I was so happy to do business with Bell Ford. Butch and Tawny were both so amazing to work with. They were patient with me and made sure I found the perfect vehicle. I could not thank them two enough with being so awesome with my car buying experience! read more

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Tawny Perdue and Butch Anderson fought hard for me to get into the vehicle I really wanted and got me into a payment that I could afford. They were so friendly and personable and made it FUN to buy a car! I highly recommend Tawny and Butch if you want to get the best deal. read more

Worst experience ever with dealership. Gave them many opportunities to make right the issues that we had with the car that they damaged during their incompetence. When the poor repairs were pointed out, I was told that I had to live with it. Since I brought this up, they have since refused to service the car that we purchased from them. I was a true blue Ford fan before all of this, but Bell Ford has successfully managed to turn me away from all Ford products. Their lack of professionalism and expertise in their service department is one of their biggest downfalls. The high pressure sales in the front office does not help. If you are looking for a good place to purchase a car in the valley, I cannot recommend Bell Ford. Please for your own sake look somewhere else. You may get lucky, but you may not. In all honesty, its not worth the risk. read more

We had been to 2 ford dealerships looking for the Ford Fusion energi. We didn't get the price we wanted and weren't really psyched about looking at a 3rd dealer. I emailed bell ford telling what we were looking for. I said I didn't want to come in until I knew they had what I wanted and the price. Dave Wilkerson and Robert Kuhn gave me exactly what I was looking for and I didn't have to sit in a dealership for 4 hrs to get it. The price was 130 dollars cheaper a month than what we had seen at other dealerships. The process was very smooth and this will be the reason I go back. I never fully believe reviews good or bad because I think it's ex employee posting bad reviews and think it's friends who post good ones. Nevertheless I'm neither and this was just my personal experience. It was as easy as this process can be and am very happy. I will still get 3 quotes next time but And think you should get 3 quotes too, just make sure one of them is bell ford! read more

Today I had a short phone call wirh bell ford service department after this i would NOT recommend them to anyone especially if your trying to fix a recall i have two recalls on my ford focus that i found putting my vin number in on the ford website the person joe i talked to didnt seem at all interested in helping me when i brought up my transmission recall i explained to him the problems i was having with it he explained to me I would need to pay $165 to get car diagnosed first Before they fix the recall. Which recalls are supposed to be fixed for free so I told him i would get back to him figure I get a second opinion i contacted Peoria ford and they where great all he did was check if they had the parts which they did told me it was no problem to bring it on down and they get all fixed for me with no charge and got me in a date and time that worked for me i highly recommended Peoria ford way better service department. read more

They posted two indentical Boss 302's on ebay to sale -- stated one was new and one used. They even had the VIN# in both postings the same. I placed a bid on the new Boss then I noticed the same Boss for sale as used. I sent Bell Ford and email and the guy that called back was rude and had no clue what he was doing. THen he told me that the new Boss 302 on Ebay had been sold "a long time" ago. But, they had it for sale on Ebay. He admitted that the new Boss on Ebay they didn't have -- they were justing using this to get leads! Bell Ford has horrible customer service, especially their service department. I would give 0 stars for the long wait, lies, and not giving me my, "complementary" car wash. They said the carwash was, "Broke." Very disappointed and will never come here for service again. They made it a big ordeal. Not satisfied at all read more

DO NOT, DO NOT, buy a vehicle from Bell Ford. To make a long story short, we were told that we would receive a $1000.00 Amazon gift card, Black Friday special. Our salesman and his boss both mentioned this. To make a long story (just like the purchase time, hours) short, we were ready to leave from the delivery area. When we asked about the $1000.00 gift card, the sales manager came out and said there was a misunderstanding. We should have walked away!! We didn't. Please learn from our mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM BELL FORD!!!! read more

I am in the market for a new car. I have not bought one yet, but still wanted to give a shout out to John Surpenan,tHarley Williams and Alex Coletta at Bell Ford. What nice guys. They spent a lot of time with me, worked really hard to get my business and did not turn on me when I decided I had to do some more checking. The push was not too hard and i liked the dealership a lot. If you want a Ford, look no further than these guys. It is worth the drive. read more

I am a 75 year old lady (was 74 then) and limited income I went to Bell Road Ford - Anthony was my salesman and he is the only one I have anything good to say about with my experiences. I was taken advantage of and another "honest" Ford dealership told me it was as if I paid for two vehicles!! I traded my 2008 Hyundai Accent (paid off and in excellent condition - only reason wanted to trade was because it did not have auto lock/unlock feature and being a very small older lady felt it unsafe. I told them I couldn't afford much payment and after hours and hours and hours I fell victim to them taking advantage of me. They lied to me and after I owned it ($199.00 a month) I paid for a CARFAX and found out it was a "recall vehicle" - I had two gentlemen tell me there was something wrong with the transmission - this was called a "shudder" in the CARFAX - also had been a rental, etc. I was not given any of this information and now stuck with car payments I am finding difficult to pay. I have nothing good to report about this auto dealership except for my salesman!!! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I've been here multiple times and every time I've had nothing but negative experiences. The first time I came they charged me $250 for a ten year old mirror cover for my truck (the covering not the mirror itself). The second time I went into the service department because my check engine light was on and my car is still under the warranty. I talk to the man at the counter and he says no problem it will be just a few minutes and we will go run diagnostics. I asked him if there would be a charge and he said no. Two hours later he comes back saying "yeah we found what it is it's going to be a month until we get the part" (you're telling me it takes a ford dealership a month to get a ford part on a two year old car?) so I ask for my keys and then he's like "oh well I'm charging diagnostics for the car and wouldn't give me my keys until I paid. So I pay and tell him to call me when the part comes in. TWO MONTHS pass by. Still no call and my check engine light is still on so I go into and talk to the same person and the part hasn't even been ordered. They then tell me it should be there in a week. That was two months ago. These people are very dishonest. I went out of my way to drive to Peoria ford to have them take care of me problem and found them to be much more honest. I'm a loyal ford owner. I've only had fords my entire life. I've owned every kind of vehicle that they make and have always gone to the dealerships to get my car fixed. All but this one have provided satisfactory customer service. You couldn't pay me to take my car back there. read more

Bell Roads Ford over charges its customers on parts and labor. I called another ford dealer in town and was quoted much lower labor rates and was promised by Bell Ford that they would meet that rate. However upon pick up the labor rate was 30$ per hour higher than the competitive Ford dealer. I also found the OEM Ford parts my vehicle needed for much less than Bell Road Ford charges. Upon pick up, once again they said that dealers set their own pricing and that they would not meet or get close to other dealers competitive Ford parts pricing. Ford owners beware--do not take your car to Bell Road Ford-- price before hand, do not believe their staff and go elsewhere! read more

I went to purchase a vehicle from bell ford on Sunday Jan 14th went in at 12:30 was there until 5:30! After waiting for the credit reports and all of the numbers I was told my note would stay at the the amount quoted and that under no circumstances would it change only to be called on Thursday January 18 to say my note went up $60!!!! I returned the vehicle and they tried to give me an older car with more miles for the original price I was given on the vehicle I had already signed paperwork on I left it all and took my trade in back! I will never I repeat as long as I live in Arizona go to bell ford and I'll make sure that I friends and family know how they do business so they don't use them either!!!!! A complete waste of my I would like to update my previous review I ended up buying a car from Bell ford and I have to say the level of customer service to make up for the previous sale was nothing short of excellent! Nearly a month later the management reached out to me and found a vehicle that fit my budget and what I liked! I can't say how much it meant to have them reach out I was upset how the first time ended but they made it right Thank you to all managers and salesman and women for taking the time once again excellent! read more

We took our 2014 Ford Escape to Bell Ford this past Weds. for recall work and normal service work (we purchased this car new from Bell Ford). We made this appointment at least a month ahead of time. When we arrived, we were greeted like no one knew what we were there for. So we went over everything with the first person, but the service person who would be working with our vehicle was busy, so we needed to wait for him. Once he finally arrived, we needed to go over everything again. He made it clear that the recall work would take an overnight, and he said he'd keep us informed as to what was up with the car. When we had still not heard anything by 4 PM the next day, my husband called him. We received a call back around 5 PM, and he didn't even know that status of the vehicle, but told us it would need to stay another night and hadn't been touched yet! What!! My husband called back the next morning, Friday, and asked if they hadn't done anything yet, that they not start, and that we would be there to pick up the car. This is ridiculous that they parked our car in the sun and had no intention to work on it anytime soon. And the service guy wasn't even nice about it. And when we questioned him about it, we asked, "so you had no intention of working on our vehicle and there's nothing we can do about it?" He said, "That's right." Well, we will not be going back to Bell Ford ever again. We will take our warranty work and recall work elsewhere. And we would never recommend that anyone else go to Bell Ford for any reason. They have NO customer service abilities there. They seemed to have forgotten how important the customer is to their business. And we will be writing to Ford Motor Company, also, to let them know, too. read more

I recently bought a CPO vehicle at Bell Ford after going to a number of other dealerships. They gave me good money on 2 cars I traded in. The price I paid for a 2014 Explorer was in line with KBB. Process for start to finish was 4 hours. I have spent 8+ hours at midway. The back and forth was much quicker then others. Finance was quick and painless. Buying a car is never easy, but they entertained my 2 kids and showed they wanted my business. read more

I brought my f-250 into the service department after my truck began shaking/shuttering on the freeway. I was greeted by an advisor, Zeke. I proceeded to explain everything that happened including a check engine light that came on prior to any of these issues and went away soon after. I also stated that I believe my issue was the tires(though I couldn't see any damage at the time) It was a Saturday when I dropped it off so they weren't able to get to it till Monday which is understandable. I received a call on Monday from Zeke explaining how my vehicle needed some DEF sensor and some other warrantable item and my issue would be fixed or should be at least. Obviously I told them to go ahead and fix the sensor since my truck needs it($900 repair). Later that same day I received another call from Zeke explaining that their technician TEST DROVE my truck and its shaking and after further investigation they found a bubble in my right rear tire so I need a tire...........now this is AFTER they sold me 2 items for $900 that was supposedly going to fix my issue. Little late for that test drive don't ya think? Or initial inspection for that matter.... I still approved replacing 2 rear tires and while the truck was still there decided to do all 4 of them just to be safe. Before I picked up my truck I decided to call the service manager to explain my issues and see if we couldn't reach a resolution. He bartered his way down to a $215 discount...... And wasn't even there to greet me when I arrived to pick it up with a $2000 bill. When I got home I decided to read over he paperwork and it was wonderful. First, my address was wrong and now I've checked and it's always been wrong since I've been going there. The complaint/cause/correction lines are in some foreign language and barely understandable in some sections and I bet if it were given to the tech that did the work, he wouldn't even be able to tell me what he did by reading the paperwork. My mileage in/mileage out had a 1 mile difference. So I'm not sure if that one mile was to verify my concern, verify the repair, or just typed in because you can't print the paperwork without an entry. But looking at my past invoices this is a trend. I also had a line in the invoice for an inspection and there's no inspection sheet like I've received ONCE out of any of my visits there. It's interesting too because my last visit was about a month prior and all of a sudden my dirty brake fluid must've gone away because it's not noted anywhere. At first I doubted the technician for his lack of a diagnostic process and made sure to leave the advisor out of it because he's just the middle man. But then I saw the invoice and how shitty everything was done. The best part is that I talked to the service manager and reached a resolution but he just lets it go and doesn't follow through. If he can't catch incorrect documentation(which is their only defense if anything goes sour might I add) such as mileage, complaints, and inspections then how can anyone he's supposed to be training. Needless to say I have 0 faith in the service department at Bell Ford right now. read more

There is a reason there are people leaving one stars and hoping they could leave zero stars for the service department. It is horrible! I had a little glimmer of hope back in December with someone that actually seemed to know what customer service was and wanted to help me out. I have since learned he left after a couple short months due to not wanting to be associated with the kind of culture that the Bell Ford service department entails. Therefore I will not be going back if they can't even managed to keep the one good knowledgeable service writer. I will find other places to go get my oil changed with better service to me and my car. The management sits back in their offices and obviously just there to collect a paycheck, not help out their associates and right the ship. It's true, there are thousands of places out there to get an oil change and I guarantee and promise you this is not one. read more

if i could give this place a 0 i would. i would recommend never buying a car from this place. i went in over a month ago, said i was approved, said everything was good to go, wells month & half, 5 different contracts, i still don't have the car i thought i was approved for. everyday it was something else, i was constantly chasing them for answers, i'd go a week without hearing from anyone. I finally returned the car i thought was kind & took back my old one. even returning my car was a painful process. they were so rude. when i first got there the finance guy goes oh you are approved we're just working on some things. i said nope, cut the BS, just give me the honda back. i'm done & he's like but but, i was like no, i'm done, this is unacceptable. this is over a month now, pushing two. so they get my old car& the guy i've been dealing with didn't even give me my honda keys back, he sent someone else, that guy was so rude also. i got the honda, i got both keys back which was a whole ordeal in itself to get that & then i leave, i get home, no license plate on my car.. like not even a paper one. none, nothing. so i call, the girl literally thought i was lying to her & then she goes i'll have a finance manager call right back we literally don't know what's going on, we've got to find it. i'm like are you kidding me. well then it was 9:30 pm now & no call back so i call back & i'm like uh excuse me? it's been almost an hour, no call back, so the girl who was someone different goes let me get a call back & gets my info, i said that's great, but i was already promised a call back, i need to speak to someone now, i have work in the morning. she literally says "well it's not protocol for us to have people hold so you'll get a call back" & hangs up. needless to say, i got my license plate after the finance lady wanted to argue like a child about the entire situation. i get it, they want to make a sale & make money but DO NOT screw me over in the process. save yourself the hassle & DO NOT buy a car from them. read more

Very disappointed in a recent service experience at Bell Ford. After waiting several weeks to hear back regarding a corroded battery replacement, I was finally able to bring my truck in for service. I dropped my truck off and chose to wait at the dealership. After waiting approx. 2.5 hours, my service was complete and I was surprised when my vehicle was handed back over to me dirty, looking like it had been driven in mud puddles. My truck was literally detailed and waxed the previous weekend and was not driven in mud since. When I take my vehicle in for service I trust I will get it back in better shape than when I drop it off. While I am unclear what happened during those 2.5 hours, my truck and mud were definitely in the mix. Such a poor experience on many levels and overall disappointed in the service I received. This entire situation feels so disrespectful and makes me question my future business with Bell Ford. read more

My wife has a 2016 Ford Fusion that she purchased from Bell Ford. Her last four vehicles were Fords and the last three were purchased at Bell Ford. For the Fusion, she also purchased a 5 year tire and wheel protection plan. The tire sensors indicated that she had a low tire with a light on the dash. On her way home from work at about 3 PM on Monday, 06-19-17, she stopped at Bell Ford to have the problem addressed. A Bell Ford representative, Blake, looked at her tire and pointed out that she had a nail in a part of the tire that would require that the tire be replaced. He told her that it would be all right and to just put air into it and come back on Wednesday. She came home and told me. I called Bell Ford and was unable to reach Blake and asked that Blake's supervisor return my call. I was polite and not abusive or vulgar with my language during my conversation. The receptionist promised that the call would be returned, but that did not happen. The fact that she was sent away, with a low tire, during the hottest day of the year, is almost a criminal act. She was told to just put air in it and to come back on Wednesday. She drives on the freeway to and from work. If the low tire blows and causes an accident or a fatality of her or someone else, who is to blame? An attorney might have a field day with this. This is extremely poor customer service! I can absolutely guarantee that if she had a tire warranty with Discount Tire, even if she had arrived at 1 minute before closing, they would have solved her problem and not turned her away. It is difficult to get over the fact that Blake did not even check the tire pressure to ascertain how low the pressure was, but instead, told her that it would be okay, just keep putting air into it. I can assure you that she will not purchase a tire and wheel warranty from Bell Ford again and in most probability, this will be the last Ford she or I purchase from Bell Ford and may be the last Ford she or I ever purchase. read more

Can't help but think most of the 5 star reviews are from Bell Ford employees. Not from real customers. This dealership, similar to Bell Honda, has a knack of bullying customers and being extremely rude and pushy. They have forgotten that they are in a customer service industry where they need to impress the customer, not the other way around. And a customer should be viewed with respect. Sales could take some notes from the service department as they are top notch. I would be cautious if you choose to go to this dealer. I will never buy from them especially since there are so many other dealers to choose from. Why go through the headache of having to deal with an unprofessional and pushy sales staff read more

I had MY towed to bell ford I was told a replacement engine was needed . cost would be $7500.00, Truck is a 2000 F250 with 213000 miles not worth it. I ask the what was problem is and was told that the tech attempted to turnover engine manually and it was locked up; not good. I had truck towed home an took engine belt off and was able to rotate engine over and was able to start it. . With further testing I found ac compressor locked up. An estimate repair cost of 500.00 by different auto service. Bell Ford either needs better QC in their service department and qualified technicians. I will no longer do business with Bell Ford again nor will I recommend them to anyone and I will tell my story. i would have liked to rate with ZERO star. read more

The service department is horrible. You tell them whats wrong with your car then they fix everything else and then tell you after you pick it up that it wasn't covered by warranty. I was having a problem getting my car to turn over, and it didn't seem like a battery problem because of how it was starting up. I went to bell ford because I have a warranty still which should cover a starter, which I thought was the issue. I called Steve Boudousque and set up an appointment for Tuesday at 7:30. I dropped it off and left. At the end of the day I was wondering if I was going to get a call for an update but never did so I decided to call him. They didn't even look at my car but he said they would have it in first thing the next morning and would give me a call with an update. Wednesday afternoon rolled around and I still hadn't received a call, so again I called him but no answer so I left a voicemail saying please call me back. Late afternoon Wednesday I hadn't received a call back, so I called him, and he informed me that his mechanic was just about to look at it, so obviously they still had not touched it. Steve said he would give me a call before closing to give me an update. No call again. So Thursday morning at 9 I called Steve and he said his mechanic was about to go get my car to look at it, so Steve had lied to me that his mechanic was about to look at it on Wednesday. Just before 2 I called Steve again to see what the issue was, he didn't know and said he was going to talk to his mechanic and call me right back. Three hours later Steve called to inform me that it actually was the battery and that it was $100 just for the diagnostics test. I've worked at Penske and know how the testing works, that is a total rip off, but there was nothing I could do about it. Steve said they had good deals on batteries, which was completely true but I just bought one anyways since I don't have time to deal with changing a battery. Steve said he would get the new one installed and hopefully have it done that day. This morning I went to go pick it up, they had tacked on another $30 for "labor" and then had a $25 misc charge, when I asked what that was for he said it was for shop parts and that everyone has to pay it, I have been a customer for several years and hadn't paid it before but I was trying my hardest not to go off on the guy so I just paid him. Steve went and got my car and when he pulled up he said they had washed it but there was a dust storm that made it look dirty. That was total BS again. There was dirt on the doors and on the rims that had been there for a couple weeks. I told Steve that no they didn't wash it and that it was obvious that they hadn't, so he offered to wash it again but I told him no, I didn't want to be stuck there for a couple more days before someone decided to get around to doing it. This experience was extremely frustrating and bell ford showed their true colors. I will never get any of my vehicles serviced through them again, they have officially lost my family's and mine business. read more

My son and daughter in law have been dealing with the worst customer service known to man. They have had thier diesel truck in for a faulty ford part ( same part ) 3 times. It is currently there and has been for almost a month. This time they are told another part caused the damage and will now cost them $3500.00 to repair. They contacted the service department, ask to speak to service manager, told he was in a meeting. They then left a ,message, still no return call. They were inquiring about getting a loner truck since they will still have the truck another week. Spoke to a woman named Kathy who basically told them SORRY but they don't do that. I will nor will I ever recommend Bell Ford to anyone. The way they treat the customers that own the vehicles they should stand behind is atrocious. For a corporation as large as Ford, and would like to have the American people believe in you... Ford you got true customer service ALL WRONG. ! read more

Purchased a car from Bell Ford in February. The sales side of the purchase went fine as I knew what I wanted and what I'd pay. Came in preapproved and did the deal. got to the finance guy and spent another 75 minutes to do a straight forward deal because he refused to understand NO I DON'T WANT THE ESP COVERAGE. the package they sell is garbage and I can choose to purchase that later if I want from someone that is not selling garbage. So the "survey" comes and I state what I said above and what does the dealer do? they have the sales guys call me, how the hell is the sales guy going to fix my lost 75 minutes?? Why wasn't it the general manager calling or the owner calling saying "I'm sorry my finance guy was just doing what he's told and we're sorry about your experience" .... dolts. then as I own the car over the next few weeks I find several things that are less than Ford CPO quality that should have been caught during the "gazillion point" checklist used to justify the price of the car. the second survey comes form ford corporate and that one is filled out with the additional facts and go figure, not on call back or email regarding the poor sales habits of this dealer and the finance guy. I'll never be a customer of Bell Ford again and maybe never of Ford in general in the future. the standards for CPO are not being followed by Bell Ford and there followup with issues is nonexistent unless you want to talk with the 22 year old sales person who is going to maybe offer you a car wash for your dissatisfaction but nothing more. I'm not sure if there are any adults working over there, but if there are they don't know how to pick up the phone and dial out to a very unhappy customer. thumbs down for this dealer who seemed to know my phone number and email pretty good until I drove the car off the lot. read more

I have a 2016 Ford Mustang GT350 with an AC problem. The AC compressor shuts down intermittently as a result AC blows hot air while compressor is off. After a few miles the compressor will start working again. This has happened half a dozen times on my new Mustang and the dealer cant get the problem to duplicate. The car was at the Bell Rd Ford service center for 6 days. When I took it in on Wed morning I had an appointment and assumed they would look at the car then. I called Friday after noon and was told that the car would be going to the AC tech that afternoon. I asked the service advisor why the tech had not looked at the car earlier I thought I had an appointment and his response was that the appointment was with him not the AC tech, they were busy. The appointment with the service advisor was of no value to me I needed the AC looked at and he couldn't fix it. Their appointment system needs some work. I keep my Shelby spotless at all times and don't drive in the rain. When I got the car back Monday it was filthy as they had left it out in the rain. The one star goes to Bell Ford service, NOT THE SALES TEAM. I have taken my 2014 Gt mustang to them seven times starting one week after I purchased the car in late September, for a front suspension issue. The car pulls, moans, pops, bottoms out over speed bumps and up and down rolled curbs. On my 7th attempt a man named Zeke, who was actually the only one attempting to help resolve my issue, stated that what I'm experiencing is not normal nor should I have been there seven times for the same issues. I advised him the horrible customer service I've had with them; a cracked A pillar, they hit a yellow pole while driving the car in to their repair bay, and also my front fog lights do not work now. He apologized and stated he would open up a hot item ticket for my front suspension issues and that they would take care of the body work. I let them have it as long as it would take. I just wanted to be done with this horrible situation. He agreed it shouldn't have been like this and called me back in a weeks time to say everything was done. I test drove it and the car felt tight going over bumps again. I was pleased until 4 days later the same issues where back again. I'm now in contact with Ford who won't buy back the car. I spoke with a man named TJ, 1 866 631 3788 ext. 77751, who wanted me to bring the car back one more time and if they couldn't fix it he would recommend a buy back. I advised TJ that I already have met that requirement, they had the car for a week and called for outside help, so please pass it through for a buy back so I can just purchase another Ford product. Once he knew I've already did that requirement TJ quickly changed his stance and said now I must take it to another dealership. He told me, Bell Ford service must have repaired the car improperly. That Bell Ford does not know how to repair the TSB and I should take it some where else. This was extremely frustrating. To hear a manager talk so poorly about his staff. It was even more frustrating that Ford keeps making me jump through hoops. I declined to take it to another dealership and said that I was offended by how he was talking about Bell Ford staff. I said I wanted to talk to his supervisor who can only be reached by email and he could not just transfer me. He took down my information and said I'll get a call in 48 hours, that was on the 19th of may. I called Ford CS on the 21st of May to see why a supervisor had not called me back. The CS rep stated that no action was taken and he would request one. I then called TJ back who just told me, "oh sorry I forgot". After some words exchange about how a customer shouldn't be treated like this he hung up. I received a call from a Len Hendrix who is TJs boss. After a very lengthy conversation he refused to buy back a car that just makes noise. I stated all the facts I have from R.O. numbers and that this impairs the drivability and safety of the car per the conversation I've had with my service rep. He said he will call Bell Ford service to see if that was true. In comes the Bell Ford service supervisor, Mike S. Now throughout this whole time this man has never been involved with my car or the problems. Yet, states to Len that my car just makes a squeak noise and does not impair drivability. Len stated this to me on the 27th of May. And since there is no impact to the car that noises will not be warranted under Ford and not bought back. I call Mike right after who then lies about talking to Len and states he only sent over my documents of R.O. numbers. I am now becoming increasingly angry over all this back and forth. He says if he could help then he would, to which I reply, then call Len and state that the noise is secondary and there is a huge drivability issue per what his rep told me, Zeke service manager. He declined stating he didn't know Len, the man he just spoke with, so I asked him to call his boss TJ and state there are more issues than squeaks and he declined again telling me that he isn't getting in the middle of a he said she said issue. Now I am feeling immensely angered and confused. Why state he would help when a simple call would clear up everything? After words exchanged he hangs up. Now this is where I am at. Seven repairs later, five control arms fixed, both struts and one sway bar replaced while still having major drivability issues. The worst customer service I have ever had. It is so disheartening when I've had 4 Ford's since I was 16 to show that the only loyalty is on my side. I now understand that my car will sit in the garage as a 35 thousand dollar paper weight. Ford has only protected themselves and their interested throughout this sham. I am now forced to contact an attorney for help. Even though I'll win it is sad to know that the people I've dealt with will go unpunished for the way they handle and speak to customers. read more

My friend bought a 2017 CMax last Wednesday from Donald. The sale went well but the next we got a call saying the loan had changed and the payment went up as well the interest rate. My friend agreed to the terms but should have walked out on the deal. Friday the low tire pressure light came on so I checked the pressure. The lbs is 51 but the tires read 22, 29, 32 & 39 so they were not checked in delivery. Last night, the car only has1700 miles on it and has been at home for a week, the left rear tire went flat while sitting at QT as Stephen was going to bathroom and get a beverage as he drives for Uber. The car doesn't come with a spare so a tow truck was called and took the car to Berge Ford instead of Bell Ford by mistake. Bell Ford's general sales manager Steve said there was no warranty on the tire and they wouldn't fix it. Luckily Berge Ford and Ford Roadside service stepped up and are fixing the tire as I write this. We will never use Bell Ford again as they only care about the sale, not customer service. Stephen has had 5 Fords out of his 9 cars & I have had 18 Fords in my numerous cars but only this CMax purchased from Bell Ford. This is the only Ford that will ever be purchased from Bell Ford since they don't know how to treat a customer fairly. read more

I have bought 2 vehicles from Bell Ford and was very pleased. Last week I started to get calls from the internet manager (Jordan) that I can get a great deal on a 2017 if I trade in my truck. He said it because of a special program for VIP customers. Emailed him back with my terms (pay off my vehicle in full, same payment, same options an trim as my current truck, 4 years financing). Exchanged several emails, texts and phone calls as it seemed to be too good to be true. He assured me it was not a scam. Left a family gather and went there. Once I got there tried to put me in a truck I did not want a 2016. Found one I did that I fell in love with worked the numbers, was waiting for finance and all of the sudden he comes back and says we can't do it because I owe on my truck. Told him all correspondence said I did and I had showed him the pay off. He just handed me the keys and walked away. Was so mad walked out but had to go back as they had my payoff info, spoke to new cars manager (Mario) who we had been working with (even though he did not come talk to us when issue came up) and he said he was sorry and was embarrassed and would have the general manager call to work something out for our time. It has been 5 days and no call. That is how they treat loyal customers. Will never buy another car from them and will not have service done from them. read more
