Came in Thursday 5/28/26 to try it out. I've had BBq chicken before but at another location, but this location is definitely better! It is very spacious and clean. Shout out to the cashier/waitress, she was very friendly and accommodating and kept checking on my friend and I while we were dining. Then a guy (not sure if he's the manager or owner) brought out the food and he was very nice and friendly as well. He even gave us a side of rice for free because he said the rice brings out the flavor for the Gangnam Wings better. I got the Small size (8 wings) flavor Gangnam and Soy Garlic. The chicken is made to order so it tastes more fresh and tender. The Gangnam flavor is light and savory, but the winner component is the Skin! It was crunchy, crispy , and the meat was juicy inside. 10/10 on the skin for me! The soy garlic was great as well, stronger flavor, and saucier so the skin texture is different than Gangnam. Both were great! They are served with a side of pickled radish - nice and refreshing. I will definitely come back to try the spicier ones next time! My fave spot for Korean fried chicken! It's a little pricey at ~$32 for 16 pieces (medium), but the flavors are amazing, and the chicken has the best crisp. I prefer this location over the chandler one, because it's more of a restaurant with more seating and a slightly larger menu. Service is great--attentive and kind. Gangnam flavor always hits for me. It's listed as spicy, but it doesn't have that typical spicy kick. It's more of a peppery spice. Their honey garlic is also good. You're limited to one flavor unless you order the whole chicken or from their combo, but the combo is preset flavors. I'm not a fan of anything else on the menu. Tried the kimchi fried rice and didn't taste much kimchi; there was a sauce on it that threw me off a bit. The rose pasta also missed for me--there's chicken bits in it, which I felt changed the flavor, and the rose flavor was already pretty subtle. read more

All I can say is "Awesome"! Me and my Son do a random search for places to eat and decided to give this place a try. We were not disappointed! Soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat down. Very clean and pleasant surroundings. When our server found out it was our first time there, he brought out a couple of wings to try. WOW! They were fantastic! Shateringly crispy and the flavor was amazing. We ordered a whole chicken, half original and spicy, along with fish cake soup. What a treat. The original was ultra crispy and juicy. The spicy was crispy, sticky, sweet and a little spicy. Top notch. The fish cake soup had a mild, clean flavor. It came with a side of spicy sauce and a soy sauce blend. A touch of the soy brought the flavor alive. Be CAREFUL of the spicy sauce. It'll blow your head off! What a fantastic place. read more

Rare weekend of having the house to myself meant something easy for Sunday dinner. I had seen bb.q earlier in the week when visiting Happy Baos and was excited about a casual Korean Fried Chicken restaurant. I placed an order online, which was easy to navigate. They have a pretty simple menu and I wish they had a few more sides to go with the chicken. When I ordered it said pick up in 25 min. I arrived to the restaurant about 20 min later and my food came out just as I walked up to the register, which I appreciated. The restaurant is clean and simple. Again, think casual chicken spot but BABBYYY let me tell you about this chicken! I ordered the whole chicken half and half which is half original fried chicken and half sauced. I chose their regular sauce and man it had to be the most crispy yet juicy and flavorful chicken I've ever had. Both the original and the sauced were delicious. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Oh! I also wanted to add the box the chicken comes in is super cute. I love creative marketing. read more

Yum!! Stopped by for lunch and we glad we did. We both got the lunch special of 5 wings (any flavor) and fries. The wings were crispy, meaty and almost too hot to eat at first. We got the Cheeseling and Galbi flavors. The cheeselings were dusted with what tasted like Cheeto powder. If you like Cheetos, these wings are for you! The galbi was a flavorful spicy slightly tangy barbecue sauce that hit just right . The fries were crispy and yummy. The server was pleasant and the restaurant was neat, clean and modern. There are so many other things on that menu I want to go back to try. I just wish I didn't live as far away as I do. read more

First time here. The only reason why am giving it 2 stars is because of the attitude of the guy taking orders. He lacks the friendliness skills. I ordered to go and sat down to wait. They were two others waiting for their to go orders. The guy walk their to go orders to them personally, but for me, he yelled from the counter "Hey, your order is ready!" So I got up and walked to the counter. I asked for ketchup to go and he seems bothered that I asked and only gave me a small amount for such large orders of fries. Some of the best KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) I've had - the wings were huge and super crunch! I had the honey garlic which the (manager, maybe owner?) recommended and I wasn't disappointed! Definately coming back soon to try more flavors. My wife, not a chicken fan but who loves me, had the rose tteok-bokki (chewy rice cakes stir-fried in a spicy, sweet, and savory sauce) and she loved them, and we both enjoyed the cheesy corn. Hands down one of the best chicken places I've tried. The chicken was crispy but simultaneously juicy and cooked inside. We tried the honey barbecue, the Galbi, and the Original; it's hard to pick a favorite as they each offer a unique flavor-the Galbi was a personal favorite as it had the right amount of spice but a great flavor of green onion. There were other menu items including rose pasta, fries, corn cheese, fried dumplings. They also have lunch specials! The host was very nice, great service! Everything came out piping hot-fresh. It is a great casual vibe, good music and great atmosphere. Water is complementary but they have bottled soda. I will definitely be back to try their other menu items! read more

The food is quite literally the greatest fried food spot I have ever had. The boneless/bone in wings have the most perfect crisp to crunch ratio. The service is exceptional as well, while waiting for our food the server brought samples and man were they good. The decor and ambiance were very classy and very smooth vibe. Overall top 5 food places in my mind for sure. read more

I'm really happy this location opened up, we're a huge fan of this one and the one in Chandler. The food is always hot, delicious, and consistent, the service is always good. Ordered the $9.99 chicken sandwich and a side a fries because the way it advertises the meal it doesn't show any sides. Meal comes out and it has fries with the sandwich. So I payed $7 for fries for no reason. Also on their lunch combos, it has a sandwich AND FRIES for $13.99. Seems sketchy and money hungry! -10/10 never again read more

after shopping from hmart, was excited to come for lunch, but the chickens we ordered skins was dry/hard so we had to peel it to get to the chicken or just too salty. fries were not hot just warm which was a shame. usually comes with pickled radish on the side for each chicken ordered for free, i guess this location doesnt do it. The food was good but there was this bald guy in a hat and louis vuitton belt was rude for no reason. We showed a few minutes earlier before our takeout order was ready and the lady was kind in having us sit and wait. When our order was ready the guy kept asking our names after we told him the name for our order, and then hustling and shooing us to go. We didn't even get utensils. What was he so pressed about?
