can you come look at it" and that's it. Not a single question answered. So right then I decided to go somewhere else. That was last week and since then I have received 6 emails a day from them but none of them answering my questions. And now the emails are rude from a guy named Michael Young. Well Michael I just went to Earnheart Ford and bought my dream car after they nicely answered any questions I had. So can you stop bothering me now?! read more

Beware of Bell Ford's underhanded fraudulent business practices. At final inspection after purchasing a new vehicle from Bell Ford I found a discrepancy with the mileage. Both the ADOT Secure Odometer Disclosure and Bell Ford Sale of Contract for Motor Vehicle listed the odometer mileage as 78 the vehicle odometer was 1596 miles. I asked the New Car Director to either compensate for the mileage or void the transaction. He replied something to the effect there wasn't enough margin and voided the transaction. The next day Peoria Ford sold me a vehicle almost identical to Bell Ford's with the following additional options spray in bed liner, exterior coating and detailing every 6 months for 3 years, nitrogen filled tires and upgrade from standard to maximum tow package for an additional 36 cents. Upon receipt of Peoria's vehicle the odometer (58 miles) agreed with the documentation and the interior/exterior was flawless, Bell's had paint and other imperfections. read more

I was in a few months prior to yesterday, to get my anti-theft locks working on my Ford Windstar. The system would not allow me to start the car. Bell Ford originally charged me $325.00 for a fix they said would work (programming the keys) and instructed me to buy a FOB to disengage the alarm when needed. I used only the same key and no FOB's worked. After the car was in storage for a short while, the system engaged and the car would not start again. A tow truck came and got under the car to somehow get me running and I went straight to Bell Ford because this original service was now an unreliable fix. They never told me the alarm was an aftermarket unit. Also they said a FOB would alleviate my issues, which never worked. The car was unprogrammable. So when I arrived at Bell Ford yesterday, BRIAN the service manager came and took a look at the situation. I am happy to say he found a solution in removing the aftermarket alarm all together. It would have been good to have been told that this was aftermarket the first time, but the solution yesterday solved my issue (finally). I want to give props to Brian for making it happen! For this reason, I would return to this business again in the future. Customer service is important to me and money wasted is never good. So in the end, the service was fair. read more

On 8/21/18 at 7:32 am i dropped my 09 Crown Victoria p71 off to get the recalled Steering Bolt replaced. The car had a oil change the week before, the oil was full and she ran fine and quiet. the Oil pressure sensor was going out so was triggering the oil light. again, oil was fine, just a $15 part and we where going to replace it this weekend. the airbag light was on because its an retired police car and the crush plates are slightly crushed triggering the light. again still functional, just triggering the light. the ONLY other light i had was a tire pressure light and thats because im missing the tire air pressure sensors on my rims. again, still not an issue. when we went to pick the car up at around 9:40am on 8/22/18 they expressed the sound the timing chain was making and where really concerned about it. we thought that was odd considering it NEVER sounded off. more so the day we dropped it off. But we figured we would take a look at it that evening and be on our way. they pull the car up for us and we can see it HEMORRHAGING oil all over the ground. we quickly shut it off and looked under the car. there was a large puddle under the car and a noticeable trail going back from the car to where they had parked it. AGAIN this car had NO oil leaks when we dropped it off. the only one it HAD once upon a time we fixed as it was a valve cover gasket. i checked the Dipstick and after wiping it off and reinserting it came back DRY. there was NO oil left in the engine. The oil looked to be coming from in front of and above the oil filter. Bell ford reps said several things. "That it must have been from not getting the oil done right." well it was done by a CERTIFIED MECHANIC. AND if that where the case it would be leaking either FROM the oil filter of the oil PAN. "the oil light was on and you had numerous oil leaks when you dropped it off" umm. no. the oil light is on because a $15 oil switch needs replaced. The car had no oil leaks and the spot the car was previously parked in is CLEAN of any oil. "The car was leaking like that when you dropped it off" AGAIN clean parking spot! the parking is concrete NOT asphalt. you cannot hide THAT much oil within an 24 hour period. and there was a car parked in that spot so they did not magically pour more concrete there and magiclay match it to the other parking spots. Bell Ford REFUSED to take any type of responsibility. they refused to actually get us a manager and they had a horrible attitude about the situation. they were about to let us drive off the lot with a car that was pouring oil EVERYWHERE and empty by the time it pulled to the front of the building. The kicker is that im pregnant and they KNEW that. and they willingly put us endanger by trying to give us a car in that condition. Had we not have seen the oil or i less car savy i could have tried to drive that home. The car was towed across the street to Big O tires where we were approved for Snap to have them asses WHAT happened. HOW if happened and repair it if they can. DO NOT EVER GO THERE! do not get a car worked on, and do not buy a car. they tried to sell my find a truck with shot motor mounts, and almost detached tranny and a messed up rear end. read more

Brought my truck in to get a diagnosis of a bad coolant leak. They wanted to charge almost $400 in just labor to replace a coolant reservoir and said I needed a throttle body service for $149.95. Don't need a throttle body service, and I bought the parts from their parts department and saved myself about $550 to do the work myself. Went to pick up my truck and they had a miscellaneous fee of over $30. They couldn't give me an answer as to what it was for and took it off. I ended paying $15 less than what I was told for the diagnostic and to retrieve the door code (it's a used truck). Just goes to show they don't have an ethical way of doing business and try to overcharge people that don't know any better. Won't be bringing either of my ford vehicles to this dealership as this was the first time I've dealt with the service department. Shout out to the parts department though, always treated right and taken care of very well by those guys. read more

Save your time and go somewhere else. Over a two day period I spent reviewing, trading information and negotiating to purchase a vehicle from Bell Ford. We came to an agreement on price as approved by the manager and they were preparing the paperwork as I was coordinating delivery of the vehicle. As I awaited the paperwork, two hours later they called me back and told me they just sold it to someone else. TOTAL waste of my time and speaks volumes about their business practice. I went to Bell Ford to specifically check out an advertised pre-owned vehicle. Things went great until it came time for the purchase. IMO, they were charging more for the car than what it was worth so I gave them the terms I would be willing to agree to. They immediately began playing the "shell game". They told me they could meet my terms, but (when examined more closely) they had just hidden the fees in another area. I called them on it and spoke with several "supervisors" only to learn that this was an accepted practice with them. I walked out and never looked back. BUYER BEWARE! Make sure you review your paperwork very closely before you sign anything. Clearly they have no hesitation taking advantage of customers as long as it's more money in their pocket. Bell Ford 'Service' department needs to be renamed. 4 hours and $50 later I had the oil change and inspection I came in for. The service inspection was done supposedly but it couldn't be printed as the service person was having troubles with his computer and printer all week. I also needed some brake work done that was hundreds of dollars over priced and an open ended quote since of course if they get into it and there is more work well that would be $270 more. They do not inspire confidence or loyalty. The service rep also stated that if I spoke to the service manager maybe I could get him to come down in price, this shouldn't be a negotiation. Very disappointing. read more

I left my car at Bell Ford through the advisor, Joe Hough on February 5th. Long story short: 1. While my car was there on February 5th, I rented a car at $30 per day from February 5th to February 13th. 2. Joe Hough YELLED at me when I was upset that he could not give me a time line when I can expect them to tell me about my car; 3. Joe Hough said it cost $1,500 to repair my car. After I asked him to talk to my friend, the price came down to $600!!! 4. About 4 days later, Joe Hough called my friend and said they won't be able to fixed the car at $600; and that it's back to $1500. 5. I borrowed a friend's car from February 13th thru February 19th. 6. February 19th, we picked up the car after 2 weeks and Joe Hough charged me for diagnostics for $168.84. I had to pay for car rental and diagnostics and nothing was done after 2 weeks that my car was in their possession. On top of it, Joe Hough YELLED at me on the phone. read more

Disappointed in the Commercial Fleet Service team at Bell Ford. They haven't followed up on a recall notice, placed me on an eternal hold and then ended up telling me I'd have to call back another day to speak to someone else. This stealership is a joke they're theivies and liars. I took my truck bought in because I had a crank but no start issues with it. The theft light was blinking and it wouldn't start intermittently. hey said they had fixed the problem but it begin to do it a few days later so I took it to a local ma and pa owned shop and they found the problem was begin caused by a bad battery since there wasn't enough voltage in the battery it was tripping out the alarm system. So they charged me $566.23 dollars for nothing because I was having the same problem after they "fixed"it so I asked the tech Vince if he even tested my battery his answer was "uhhh I work on a lot of cars so I don't remember if I did or not" they the service manager Michael Smickle sits there and lies to my face saying that they bypassed the alarm module which is a lie because the alarm module is linked to the ECM for the engine if that was the case it wouldn't even start much less start and run fine which it does now. These guys in the service dept. Are bold face liars and thiefs I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to go here so now I'm going to contact 3 on your side and have them do an investigation on these crooks who take money from people and "fix" problems that aren't really there. Mike P. Is a liar as well they all work together to cheat people and get money. If they truly fixed my problem then how is it that it was what I had taken it in for before was happening after I got it from them bottom line is NEVER go here to get your car serviced. Unless you want to spend $$$ on things that don't need repair. It took them over a week to get in contact with me that's with me calling every day and then saying that theyd give me a call later on. I can assume they where just buying time to come up with a good lie and they were. At first they tryed to blame the no start problem on my interlock device saying that there were two wires on it that were disconnected oh really and what did you re connect them to to because those two wires go to a camera and microphone I have a paper saying from what time to what time they worked on my truck because I got a statement from the interlock co. It was from 2:32 -4:48 So for about two hours is the time. They spent working on my truck and charged me 566.23 dollars for two hours seriously that's ridiculous and is unethical they are dishonest group of guys here DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, they take your money and not even fix the problem Michael Smickle (service manager) was. Update on this issue. I get a email telling I didn't know where I bought my truck nor did they offer such a warranty for tires. Then the person asked me to remove my review. It just gets better, so I call and speak with a G.M at Bell Ford in Phoenix Arizona with the first name starting with a "K". He gets all my info and says I will pull your file and get back to you about this issue. Well I will tell you this......still waiting! I'm a pretty mellow person and not much of a complainer. But this is getting ridicules! So again I say be very careful about where you buy your next car or truck. When I bought this I was mis lead about what this warranty covered. They told me it would cover anything on the tire or wheel. My tires within 5000 miles were dry rotted and chunks coming off the treads. I guess the only thing it covers if I run over a nail they will plug it. Boy did I fall for it. Over all I love my 2011 F150 super crew Eco boost! Just this issue with my tires and people not wanting to do anything with this just makes me a little upset! read more

I had just purchased a replacement vehicle (Ford Focus) for my daughter from another dealer ( not worth mentioning- they were HORRIBLE) and they did not want to address concerns I had when driving the vehicle off the lot after taking it back to them for an inspection- I called Bell Ford just to ask some "general" questions about the dash display and what was I seeing- I spoke to Joe Corella and he stated he too had a Ford Focus and to provide the VIN as he had a feeling it was related to a recall he had seen on the Ford Focus. He pulled the VIN and it was indeed related to a recall and asked me to bring the car down that day and they would be happy to correct the issue. I took the car down- was immediately assisted and assured this would be taken care of and the car safe to drive again. Joe kept in contact with me and advised me there were a few things they were fixing and all were covered under the warranty that was still existing on the vehicle- I am so happy and relieved that Bell Ford was there for me when I called them as I was frustrated and worried about driving the car- Joe was amazing!! Just had a HORRIBLE experience. I went in with a specific car in mind that they verified was available. After waiting over 20mins I was told that the owner had taken it home. After some resistance I agreed to let them show me another car. The sales manager messed up and stated that a car had a feature it did not. I drove it home (I live 2 hours away) only to find out that the feature was not there. I immediately called and they said they would fix it, but they wanted me to wait two days to bring it back. So, I waited until the time they asked and brought it back 2 hours expecting I would get there and trade it for the right one. I get there and the sales manager Joe basically tells me I am screwed unless I either 1) want a cheaper model or 2) wanted to pay $2000 out of pocket. He got his boss involved Harley who told me that it was not their fault that they made a mistake and that I need to work with them. Really? I am buying a $50000 car and I need to work with you? I think not. I gave the car back and their parting words were basically that I would not be able to find another one. How disappointing that they will not take care of their customers especially when they make a mistake. read more

Own a 2007 Ford F-150. My son is in the Army and taking it to Germany. We met the service advisor, Joe H. Told him our situation, had a list of repairs needed and told him that the truck needed a safety "once-over" ....and that I needed it back in two days. To my surprise they found several major issues (brakes, steering, radiator) that could have been really dangerous if driving on the autobahn. Joe called me, explained the issues, knew he had the parts available and made it all happen in the very short timeframe we had. When my son picked up the truck you could see that Joe had taken real pride in making sure the truck was ready (and safe) to be shipped overseas. They could have easily "taken-us" for big $$$. Instead the price was fair and they gave us a "military discount." REAL AMERICANS like Joe H. work at Bell Ford. :-) read more

I am writing in reference to purchasing a vehicle from Bell Ford and the roadside assistance that they offer. I am very disappointed in the service that we have received. We purchased a vehicle from Bell Ford in August 2015. We have a job that requires us to travel most all of Maricopa County. We were working near Rio Verde and 146th Street when we got a flat tire. We had the less than three weeks at this time. We popped the trunk to get the spare out and it was flat. We are in the middle of the desert, no cell phone service, and a flat tire and a flat spare. I walked to a home nearby and got someone who was able to put air in the spare tire. We drove it about 10 miles to a gas station as the spare was not holding air. We called Ford's Roadside assistance and they sent a tow truck. As the tow truck drive was pulling our car backwards onto his flatbed, he scraped the underneath or the front end. He acknowledged that he had done it. He towed it to Bell Ford where they took pictures of the damage, admitted responsibility and told us to fill out a claim with their roadside assistance department. We submitted a claim and it was denied. They state that the tow truck driver denies all responsibility for the damage. Bell Fords states that they never heard the tow truck driver admit responsibility, even though they did and we asked them if they heard him. Why am I always disappointed when big corporations and the vendors that they contract with are dishonest. We have been buying Fords as a family for over 100 years. I will not buy from this dealership again. If you do, skip the roadside assistance. I will also be writing a review on the towing company that we had the displeasure of dealing with. I can get the car repaired through my insurance company, but I refused to pay one cent for damage that I did not cause!!! read more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! My engine started to mess up while visiting Phoenix from California and I took it in to get it looked at. And they said I'd need to leave it there for a few days because it was a serious problem. Well it was there for TWO AND A HALF WEEKS !! I told them I had to leave by a certain date because I had court back in CA soon, they said they would fix it by then and the day before came and still not done. They told me I should reschedule the court date which you know you can't do unless you get lucky ! I got lucky and was able to move it to the next week because I told them my circumstances. And well I told the service department (his name was Chuck to be exact) and they still couldn't have it ready. Finally when I picked up the car it was dirty and had not even been wiped down. They told me they would email me the recipes and never received it, called again, said they would send it and again nothing, finally the third time they sent it ! Right away I started noticing issues with it again, and a couple weeks later I had to take it in to get fixed AGAIN. They told me the previous people (bell ford) who "fixed" my car didn't seal my rear main seal up correctly so it caused oil to leak onto my transmission which caused my car to overheat and have other engine issues. Not to mention the people who work there, not just service department are completely rude and unprofessional ! definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. And I hope all of you at Bell ford read this too. Do better. As for anyone else, go to another ford for the sake of your car and money !!!! read more

Horrible service department. First I was told they needed my vehicle for a week. After the first week, it was explained to me by Joe that the service person I was dealing with was either fired, let go or quit so they needed to have my vehicle for another week since the parts were never ordered. This was after I was already told the parts were in two days prior. I pick up my vehicle after two weeks and the original issue was never taken care of, so I call and talk with Joe who told me it was not on the original write up. I explained to Joe that we talked a week ago and I had explained the issues twice with him and then he repeated the issues back to me. Joe stated I needed to drop my vehicle back off and they would look at it. I dropped the vehicle off on a Saturday and they said they would need it for a week and I said they could have until Wednesday afternoon. Monday I got a call from Joe who stated they had located the issue and would have it ready for Wednesday. Wednesday, Joe calls and says my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I pick up my vehicle and notice on the ride home that the issue still exists. I called Joe and told him I was still having the issues and asked if he inspected the work and he stated that he did. I told him the issue was still there and he then said that he didn't physically feel for the issue and would need to check with the tech and call me back. A week and a half later, still no phone call from Joe even after leaving two messages to call me back. If they can't even return a phone call, how can they fix cars!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. read more

I attempted to get a quote for a tow package on my Flex today over the phone. No one could help, I kept getting forwarded to someone, then back to the operator, and then back on hold. This process continued about 5 times before I had enough. When I told the operator my issue she stated she could forward me, and that's all she could do. If they can't handle a phone call then they can't handle my business. read more

My son had never purchased a new car before, so I tried to prepare him for how grueling the experience could be. I had contacted Bell Ford indirectly (using the internet) via Edmunds and was immediately contacted by Buzz Frankel. This turned out to be an incredible stroke of good luck for us! Buzz was everything that you would want a salesman to be but rarely find... Very professional & experienced, yet friendly, funny and relaxed. We were treated with respect, courtesy & kindness. NO PRESSURE, NO HYPE, NO TRICKS - just SUPERB SERVICE! We got a fabulous deal, so great that we could hardly believe it! A new Ford Fiesta that is so sporty & sharp looking that my son instantly fell in love with it. We were in & out of there in record setting time and seriously, I will recommend Buzz Frankel to everyone I can because I feel soooo grateful to him for making this whole process so incredibly AWESOME. He is a really smart, caring & trustworthy guy and truthfully, he didn't really sell us on anything but instead supported us through a sales process where we called the shots and HE MADE IT HAPPEN! So now, my son still doesn't know how grueling the sales process can be & he never will, because we will always go back to Bell Ford & hope to always have Buzz Frankel there, waiting for us with his big smile. We couldn't be happier and the icing on the cake is - we bought a GREAT AMERICAN CAR, supported our country and even helped stimulate the economy! It just doesn't get any better than this. read more
