Hello. Here again. My experience, my review. Came on a Friday morning with our daughter and her friend for breakfast. The seating was pretty fast and we were allowed to choose our our seating. We decided to sit in the patio area. A server came right away and took our drink menu. Not long after that another server came to take our order. Super friendly staff. Once we reviewed the menu we were not sure what to order. I had a craving for pancakes and eggs so I ordered the scrambled eggs, pancakes and potatoes. My daughter had the black sesame pancakes and her friend the peach French toast. Not gonna lie but this place gave us big portions. The food came out rather fast and everything was so good. I wanted to try their monster green pancakes but honestly that's looked so big and little me was not gonna be able to finish it all. So yes I really do hope you come here and enjoy everything they have to offer. This location was in Glendale. Love the service and love the food. read more

Terrible service! Always felt like the server and host were annoyed with us for asking them to bring us high chair for our kids. Also when ordering we didn't know that the portion were so big if the server would have told us when we were ordering for our toddler kids that the portions were so big we could've just had something for them to share. What we received was not worth the price. We are visiting from out of town for our daughters birthday and found Bea Bea's right down the street from where we were staying. We made our order online for pick up. What we received was very disappointing, especially considering the price! We ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, the corn beef hash Benedict with extra hollandaise on the side and onion rings, and the 3 item make your own scramble. In the scramble we ask for red onion, bell pepper, and feta cheese with hash browns on the side. The total cost with an 18% tip was $80. The pancakes were supposed to come with blueberries but they were out, substituted for strawberries and my daughter enjoyed them, so no big deal. The Benedict came with canned corn beef (it was obvious because it was all chopped to bits) and the hollandaise was way to acidic and they gave us french fries instead of the hash browns we ordered (I double checked the order before submitting and after we ate). The scramble was tasteless and there was no feta at all! The onion rings were fairly good but a few of them had the most outer part of the onion which was tough and couldn't be bitten through. Disappointed over all but we do understand things can't go perfectly all the time. We hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the quality of the food and for who ever is completing orders to pay attention to the items ordered. Went here for brunch for the first time today and had a terrible time. Server paid no attention to us while we watched him visit the surrounding tables around us multiple times. Had to ask for a coffee refill multiple times before getting one and they did not even bring out the breakfast burrito my husband ordered yet had the audacity to leave it on our bill. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and was seated not too shortly despite it looking like a long line. We got the hot matcha latte, the pancake flight, and the early bite burrito. The food was really good and large in portions. I love the salsa, guacamole, and sour cream that comes with it as well. The drink was more sweet than strong and had more milk but it was still enjoyable. For the pancakes, we tried the black sesame, matcha monster, and the thai tea. My husband and I love Bea Bea's but the prices are getting out of control. It was $85 dollars with tax and tip for basic breakfasts. I came here a few weekends ago with my boys and we had a great time. First of all I must say that Bea Bea's gets real crowded, quickly so we went earlier to avoid an extra long wait time. I'm total we waited about 20 minutes before being seated. Our waiter was really busy and helping a bunch of tables. We had an option of sitting inside or outside, we went fir outside. We ordered the veggie scramble, veggie omelette, eggs for the kids, and a pancake flight. Everything was delicious m, especially the pancakes. Whether you're a sweet or savory person for brunch, you'll have plenty of great choices at Bea Bea's. Surprisingly didn't have to wait long on a Saturday, but they're usually pretty busy, so plan accordingly. Got the pancake flight to try the different flavors. The green tea pancakes were awesome. Next time, I might just order these alone. Thai tea pancakes were pretty good, flavor was a little muted. Berry pancake was as expected if you want a more plain pancake. Absolutely loved the customer service. Our server was amazing! Unfortunately, the food was not. I ordered a Chai latte and it tasted like it only had milk (do not recommend). My fiancé had a water downed sprite and tasteless meatball classic (basically spaghetti n meat balls). I had unflavored poached eggs (Robin's Benedict) but loved the breakfast potatoes. First time here. Super busy place on a Saturday morning but they did a great job getting our party of 6 taken care of. Food was good! I had the spicy steak omelet. It had a few too many jalapeños but I was able to eat around a few to get the spice down a bit. At the recommendation of our waiter, we shared some green matcha tea pancakes. They were very good. My daughter had the vegan pancakes with berries on top and they were very tasty. Burrito was good and volcano scramble got some compliments. Service was great for them being so busy. My one complaint was the noise level. I know this is so difficult to control but something as simple as asking the bus people to not toss dishes in the tubs might cut down on a lot of noise! Tried out this spot for breakfast today with wife and kid. Wife had the early bite burrito. It was very nicely portioned and I could see the sausage bacon and egg. You'd think it was mostly egg, but it was mostly the other protein ingredients. My kid had the cheeseburger, no complaints. I had the eggs-xactly, with bacon & sausage in the omelette. Have to say the side of sourdough toast was very good. It had a nice chewiness along with the light sourdough taste. All the ingredients were fresh. The food was great. There's a gigantic assortment of unique breakfasts here--including things like black sesame and green tea pancakes. Bea Bea's is such a classic. Everything is reasonably priced, the food is delicious with big portions. You're really getting a bang out of your buck here. Even for COVID takeout, this place was quick and they did not skimp out on the food at all. We ordered 2 brunch dishes and decided to picnic at the park. I would definitely recommend you to come here for a casual brunch date if you're feeling lowkey. Loco Moco (4/5) - The gravy was divine and I really enjoyed the texture of the rice - The beef patty was not too hard or overcooked, just the perfect texture - Surprisingly there was no egg included. Usually I think loco moco comes with eggs? Maybe they forgot to pack it? Maybe it's not included? Not too sure. Omg I am coming back here for brunches more often. Why?! Because they have so many options that I need to try. I came here with my girlfriend recently and we basically ordered a feast haha. First, we ordered coffee. She ordered decaf (because she's preggers) and I ordered an iced honey cinnamon latte with oat milk and it was huge! I didn't finish it but it was very good. For our meal, we ordered: Thai tea pancakes, crab cakes Benedict, bacon and eggs, and "going bananas" waffles. The Thai tea pancakes were delicious! Probably my favorite item there. It comes with whipped cream and Thai tea cream (oh so good). I want to try their matcha pancakes next. Their crab cakes Benedict was very good too, love their house potatoes! Alright, alright... Hate to break it down to y'all but Bea Bea FOR ME is just another Instagram worthy but really just a so-so kind of breakfast place. I first went to this place sometime in 2020 expecting it to be the most amazing brunch ever! I know for sure we ordered the Green Tea Monster and 2 orders of Egg Benedicts, really unsure which specifically at this point. But of course before that, we waited at least 30 mins to be seated on a very busy Saturday morning when we arrived at 8:00 AM. Their staff was very limited hence customer service was very bad. NGL, the pancakes were amazing!!! Like this is the only reason why I would come back to this place. Egg Benedicts are okay tasting but for the price? Nope, would not order it again. Fast forward to earlier today, we gave this place another shot. Why not? It's been at least a year since we last came, probably wait time to be seated is not that long or maybe they have more people in the resto to accomodate you. Guess what... We were seated right away! That's FANTASTIC. But the service??? Oh, Lord. Come to think of it, they have more people working now so we should be okay, right? Nope, nope, nope... The host did not bother saying greeting us nicely, just straight away walking to our table asking for our vaccination cards. When we pulled out our cards, he DID NOT BOTHER EVEN LOOKING AT IT FOR MORE THAN 2 SECONDS AND LEFT US AT OUR TABLE WITHOUT EVEN SAYING THAT WE WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF OUR SERVER. Our server came after 15 minutes of looking at which server will assist us. And it's wasn't just us. It seems like everyone inside was doing a guessing game of who their server is and what time they will be coming to their table. It's that bad. The other servers or food runners WILL AVOID YOU ON PURPOSE EVEN IF YOU MET THEIR EYES ALREADY WHILE RAISING YOUR HAND TO ASK FOR SOMETHING. Moving on to our food, the Pancake Flight was decently sized and priced which is the only reason why today's dining experience is okay. Steak Sandwich is overcooked with regular tasting bread and was not even a big portion, blah... Sicilian Scamble was overpriced but the taste is alright. These all came in after 20-25 minutes??? Save your time, save your money. There are other places who will provide amazing and quality customer service without leaving with a $70 check plus with a happy and satisfied tummy! read more

Unfortunately I found multiple hair strands in the pancakes. The server was accommodating and brought out a new plate of them. They had good flavor but too sweet for my liking. The hashbrowns were not good at all. Such an exorbitant price for a quarter of a potato cut into soggy strands. I do not recommend this place. read more

Came in with a party of 4 today. Food was great, ambiance was simple, and customer service was great as well. They have interior and patio seating. We ordered, eggs Benedict, and 3 garden omelettes. All were great, no complaints at all. Our lattes were solid as well. Again, no complaints. They do ask for ID and vax cards at the door! There is a lot across from the restaurant, street parking. NOTE: If parking on the street, make sure your meter does not run out!!! And the meters do not take CCs!!! I haven't written a review in years but yelp summoned me. First of all. This place has no signage for entry only a back sign telling you to use other door. This isn't the Wizarding World so just use your best judgement. Second, no staff at the ready to great customers. You just see a bar and that's it. Third, I had to find a service member to help with placing an order and seating. Me and my family of 2 chose the bar. The server instead suggested a table in the corner. We thought it was a good idea. Wrong, so wrong. So wrong. Not only were we placed in the corner by Door that had the only sign for redirected entrance, the other workers were coming in and out continuously. All the while it's cold out and to top it off, every time the door opened it banged hard against our table. TISA you shall have the day you deserve after ignoring my family to place an order. Thank you for the coffee and water as that was all that we could catch you to get us at our cold shaking table. It was a nice touch seeing you avoid us entirely by turning your back and then using the invisibility cloak to avoid getting our order. After waiting patiently as we are aware of the work load, still no order ever was made because the Q code not only didn't work, but the menu was all we were left with. The breakfast burrito and vegan wrap were two of the worst things I've been served by a restaurant in my life. They took great care in making sure each individual ingredient was poorly cooked, decimated of flavor, and completely disparate. Just random, gross, soggy, bland things wrapped haphazardly in a factory-made tortilla. BeaBea's, you need to take these items off your menu. It's wrong to charge $20+ for food that is gross and bad. We don't usually go out to eat to be safe but we wanted to celebrate out today and came to Bea Bea's. I tried the location in Burbank and thought I should check out Glendale as well. Covid: All the servers were wearing masks and outdoor seating was all spaced out. One of the members checked out temperatures before heading in as well. Overall 9/10, I just wish we were spread out even more, but I understand. Food: We got a wide range of food to try. Eggs Benedict, trio pancakes and big burrito. Eggs Benedict was okay, a bit salty but it was typical and nothing special. Trio pancakes something we all enjoyed. We ordered the I think all three pancakes had their unique characteristics that I enjoyed trying all three. Their menu has about 12 or more pancakes so I like the variety. However, this was $16, something to keep in mind Big burrito was really really big. I think the sauce was a big salty but we all enjoyed it. It came with three sides as pictured. Customer service: I would give a 7.5/10 customer service. It wasn't great nor bad. When we asked for something they were more annoyed.. but again I do understand. Working in the food industry isn't the easiest job. I would recommend you to come here if you're craving for some sweet and hearty brunch food. Always a fantastic experience here. Food is delicious, staff is friendly and attentive! The menu has a wide range of unique dishes. Literally something for everyone. If you're new to this spot or feel indecisive, the staff are great at making recommendations. Pro tip for my breakfast lovers: You can mix and match any of the toppings for either the pancakes, waffles, or crepes. Special mention and thanks to Ryan for always making sure my boyfriend and I are taken good care of, and knows we're ready for coffee as soon as we are seated (can you tell this place is our weekend ritual?!) I decided to check out this place while I'm on my solo trip. It was busy Saturday but since I was alone (and vaxxed) I was able to sit inside at the counter. They have QR codes for the menu but they didn't work for me nor 3 other people. I ordered a dirty chai latte with Oatmilk and the server gave it to me in a To-go cup (strange). I eventually ordered the Banana Bliss pancakes. The server had recommended it between it and the Apple cobbler pancakes. I got the eggs and turkey sausage first, which were good but the eggs have a good bit of butter in them it seems. To my disappointment the pancakes hardly had bananas on them. Mainly LOTS of macadamia nuts and a bit of coconut flakes. I tried to eat it but only had half. When the server came round, I told her and she said they could add more bananas. She told me they are happy to modify food if it doesn't come out to your liking for future reference. While I didn't take her up on that (I was pretty turned off from all the macadamia nuts), I'm glad they'd do that unlike other places I've been. read more

We had a party of seven, with a reservation, and were seated promptly. We were seated outside and fortunately the weather was nice. The menu is extensive with too many choices. The portions are very generous and the food was great. The only complaint we had was that one of our orders, a rather simple Eggs Benedict was extremely late, most of us were almost finished when it arrived. Pro tip: Get the Loco Moco with Corned Beef Hash instead of ground beef with a side of Thai chile sauce (prepared with fish sauce, garlic and chiles, aka Prik Nam Pla). Dare I say it's the perfect combo of hearty, sweet, salty, meaty? My friend raved about the Matcha pancakes to me which made me excited to try it out. But the experience was a bit sour for me. We asked for a physical menu because the qr code stickers didn't work. When we asked for 2 menus, the waitress asked for 1 back bc then sarcastically said, "I thought you could you know, maybe share the menu" 3x amongst other things. I made a Yelp account bc of this experience. It made me feel bad bc I thought wow it's my first time here and I don't know anything about it yet and I want to take my time choosing. I'm being berated for expecting the minimum from a restaurant that is readily available menus. How was I supposed to know how many physical menus they had. Mind you, it wasn't packed or rushed when we were there. I didn't say anything except sorry. My friend had to intervene and say "It's her 1st time here. She doesn't know what to get." Am I not bougie enough to know what I want w/o looking? The food was good but too expensive for me. I had a crepe and a savory meal.
