The food at Bibio is satisfying and filling. I absolutely love Korean food, so I was down to have some fast casual for lunch. It's Chipotle-style, so you can do a bowl, get protein, and add toppings and sauces. I got the brown rice bowl with beef and spicy Korean BBQ sauce, with all the toppings. One piece of feedback I had was that the kimchi was lacking the strong flavor it normally does. Otherwise, it's pretty solid if you want quick and healthy. The service was fine. The tables were sticky and the bathroom was grimy so it just seemed like the place needed a deep clean.

Stopped in for lunch on a recent business trip through the area, this is good a Korean BBQ place. Walk up counter service that is courteous and professional, place your order and the server will prepare it for you as you move through the service line. Even adding a fried egg only takes a moment, your bowl is presented to you when yourorder is ready. Pay and grab a seat. After viewing the overhead board I opted for the classic BYOBowl this is pretty much you build it the way you like with choices of rices, greens, spices, meats and sauces. I went for brown rice with a spicy chicken, kimchi, beautiful mixed greens shredded cabbage and sauce with an over medium fried egg on top. It was very good and filling with just enough heat to let you know you'd been there. This small eatery is very industrial and minimalist on the inside, with a small amount of seated space to eat, a lot of the orders are take it to go. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the authentic Kimchi 00869

Food was really bad. Noticeably dirty restaurant. Meat was cold. The zucchini tasted odd. I was afraid to eat the rest of my food for fear of getting food poisoning. The service needs improvement. Not customer service friendly.

Cute little build your own Bibio bowls! Quick service and delicious food. Beef Bulgogi, kimchi and japchae, my favorite!!

This place is absolutely delicious! I have not dined in, but what I usually do if I'm in the area is a stop in and order some Korean bowls to go. Every time I have stopped in the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Recently, I discovered they are available on GrubHub! My family and I have started ordering from here once a week. The food is so delicious that even my seven year old son loves it. I love how customizable the Korean bowl is and you can add as much or as little as you want to it. This is what I usually order: Korean bowl with: Salad & rice base Spicy pork Chicken Bulgogi Pickled Carrots & radish Bean sprout salad Sautéed onion & pepper Red cabbage Kimchi Spicy Cucumber Sesame seeds My seven year old will get a kids bowl with chicken Bulgogi and rice. Every time we order from here he gets excited as he absolutely loves it! I highly recommend you check it out

It's hard for me to step out of my comfort zone when it comes to dining out, this is not a place I would normally go to, but I was in the area and felt like trying something different. I have to say I was very pleased with the food, it was excellent! I had a Beef Bulgogi bowl and tried the Beef Bulgogi fries. Both were delicious! As for the star review, I would give the food a 4.5 out of 5 and the restaurant a 2.5 out of 5. My issue; it was filthy. The owners need to make sure this place is continually cleaned throughout the day, and probably a deep clean weekly. Aesthetically it's unpleasing and that atmosphere can actually ruin an appetite. If this is how it looks outward facing, I can only imagine how the back area and food storage areas look. Sticky tables and floors, trash on the ground, grime on the baseboards, and stains everywhere. I would still probably go back, maybe it was an off day. But if it didn't get any better, not likely.

Well.. I was driving by so I thought I give it a try. Well.. It wasn't bad idea is not bad but they got some of the cooking order backward.. So i ordered the hotpot version of the bibimbop.. So you pick your order of stuff to put on including the veggies stuff. But then they cook/heat up the hot pot with all your stuff in it. The vegetables side dishes stuff is not suppose to be piping hot, rice meat and veggies goes on top.. I don't care for my cucumber salad to be piping hot. . The taste was not bad. Not the worst not the best. The meat portions are precooked and sitting there in a big pot.. They did not look appetizing.. I know it's suppose to be kind of fast but not appealing. Staff was friendly didn't care for the sticky table even though it was wiped off. So I don't think I would go again.. For the price I paid I could go to a Korean restaurant and have better quality food. Not to mention kochujang/Korean chilly sauce was weak... Not even spicy.

The food is pretty good, especially the mandu pork dumplings. Unfortunately, the service and level of cleanliness is pretty poor. There was only employee working during the dinner rush, and he was running between food and money without gloves. We saw him cough into his hand and then touch the cups Because he was alone the service was also incredibly slow.

    the "4oz" side of Kimchi

ordered a beef bulgogi bowl, side of rice and a 4 oz side of kimchi. What i received was not a 4 oz side of kimchi especially not for no $2.25. i also asked for my sauce on the side and yet i didn't see the sauce on the side.

I just remember we were seated at the tables toward the right side and it was hot. I decided to give it another try and also wanted cold noodles again after eating it on my recent LA trip. Now I'm on the hunt for the place with the best kimchi cold noodles in AZ (on the east side). I ordered the Radish Neang Myun while my family shared the Lettuce wrap w/ spicy pork, Galbi and Kimchi pancake. The Lettuce wrap combo also came with soy bean stew. The Radish Neang Myun was refreshing on a hot day. I prefer mine with a more spicy kimchi flavor. I added in some from the banchan with lots of vinegar and some hot mustard. My family liked the lettuce wrap and meats but my mom said the soybean paste stew was salty. Wish they offered kimchi stew instead of soybean paste stew, or give the option to choose one or the other. I tried a piece of the kimchi pancake and felt it needed more kimchi flavor and some scallions to add some color to it. The spicy citrus soy sauce it came with wasn't spicy at all. It just tasted like soy sauce. A sweet and salty sauce would taste good with it. Also, it needs a bigger sauce. That thing was tiny! Our server was great! I can't remember his name but he was attentive and checked on us often

Any waiter that hears the bell comes to your table to assist. The response never took longer than 20 seconds most of the time. To start the appetizer tray at the beginning is an awesome touch that I'm not used to in other places I have tried. It kind of took the guess work out of ordering in my opinion so I only had to focus on what meat or dish I wanted since my sides were already selected and refillable for free through the course of the meal. We ordered the seafood sundubu, beef bulgogi, and sweat and spicy korean fried chicken wings. The portion size was very generous on the wings and on the crispier side which my wife prefers. The seafood sundubu was delicious and was pleasantly surprised to see a decent amount of tofu and seafood types in the dish. The beef bulgogi was also tasty and as I said before just scratched that korean food craving that we had. This has been added to our rotation of date night locations for us! I also enjoyed the banchan, and I finished everything except the fish cakes, which are just not my favorite. Overall, I really appreciated the meal and the experience. I'll definitely be back soon to try the kimchi stew.

Easily able to share with 4-6 people. - Kimchi Jun (vegetarian): This dish was ordered for the vegetarians and they enjoyed. If you're not into eating inside parts of animals, I would recommend getting the brisket or kalbi cuts. The Banchan (sides) were good too. They had fish cake, kimchi, pickled radish and cucumbers available. We also tried the tofu soup, steamed egg and corn cheese which all came out hot and tasted flavorful. This spot is a-la-carte, so you order off the menu and pay by items. My only downside is that they didn't have rice paper here since I don't really eat the white rice since it fills me up too quickly.
