The salesman Chino Flores is without a doubt your best option, my wife and I were really amazed with his excellent service...we had already tried other dealerships and this Bell Ford one is the one we approved for the purchase of our first car...another very important detail is that he speaks perfect Spanish...summarizing my experience...this dealer is very lucky to have someone like that...Thanks Chino! read more

I've been a bell ford customer for several years and purchased 3 vehicles. We really appreciated finance not being pushy.

If you make an appointment with a barbershop and can get your hair cut within 15 minutes of that appointment time, why can't Bell Ford start working on your vehicle at the time of your appointment instead of five days later? Appointments at Ford dealers are absolutely worthless. Apparently Ford Motor Company doesn't want repeat customers. read more

I recently had my 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid serviced at Bell Ford. Since relocating to Phoenix 4 years ago, I have used Bell Ford. The service department has been excellent in general in providing assistance for scheduling and completing regular service needs, a warranty issue, and troubleshooting a problem. They are always courteous, and friendly, communicate well, provide timely updates, and are dedicated to top-notch service. I have received great assistance from both Adam Bernardini and Dan Dartt. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. They will assist with a ride if need be. I recommend them and continue to use them to care for my Ford. read more

Yesterday was the best experience I have EVER had buying a car. We instantly felt how much they really cared and how it is and how they are a family owed business. Very honest. Niko was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing as well. SO knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had been to MANY dealerships looking for the perfect truck and he was far more knowledgeable than anyone else by far. We went on a great test drive - he made us feel so comfortable. Overall just a great experience. read more

So the time has come, had 4 Flat Tires in one year with the Mustang, was a great fun car, but needed to get something different, still wanted the convertible feel, so went with the Full Size Bronco, you can pull back just the Seating area, or completely remove the entire top, all the doors, and make it fully open. Just picked it up yesterday from Bell Ford my sales person Kevin Wood made it really easy, and was approved and contract was ready by the time I got there at 4.24% all I needed to do was take it for a test drive to see if I liked it, which I did, signed the papers, and was in and out of there with in 75 minutes, this is the second deal I have done with Bell Ford and both times they made it quick, easy and painless. read more

Cory was awesome, I came into the dealership not knowing exactly what I was looking for, and Cory helped me out a lot, probably the most pleasant experience I've had at a dealership, no hassle and the staff was extremely helpful, Cory was very honest and welcoming, definitely will recommend to every one I know who is looking to get a vehicle read more

I took my 2019 F350 in for a back up camera recall service on 30 August. The work was done in less than the promised time. Unfortunately; over the Labor Day weekend I discovered that non of my back up sensors are working. They worked fine on the morning I brought the truck in for service. Disappointed to say the least. I sent in an email but did not get a response. read more

Took my car in for service, decided to mosey around the dealership early in the morning. Met a manager there that introduced me to Floyd. While my car was being serviced Floyd pulled up a Ford Edge and we took a test drive. I loved the test drive, before I made my decision, Floyd offered me time to think, let me take the car home to show my wife, 30 minutes later I returned and purchased the vehicle and trading in mine. Managers not only gave me a great deal, but also took care of the service bill I was facing. Thank you Floyd Brown & Bell Ford for treating me good. read more

Bell Ford - Me and My new ride! - Car Dealers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This was the first time in 10 years that I have had a good experience at a Ford dealership. I had to take my car in to get serviced for a check engine light. Adam at Bell Ford went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were taken care of. He sent me daily check in messages to make sure I was up to date on what was going on with my car. He even picked up a few Uber tabs for us to get to and from work. If your car needs work, go talk to Adam. He will get the job done correctly and make sure you feel secure. Thank you! read more

Service terrible. Dropped car on a Monday. Diagnosed on a Tuesday. Told should be ready Thursday. Friday was told they broke a pet and waiting for delivery but should be done as soon as part in. Now told part won't be here until Saturday but not sure. Had cross country trip plan and told them this multiple times. The attitude and drive completely lacking. Unapologetic in every way. This is so common in Ford Dealerships it's pathetic. Learned my lesson never buying a Ford again. Never going anyway other than Larry Miller for service. Unacceptable in every way. read more

Called 4 times the service number listed on their website. All I wanted to know was the price of a transmission flush. The same receptionist (I won't put their full name here but it starts with T) answered my call all 4 times. The first 3 times I got bounced around to 3-4 people that kept transferring me. Finally the 4th time I called, same receptionist answered and I told her what happened the last 3 times I called. Hilariously she said she had answered my call yet today even though I knew her name. After another round of transfers, finally got someone that could give me a price. No wonder it's not listed on their website. The price starts... yes STARTS... at twice the price of competitors within 1 mile. I laughed at my 30 minute ordeal hung up and am going somewhere else. read more

I would not purchase any used vehicle here. They do not inspect them before they sell them out to you, as I was told by someone who works there. The warranty doesn't mean anything here. If something is wrong with your vehicle they don't want nothing to do with it, as long as your buying new vehicles and paying their commission. read more

To whom this may concern or reach , In 2012 my mother purchased me a 2001 Ford Mustang and it was the best gift I could have received as a young adult . I had it for over 60k miles(purchased at 90k) , and my only issues ever were spark plugs and alignment(it was a 2001 in 2012 so no complaints about maintenance like that ever) . Fast forward to 2023 and the brand new 2024 Ford Mustang comes out and it's fully upgraded to the TEE , inside & I'm thinking I'm going to get the best Mustang to date ... wrong unfortunately. Prior to purchasing this brand new 2024 Ford Mustang , I owned and eventually traded in a perfectly running conditioned 2019 Chevy Camaro with 0 issues other than a cracked windshield (that was my second purchased Camaro and NEVER had any issues ever) that I had 0 issues keeping at that but again I was under the impression the Ford Mustang belts and Whistles all were aligned .. wrong . Since the purchase of this vehicle in November 2023 , I've had the same 3-4 consistent issues that at this point are a nuisance to myself seeing how it having to pay $500 a month for such vehicle . Since the first week of purchase , I've noticed a loud static in dash unit when in use . If I touch my screen to turn on my A/C , turn my music on or off /up or down, put my car into reverse/drive/park or pretty much any time my screen is being used I hear a static so loud to where it seems like everything is going to go out! Was told this is a system issue and a "update through the air" would help the issue and two updates have been sent and neither have fixed such issue . My AC unit has gone out twice( first being in March 2024 and then again 2 1/2 weeks later after it was taken to the same service shop (Bell Ford) as it was purchased . Lastly , almost every speaker in the vehicle sounds like it's going out . Brought this to their attention and was told the speaker was switched out only for the same issue to persist afterwards . I didn't want to make the long drive to the dealership multiple times, so I waited until my first oil change to get issues looked at because I thought they would be something Ford could fix quick , fast and in a hurry but that hasn't been the case at all . I've been without my vehicle for almost 3 weeks now in total and this isn't acceptable, especially with this being a 2024 model . I was told they have a buy back program in their vehicles and I attempted to have that be the way this issue comes to an end and all parties would be at a even loss seeing how I traded in a perfectly running car , but was denied for some weird reason so now I'm FORCED to go this route . If you can AVOID the brand new 2024 Ford Mustang , please do so! Save yourself money , time and the stress it'll bring . I've owned Chevy twice and never had any issues and my spouse owns a Kia and same with that company no issues at all . When searching online I seen a lot of the same issues and I'm afraid once my 36mo/30000 miles warranty is over I'm going to be paying more in repairs than ever so ... and again I own a 2024 so that should tell you a lot . I hope this reaches someone and helps out the next . Will be sending this email out to various people in contacts with yourself and on every Ford platform (including Google , Yelp and every website associated with Ford) to pre-warn others of current issues and status of the 2024 Ford Mustang . Update ; was told by my service advisor since they could only duplicate the static issue I've heard since I've bought the car once , nothing will be done and I'll be left to deal with this issue while paying 30k plus on the vehicle and yes I have warranty and it did me no good clearly Thanks Ford read more

I'm sorry but when you set a appointment for service of a truck that was purchased at your lot. And get a call stated they will not be able to work on my truck due to too many walk ins, wtf ?! That's why I had a appointment set up ? This is the silliest thing I have ever had a conversation about. I called two Ford dealers for a price quote on an oil change for my 2017 Eco boost F150. Bell Ford and the other dealership quoted me 59.95 for the service... when I went to check out my bill was 82.64. When I asked the service writer about the difference in prices she said it was because my vehicle required full synthetic oil. I asked her if it was a requirement or a choice and she said it was a requirement. That is not true, a blend is recommended. I received a blend anyways!!!!!!!!! When I told her that my last visit was 59.95 she looked it up and declared that my last bill was also 60.00 as if the old bill somehow justified her math issues. I believe they ripped me off.... you decide... $82.64 after a 59.95 quote. read more

This is the second new vehicle I purchased here. I have it in for warranty replacement of the bed cover. Scheduled it two weeks in advance so as to have it done quickly. It is now 5 hours later and I am still waiting in the waiting room. I also purchased and extended warranty with full service for 5 years. They should automatically supply a loaner. I have a friend who had the same issue. A different dealer though. They were finished in 1.15 hours. Makes me wonder what the issue is? Service advisor seemed pleasant and apologetic. Someone is at fault. I wonder where my next Ford vehicle will be purchased read more

Bell Ford performed routine service on my car on 6/27. When I picked up the car a group of service technicians started "joking" with the technician handling my car. This ribbing was NOT funny. It was misogynistic and offensive. (Note, our service technician did not engage with them, was very professional and apologized for their behavior) On 10/19, after dark and in a remote location 20 miles from home, a warning light came on indicating the car was overheating and not to drive. A family member had to purchase coolant and then drive the 20 miles to bring to me. When we went to add it, the coolant reservoir was completely empty. We contacted Bell Ford Service the next day and very curtly told their records indicated they filled coolant and there must be a leak. No apology, no indication they might have mistakenly forgotten to refilled, or suggestion we bring the car in to be checked. 2 months later there is no indication of a leak. There is no way if filled the coolant should have been empty as the car is driven less than 500 miles per month and is serviced according to manufacturer's guidelines. If you're considering Bell Ford, look elsewhere. read more

Be prepared to get ripped off. This dealer is price gauging to the extreme. They wanted me to seriously pay 10k over MSRP. I don't care how high the demand is that's just unethical. Save yourself some dollars there are plenty of other dealers to work with. read more

Talked to Adam about ordering a new truck. He asked to me to stop by and I could put the order in. Went through the ordering semantics and he said he would put order in, 9-16 weeks, etc. A month or so later called to check on the order. No return phone call, emailed and texted, no reply. Called 3 more times and left a message, no reply. I did get another salesmen give me an robo sales call asking if I was still interested in a truck. Have you checked your records. Pretty confident no order was ever placed If you can't get the truck, just tell your customers the truth, but for a Ford dealership to be so unresponsive, I would go elsewhere with my business. read more

If you're wanting to waste your time, this is the place to be! I highly suggest not scheduling an appt to view a car and relying on receiving a call that they sold the car hours prior to your appt. Very disappointed! I have a 2014 F-150 4x4 XLT with the 302A package. It has 215,000 and been maintained meticulously over the years. Many have complemented me on it. I started having issues with the IWE's. Researching it, it and a few other places it was the IWE's. Show up early January on Friday afternoon. Service Tech told me 3-5 days for the diagnosis. Great. Good news the dropped the price to $90. See the DPS pick their patrol truck being picked up. Must be legitimate place? Monday morning get a call from a sales representative trying to see if they can buy my truck and get into a new one. I like the shadyness of Bell Ford, The only people who buy from them are people who don't do the homework on their car or truck and get taken to the cleaners. Like my current Fords before and this current one I own, tried to get close to invoice price. Nobody that buys from them gets near invoice price. That was 2014. They teach car buying in high school. Week goes by and have not heard from anyone. I call my service rep up. What's going with my truck? Oh, we were going to have it looked at today. However, the tech called in sick. Ok you are a Ford Dealership shouldn't you have another Tech that could look at it. No we don't have one available. What about Saturday? No one would be able to look at it. He replies with next week. Now I'm 8 business days and nothing checked. Tuesday comes up and I call Tuesday afternoon. I get the response of we are still looking at. Next day, Wednesday I talk to the service rep and he states that we should get answer that afternoon. Great. Afternoon, get the phone call and the diagnosis is a $4000 complete repair job that could or not fix it. I looked into how much the basic parts are : 2 IWE's, $176 a piece vacuum line $56 part, and a solenoid. Common sense, no way! I go pick the truck up. I asked the service representative how the checked the hubs? Don't you have to take the wheels off I asked? He said they did. I replied with I have the wheel locks and he claimed they have a special machine tool. Ah Ok. lol . Bell Ford has bad rap. I don't know why the state uses them for service on their their vechicles or any others. I will never use them again and I will try to dis wade people from using them! read more
